Guidelines:
Triad between Draco, Harry and Hermione
Something happens to Harry and he’s dying because his body isn’t strong enough after the Dursleys abuse
Because he dies Draco and Hermione start to become sick and die as well which is when they find out about the enacted but unfinished bond (I’d like to see Draco go first and Hermione helpful in the ritual in some way and you can make this happen any way you want however heres two suggestions: 1- Draco does a ritual giving hermione his strength and magic 2- Hermione is pregnant and while she miscarries she gets extra time due to the pregnancy magic holding off most of the triad fallout)
They work on a time ritual (Draco had found it and had already done a fair amount of research) to send back their consciousness but during their last bits of research find that they can send one person back further or multiple but not as far and they approach Narcissa and ask for advice where she convinces them it would be better if she went back so they can change more
Hermione and Narcissa become quite close during this and due to this Hermione shows Narcissa a list of things she would like to see changed (I think this particular part could be used as a flashback after the ritual but obviously do whatever you want)
Lucius is still in Azkaban but due to his sons death Narcissa is able to visit for a day in which she tells him what she’s going to do and gets information that will help her when she goes back (this could be anything but I kind of see as she’s gathering extra information about how he kept himself free after Voldemorts fall because I’d think she already knows how to manipulate and manage her husband)
The ritual has to take place on October 31st and due to timing it happens to be exactly 21 years since the Potters death which is 7 times 3 and you can tie these ideas to the ritual in whichever way you please
I’m not against some bashing but I don’t want Lucius to be a pain in the ass for too long after Narcissa goes back so I’d like for him to be totally enthralled by toddler Hermione after seeing her a time or two and totally won over by the time he meet’s Harry
Now Narcissa is a badass woman on a mission, she’s no longer prejudiced and she wants the Triad to be together but she’s still a Black and a Malfoy so she has high standards. Polite, proper, intelligent, vicious, ruthless, compassionate I’d say are her main personality points to keep in mind
Once she’s back and getting things moving I assume most might like to time skip thru the childhood years doing setup and tidbits whichever you do is great… I’m thinking this story would be mostly Narcissa’s perspective in the beginning with maybe a few bits from others if you want but then transitioning to the triads during the school years with at least part of the epilogue again from hers if you haven’t decided to give her bits during the school years as well

Save the Longbottoms
Try to keep Snape from becoming too encumbered to Dumbledore
Save Sirius from Azkaban (depending on how intricate you wanna go you can get Sirius’s grandfather and HoH Black to help with this and others of course)
Take Harry from Dursleys
Getting Peter locked up
Save Luna Lovegoods mom
Exposing Barty Crouch Sr and Jr
Befriend Weasels (particularly Molly)
Introducing Hermione and her parents to the magical world ASAP
Magical kids going to muggle school with her or private tutors for them all but either way meeting some earlier
Changing werewolf laws for Remus
Getting curse taken off DADA position
Technology magic
Research done on the purebloods inbreeding and how it makes more squibs and less powerful magical children
Hunting some or all Horcruxes - if you want to follow the main gist of the books you’d have to keep the ring until after fourth year(cuz he’s stays right down the street and probably checked it at some point) and the diadem after first (Quirllmort) this search can be delayed by whatever you like or get them all and go totally AU but while you can totally use the basilisk I’d like you to cut out the diary at the very least
Now in regard to Narcissa's list you can add anything else you’d like but please don’t take anything off… id like to further challenge you to address all the things I put on the list but you can do this to whatever degree you want… life is unfair and change takes time so if you want to address one of these and then have it fail or change or be disproved or whatever then do it! As with all challenges you can ultimately take or leave what you like from the guidelines I put forth but I hope you’ll be inspired by this particular twist I’ve presented and don’t for get to tag me!
