Chapter 1
It was currently 5am and all of Hogwarts staff and students were sleeping soundly. In about 4 weeks time it would be Valentine’s day, and almost everybody was planning to ask someone except for one lone Harry Potter.
This is what Draco Malfoy was thinking about all night long. Yep you heard that right! Deep in the dungeons, lying in his dark green, silk bedsheets was Draco Malfoy…. thinking about… Harry Potter?
Well, of course he wasn’t thinking solely about the Potter boy. He was also thinking about Valentine’s day!
Which has no correlation with Potter! Right?
No. Not right.
See, Draco has been imagining what it would feel like to like to just hold him in his arms. Maybe even play with those raven locks that just never seem to stay down.
So that is what he would try to accomplish for this certain Valentine’s day. And Draco just didn’t get it! Potter had turned down everyone who had asked him out, and that was a lot of people! His little gryffindor friends had even taken to burning all letters that were sent to him after one was doused in a love potion.
These burnt letters had even included HIS letter! The one he had taken at least an entire month to write, the one that he had gotten Pansy’s help with! The letter that laid out all of his feelings… just burnt to a crisp by stupid granger. Of all people.
No that wouldn’t do. That wouldn’t do at all. So he had devised a plan, and that plan would be started with him writing letters. And… maybe… possibly apologizing to some certain people for calling them names like mudblood, or dirty mutt, or even dog breeder.
But! For now that shan’t matter! Because Draco needs his beauty rest for he had to show… emotion, towards some of Harrys most important people. He could do it! Right?

Draco woke up to the sound of a very loud and sudden yelp coming from across the dormitory, this annoyed Draco to no end because after he had finally fallen asleep at a ripe 6:23AM he had taken to dreaming about a certain emerald eyed boy.
And if said boy was moaning his name and gripping the sheets as tight as he could while Draco slammed into him from behind, well, that doesn’t concern you. What also doesn’t concern you were the cute little whimpers said boy had made with every thrust. But that’s not the point. The point is, is that one of his very inconsiderate roommates had woken him up right as the boy was about to cum! So, he decided to curse the boy who had woken him up, Blaise Zabini, as he walked to the bathroom to rid himself of his wet pants and take a shower. At 8 in the morning.
He doesn’t want to talk about it.
In the shower he contemplates on what to do before eventually deciding that he shall write letters to those whose help he needs to win over the boy-who-lives heart! The first one of course would be the hardest, seeing as it is addressed to that of Sirius Black.. his estranged cousin. The last Draco had seen of him was when he was but a toddler, before he promptly pulled out a chunk of the mans hair and got sent out of the room by his mother.
The point is though, that he needed to get this letter right to win over the man.

Dear Cousin Sirius,
I hope this letter finds you well, and that you do not burn it at the sight of my name on the front of it. I have decided to write to you in hopes that we can put our.. differences… behind and work together.
First of all I would like to say that I am sorry to what I have said to or about you. Both behind your back and to yours and your godsons face, at the time I had not realized what you had had to go through or face whilst you were in Azkaban. So all that I ask of you now is your forgiveness, and that you hear me out before you get angry over what I’m about to say.
I would like your permission and help in courting your godson and asking him out on a date for Valentine’s day. Now that I have grown up I am able to see that I very much like Potter, so much so that I am willing to write to his godfather for help. And no, I do not just like him because I want a shag, I like him because he’s beautiful. I like him because his smile could light up a whole room, and how he is always nice to everybody even if they are annoying. I just… I can’t put it into words how much I like him. So please, help me.
P.S.- I’m sorry for calling you a dog breeder after I found out you were married to Lupin. He will receive his own letter.

Dear little Malfoy,
Holy hell! I never thought I’d get an apology from the one and only Malfoy boy! Well Draco, though I haven’t fully interacted with you since you were but a young lad I would like to see you in person first.
How about we meet at the Three Broomsticks at around 3 pm tomorrow. I am going to bring my Moony, so why don’t you just apologize there? Then once I see that I will be more willing to help you.
P.S.- Remus has been watching me write this over my shoulder the entire time :)
