“Man, why do the weirdest people always bid on me?”
“I can’t believe someone other than your girlfriend actually bid on you. Talk about charity work.”
Alpha Sigma Phi had just completed their annual Date Auction that was used for fundraising. As usual the turnout had been great and they had raised quite a hefty sum of money. The auction had gotten cut throat at times and a fist fight had to be broken up when it was Geto’s turn on the auction block. Gojo’s fan club had also tried to trample an unlucky row of spectators in an attempt to get to the snowy haired Alpha.
“At least your girlfriend came and participated. My crush didn’t even show up.”
“Your crush never shows up. They don’t even wanna hangout with us for free, much less pay for it.”
“Hey! Speak for yourself.”
“Speaking of Omega Chi, make sure you finished the apology gift baskets and have them dropped off before you go on your dates. It’s best not to dilly-dally if we want our apology to be taken as serious and sincere,” Yuki orders.
“God I can only imagine what that house must look like. I bet they’re tearing each other’s heads off right now.”
Kento was snuggled between Choso and Haibara. They had all piled into the living room and made a giant pillow fort using the softest blankets and cushions that they could find. Omega Chi did have a nesting room in their house that anyone was free to use and it was a popular spot for when the Omegas needed some comfort, but they had decided to set up camp in the living room because of its proximity to the kitchen which meant easy access to snacks and of course the tv.
Kento was having a particularly rough preheat which meant his heat was gonna be trouble as well. He had decided to return home as a result of that. While they were allowed heat leave from their classes, Kento never had taken it before seeing as his heats were usually manageable on his own. However his restlessness and sensitivity was at an all-time high, so for the sake of everyone around him, Kento was getting picked up by his dad and brother and heading home later that day.
He had been clingy ever since this cursed preheat had started but all of his friends had been gracious enough not to complain. While Choso may have an intimidating demeanor to outsiders, the brunette would never turn down cuddles. If Kento was remembering correctly he had three younger brothers back home so he was likely used to never having any personal space.
“Yuki just texted me to let me know that they’ll be coming by to drop off gifts for us,” Utahime announces from her spot in the armchair.
“Gifts?”
“Yeah I guess they want to apologize for how they acted the other day.”
“But ‘they’ you mean Kusakabe?”
“I assume so.”
“Are they coming soon? My brother should be here any minute.”
As if summoned by his words, a sharp knock raps against their front door.
“That must be those idiots. Let’s go see what they brought?”
After much grumbling and detangling themselves from the blankets, they make their way to the front door. Utahime pulls open the front door.
“Hi, I’m Kento’s brother Anton. Do you usually have a line of Alpha’s waiting for you or am I interrupting a special occasion?”
Kento pushes past Utahime and throws himself into his brother’s arms. Anton returns the tight embrace with no hesitation. “Aw, I missed you Kento. I’m going to go load your bags into the car. Dad decided to wait in the car because he didn't want to embarrass you.”
Their dad was too considerate. Thankfully Kento had packed his bags last night and had them waiting by the front entrance. He directs his brother to them and offers to help and is quickly shot down. Kento was the youngest of three children and his older twin siblings doted on him just as much as their parents. He didn’t want to keep his father waiting for too long.
“Say bye to your friends,” Anton orders, hoisting his bags with ease. “I’ll be right back.”
“Wow Nanami, your brother is hot. Is he single?” Mei-Mei purs.
“We are NOT gonna talk about my brother, you freaks.” He had been so wrapped up in the appearance of his brother he had forgotten about their recurring headaches that lived down the block.
Yuki clears her throat. “We’re here to drop off these gifts we put together for you! We made personalized baskets to apologize. Can we come in?”
“Hell no.” Choso doesn’t waste any time answering. “We’ll come outside.”
They shuffle out onto the front lawn and Geto presents them with a large, clearly homemade card.
SORRY WE (MOSTLY KUSAKABE) WERE DICKHEADS 🙁 PLEASE FORGIVE US
“Wow, that really is….something,” Utahime comments drily.
They take that as their sign to present their gift baskets. A familiar white haired Alpha skips over to Kento and at this point he couldn’t even pretend to be surprised. He goes rigid as the familiar scents wafts over him. It was the same scent the permeated from his jacket. The Omega had been so irritated when it had faded from the material and couldn’t place why. Now the scent was back and coming straight from the source.
Satoru hands the basket to the dazed Omega. “I couldn’t choose between a weighted blanket or a heated blanket, so I got b– oh!”
Midway through his spiel Nanami had set the basket aside and latched himself onto Satoru. His blonde head nestled against the Alpha's sternum and his arms were wrapped around his shoulders.
“Nanamin, are you okay?”
“Lillebror ,” Anton calls. “ Slip ham nu. Det er tid til at gå. Far venter på os i bilen.”
What the heck was going on? Since when did Nanami speak another language. Though Satoru supposed it made sense that blonde hair had to come from somewhere. Interestingly enough his brother did not share the ashen hair color and had black hair so he wondered who the Omega took after looks-wise.
“Du forstår det ikke! ” Kento shakes his head in frustration. “ Jeg vil, nej jeg har brug for det.”
Anton looks unimpressed. “Er det den rigtige måde at bede om noget på?”
“Må jeg få det her?”
“He doesn’t speak Danish, Ken-Ken.”
“May I have your sweater please? I need it for–”
Satoru doesn’t bother to let him get through his explanation and immediately starts peeling himself out of his blue cashmere sweater. Thankfully he had the foresight to wear an undershirt today.
Nanami looks pleased as punch and clutches the sweater to his chest. “Thank you.” He gives Satoru a quick hug before going to his brother’s side.
“I’m so sorry about that,” Anton apologizes. “He’s not usually this bratty. I’ll be sure he returns it when he comes back to school.”
Satoru waves him off and watches the two brothers get into the black car parked on the curb.
Satoru does his best to focus on his date but his mind keeps wandering. The girl was nice, but had what Suguru would describe as crazy eyes. She was sitting a tad bit closer than was appropriate on their picnic. Any closer and she would practically be in his lap. He was doing his best to listen to her as she spoke but the Alpha couldn’t help but keep replaying his encounter with Nanami.
The Omega had held him so desperately, rubbing his face into Satoru’s chest. He would be lying if he said he didn’t enjoy it, but he just wished their closeness had been under different circumstances. Nanami wanting to cuddle him without the affects of his heat messing with him would literally make his week. Scratch that, it would make it his year.
The girl, Satoru could not remember her name at the moment, places her hand over his and he gently pulls his away. He pretends he doesn’t see her offended look and is quick to smooth over the tension with a compliment. “You look so pretty. I hope the sunset looks even half as nice as you do.”
The compliment does its job and sends the girl into a fit of flirtatious giggles. Satoru wondered when Nanami would be back. Hopefully, his heat wasn’t too rough on him and the blonde was able to get some rest and spend some quality time with his family. Though the snowy haired Alpha would miss his daily glimpses and interactions. He discretely takes a peek at his watch and does some quick mental math to calculate how soon this date would be over. Satoru wanted to be sure to text Nanami before it got to be too late.
Despite what Suguru may try to tell you, Satoru was NOT moping because he missed Nanami. Okay he absolutely was and he was very aware of how pathetic he looked. Even Haibara, from Omega Chi, had commented on it.
“You look like someone cancelled Christmas. I would offer you a hug, but I think that would anger a certain someone, so will you settle for a high-five?”
“I miss Nanami.” There was no beating around the bush. They were on day six with no sign of Nanami Kento and it was killing him.
“Me too,” Haibara commiserates. “But cheer up! He is supposed to be back around lunch time today, so the Kento-drought will finally be over.”
Satoru’s body is moving before he realizes it. He pulls the dark haired Omega into a hug and swings him around. Haibara lets out a whoop of delight and Satoru is quick to set him back on his feet.
“Thank you for giving me the strength to keep going, Haibara. I really owe you one!”
Satoru goes about his classes with a pep in his step after receiving the wonderful news. By the time he has a gap in his schedule to take a break, he’s practically euphoric. Kento was bound to be back by now!
His feet carry him to the familiar destination to the second floor of the library. Blonde hair highlighted by the sunbeams shining through the wind made it hard to miss his favorite Omega sitting at his favorite spot in the library. Satoru is not ashamed to admit that he nearly runs to take a seat across from him.
Nanami raises his glance from the book in front of him and stares at the Alpha in amusement. God Satoru had missed that beautiful face so much. “Hello.”
“Hi, how are you feeling?”
“Much better. It was a nice reset and it was nice to see my family. How are you? I heard you were quite busy.”
“It was actually pretty boring actually.”
“I heard otherwise. Kimiko apparently had a lot to say. I heard about it as soon as I got back.”
“Who is Kimiko?”
“......the girl who won the Date Auction for you.”
“Let’s not talk about her. That date wasn’t very memorable. My heart wasn’t in it.” He had literally forgotten about that date as soon as it was over. His mind had been occupied with someone much more important.
“Yeah she was apparently ranting and demanding a refund on Twitter.”
“You keep bringing Kanako up, but I told she’s unimportant. You’re not jealous are you, Nanamin?”
“I’m definitely not jealous.”
“You adding ‘definitely’ makes me think otherwise. You’re not even a little jealous of Kimora?” Satoru can't help but smirk at the thought. He wondered if Nanami was the possessive type.
“Nope and you wanna know why?”
Satoru leans forward in his seat and is thrilled when Nanami does the same. “Tell me.”
“The difference between me and that girl you went on a date with is simple. I wouldn’t have to pay you to go out with me. Isn’t that right?”
Satoru feels his cheeks heat up. Damn, since when did Nanami have so much game? “That’s right.”
“I have something for you.” The abrupt change of topic sends Satoru reeling. The blonde reaches into his bag before sliding his blue sweater across the table. It was neatly folded and smelled of fresh laundry detergent, but underneath it he could smell something that was so quintessentially Nanami.
“You didn’t have to give it back. You can keep it.” Nanami could’ve kept the sweater forever and you would not have heard a single complaint from Gojo.
“While I appreciate the offer, there’s no need. It doesn’t smell like you anymore so I have no desire for it anymore.”
“Since when did you get so bold?”
“I’ve had a lot of time to think this past week.” Nanami rises from his seat and slings his backpack over his shoulder. “Don’t be a stranger. I’ll be seeing you very soon.”
“Alright Kento since you’re our treasurer let’s talk strategy.”
“If we’re gonna beat Alpha Phi we need to be thinking bigger and outside the box. We have to think like them. We also need to consider the members of the fraternity themselves. What do they all have in common?”
“They’re hot?”
“They’re annoying?”
“They’re all a little slutty?”
“None of them know how to cook?”
“While all of those answers are unfortunately true, I had a different line of thinking,” Kento leans forward in his seat with a sly smile. “They’re all rich.”
“Ooooooooooh!”
“I’ve outlined a list of activities for this week that if we execute correctly we will no doubt be the top donors for our charity. So here’s the plan…..”
[Kusakabe]: GUYS
[Kusakabe]: YOOO

[Kusakabe]: man fuck ur class! omega chi is hosting a car wash at their house

Choso was shirtless and soaking wet. His hair was free of their usual buns and flowing around his shoulders.
[Yuki]: IM ON MY WAY
[Mei Mei]: Don’t you have a girlfriend? She’s cool with you drooling over a bunch of omegas?
[Kusakabe]: she doesnt give a fuck LMAO shes having the time of her life
[Kusakabe]: (1) attachment.mov
A shaky camera zooms in on a red convertible. Utahime clad in a soft pink bikini was hosing down the hood of the car as Kento soaped up the exterior. WIth a mischievous smile, Utahime tilts the hose towards the blonde. Water trickles down his sculpted torso to the hem of his blue five inch inseam board shorts. Inside the car, Mina squeals in delight.
[Shoko]: Be there in 5
[Suguru]: don’t let ur boner slow u down
Satoru doesn’t even bother replying in the groupchat. He shoves his laptop into his backpack and hastily departs from the lecture hall, lesson be damned. He’s not even a little bit ashamed as he sprints towards the parking lot, ignoring the looks he’s getting. It’s not everyday borderline prudish Nanami Kento is willing to show some skin and doing so while wet? It was like a wet dream come true. A car wash, huh? Well Gojo Satoru happened to have three cars so it looked like he would be spending quite a bit of time at the Omega Chi house today.
By the time Satoru pulls up in front of the familiar house he sees many of his fraternity members there as well. Yuki and her big black motorcycle occupying a spot in the driveway while she chatted up Choso and Suguru was sitting in front of his car while he watched Haibara lean over the hood.
Ijichi greets him at the end of the driveway. He was manning the cash box and offered him a friendly wave.
“How come you’re not out there washing cars too?”
“Not really my thing,” Ijichi shrugs. “I assume you’re here for Nanami? He’s taking a break right now, but I’ll let him know you’re here.” The younger man pulls out his phone and taps away on it.
They’re not kept waiting long. Nanami exits the house and makes his way down to them. Satoru’s eyes trace their way down from the wet golden hair, to his sculpted torso, and land on the short blue shorts and long lovely legs. The Alpha discretely crosses his legs and thinks about elderly people trying to kill his inappropriate thoughts.
“Here for a wash? Pull your car forward, so I can get it nice and wet.”
Satoru closes his eyes and takes a deep breath. He was going to be so normal about this. (At least in public. What he did in his bedroom alone later that night was between him and his four walls.) Satoru Gojo was not a man ruled by temptation. As a matter of fact he had impeccable self control and liked to think himself far above those Alphas who claimed that they were overcome by their desires. With that being said he was in the presence of his very attractive crush and he felt himself going a little braindead.
He does as instructed and pulls his car into an empty stretch of space in the driveway. Satoru watches with the utmost attention as Nanami wets the exterior of his car and starts methodically soaping it up. He couldn’t help but imagine them in a different scenario involving soap and water. Under the warm stream of shower water, Satoru taking his sweet time soaping up Nanami’s tanned back and chest as they had all the time in the world together to–
“Did you come straight from class?” Nanami asks, breaking up Satoru’s train of thought.
“Yeah, I had two back to back lectures today. Thankfully, I’m done for the day.” He very mindfully does not mention that he had abandoned his class midway through to come here. “What about you?”
“I’ve been here all day. We’ve been washing cars since 10 a.m.” The blonde takes the hose and starts carefully hosing off the suds.
That was a long time to be working. “Aren’t you and your friends tired, Nanamin?”
“We take breaks every now and again. Just enough time for some water and snacks.” Nanami grabs a towel from a nearby bucket and starts the drying process. He flags down another Omega Chi member to come over and assist him.
“That’s no way to work,” Satoru frowns. He slides his hand into his pocket and pulls out his wallet. He’s able to find his American Express with ease and offers it to the blonde. “Here, order lunch for you and your friends on me. Get something nice and filling; we can’t have you guys passing out or being starved.”
“This is a Black card.”
“Yes?”
“And you trust me with it?”
“Yep, sure do! It’s not like you can max it out; there’s no spending limit.”
Nanami holds it like it’s something precious and nods.
“Now go order your lunch. My car can wait. Lemme round up these knucklehead Alphas so you can enjoy your meal in peace.”
“But what about your card?”
“Are you gonna run off on me with it or something?” Satoru teases. “We can’t seem to keep away from each other so give it back to me whenever. That’s not my only card so I’ll get by just fine. You’d better go before Utahime gets hangry and starts torturing us all.”
Nanami shoots him a final smile before sliding out the car. Satoru hated to see him go, but he loved to watch him leave. Now he had to round up his friends and get them to scram.
Satoru is walking to the student union when a long line winding around the Humanities building catches his eye. He spots Akio in line and walks over to his junior. “What’s this line for?”
“Omega Chi is having a bake sale. I heard Nanami made his famous daifuku and melonpan again and I NEED to get my hands on some.”
“Say less.” Satoru whips out his phone and pulls up a familiar contact.
[Satoru]: how much to buy all your daifuku and melonpan
[Satoru]: actually scratch that i’ll buy all of your inventory for the day just name the price.
[NanaMINE💛🥰]: Come to the front of the line.
Satoru slides his phone back into his pocket and grabs Akio by his backpack strap. “Come along. We’re VIP now.” Akio cheers and follows along obediently.
At the front they see Utahime holding a clipboard and Nanami sitting in front of a cash box. Utahime waves them over as they approach. “I heard you were trying to sell us out. Do you have your payment ready?”
“Do you take card?”
“Absolutely.” Nanami reaches behind him and grabs his phone. Attached to the bottom of the device the blonde had a card reader. Satoru hands over his debit card with a flourish. Nanami swipes it before placing it in Satoru’s palm. The blonde’s hand lingers against his, rubbing gently at his wrist almost absently. “Haibara and Nitta are doing delivery for large orders. They should be by your house as soon as they have everything packed up. They had to swing by anyways because they’re bringing an order by for Sukuna.”
“Sukuna ordered?”
“Yeah, he texted me this morning as soon as he saw the fliers.”
“You and Sukuna are close enough to text?”
“I made his birthday cake last year and I guess he really liked it,” Nanami shrugs. That left Satoru with more questions than answers. “We can talk more later, but right now I’ve got another hour and a half left in my shift. Omega Chi thanks you for your support!”
By the time Satoru arrives home from his final class of the day, there are more than a dozen lavender boxes waiting for him in the kitchen. They all had Omega Chi’s emblem stamped on them and smelled heavenly. After some brief investigation, he selects a box of daifuku and heads to his room to get some studying done.
COME COZY UP WITH OMEGA CHI FOR MOVIE NIGHT!!
BRING YOUR BLANKETS AND BESTIES!
MOVIE STARTS 19:00 @ THE INTRAMURAL FIELD
SEE YOU THEN!!
Satoru and a handful of his fraternity members had shown up to the Omega Chi movie night together, but the minute they had bought their tickets everyone had scattered. He had just finished buying snacks from the friendly girl working the concessions table and was carefully picking his way through the rapidly filling field to find a spot of his own. He had spotted Shoko, who finally returned from her conference, cozying up with Utahime and was sorely tempted to go bother them, but a familiar voice calling out to him has him pausing.
Nanami was seated on a large green blanket not far from Utahime. The blonde waves to get his attention then tips his head in his direction. Gojo picks up his cue and carefully makes his way over, being mindful to not trample anyone under foot. Nanami pats the ground beside him and Satoru doesn’t wait for further invitation. He tries to keep a respectable gap of distance, but the blonde is quick to press against his side.
“If there’s one thing you Alphas are good for, it’s being walking space heaters.”
Satoru carefully drapes his blanket across the two of them. He notices the blonde snuggle into it and can’t help the pride that blossoms in his chest. “Are you warm enough, Nanami? I can go run to my car and grab another blanket.”
“No need.” Satoru feels a weighty plush blanket wrap around his shoulders, practically cocooning them together. “I brought one of my old nesting blankets because I know how cold it gets out here. I would’ve brought the blanket you gave me, but I can’t bear the thought of something happening to it out here.”
He can’t say things like that! It was bad for the poor Alpha’s heart. He quickly changes the subject. “Have you seen this movie before?”
“Titanic? Yeah, Yu makes us watch it at least twice a semester. Don’t be surprised if I fall asleep midway through.” Nanami adjusts his position against Satoru’s shoulder. “He’s actually the one who picked the movie for tonight. We never have the heart to tell him no.”
“Yeah that would be like telling a Carebear no.”
“I think your girlfriend is mad at me,” Nanami chuckles. Satoru almost doesn’t register his words, too focused on the feeling of the Omega’s breath against his neck.
“Hmm?”
“Kimiko. She keeps looking over at us and glaring. It’s actually kind of funny.”
“Stop calling her that and just ignore her. Let’s not feed into her childish behavior.” Gojo seriously needed to do something about her because he was not trying to have this become a recurring issue. “Oh look, the movie is starting.”
True to his word, Nanami does fall asleep. He doesn’t even make it twenty minutes into the movie before he’s sound asleep against the Alpha’s shoulder. Gojo tries to focus on the movie but the warm line of the body pressed against his and Nanami’s soft snores draw him into a stupor. Before he knows it the movie is over and Utahime is standing over him with Shoko at her shoulder.
“Of course he fell asleep. I’ll take him off your hands Gojo.”
“Don’t worry about it. I’ll give him a ride home, so your plans aren’t interrupted.”
Nanami stirs against his shoulder and lets out a yawn. “Over already?”
“Yeah sleepyhead. Gojo’s gonna give you a ride home and me and Shoko are gonna go grab some food. Do you want me to bring you anything back?”
Nanami shakes his head and waves her off with a yawn. With a final wave, the two women leave them to their own devices. Satoru manages to pick up all their blankets and herd the blonde to his car with no problem. As soon as he’s buckled into his seat, Nanami is fast asleep again.
Satoru starts the car and heads towards the familiar destination with a smile. His heat must’ve been more draining than the Omega had tried to let on and his body still needed to recover. They arrive in front of the Omega Chi house and Satoru kills the engine.
“Wake up, Nanamin. We’re at your house. All you have to do is walk inside then you can sleep for as long as you want.”
Nanami grumbles sleepily and Satoru can’t fight a smile at the cute display. “It’s Kento.”
“Huh?”
“You can call me Kento.”
“Alright, Kento. Only if you call me Satoru.”
“Mmmm ‘m so sleepy.”
“I can tell,” he laughs. “I would carry you to bed if I didn’t think Utahime would rightfully chew me out.”
Nanami, no, Kento lets out a sleepy giggle and the Alpha feels his heart squeeze at the adorable sound. “ ‘Hime would get so mad.” The blonde blearily rubs his eyes and starts fumbling with his seatbelt. After a few tries he successfully frees himself and reaches for the door handle. “G’dnight, Toru.”
“Sweet dreams, Kento.”
Satoru stays parked in front of the house until he sees the Omega get inside the house safely. If he drives home with the biggest smile on his face that’s between him and the stars that keep him company on the way home.
“Since Alpha Sigma Phi have been on their best behavior, I think we at Omega Chi can finally lift the ban on them. They’ve shown they’re willing to play nice, so we can reward that good behavior. In a show of good faith we will be attending their party this upcoming Friday night.”
