The meeting
REGULUS POV
Regulus doesn’t really know what to do with himself when he is sitting on the plane going to Minnesota. When the letter had arrived that he had been invited to start his first year at uni at a prestigious school in America, he had been very nervous about being without Sirius. Sirius on the other hand, always looking for an excuse to leave the house, had immediately told their parents that he was coming with him.
Sirius had dropped out of the school he was going to where they lived, in Nice, since the start of his first year. Only one year older than Regulus and he was so different, more free. Sirius was always easy to talk too, like now when he was talking to all the stewardesses, telling jokes and stories all while Regulus was just reading his book with his headphones in his ears.
He and Sirius were always close, but he had always wished he was more like his older brother. Sirius always gad more friends, he was the favorite, the heir to the noble house of Black.
And now, they were on their way to net the Potters, the family they were going to be living with. All they got to know about the Potters were that they were Spanish, the older woman was called Euphemia, but would like to be called Effie. Her husband was called Fleamont and their son's name was James. If you were too ask Regulus, the older couple had very strange names, maybe he shouldn't judge though, his entire family tree consisted of stars.
Regulus quite liked stars, he had always liked sitting under the stars with Sirius and he would always point out His and Regulus stars. Regulus thought that maybe thats why he started to study astronomy, it reminded him of Sirius.
JAMES POV
James was nearly jumping with joy at the airport, he had been so exited when his parents mentioned that two boys from France were going to stay with them while they were studying at the same university were James was studying.
His mum had said that there names were Regulus and Sirius and that Sirius was the same age as James and that Regulus was a year younger.
James heard Effie say that the boys flight had landed and that they should be out any second now and that they should be waiting for them. James and his parents started walking towards the door where the passengers came out.
"Thats them right there!" Effie shouted excitedly and James started jumping so that he could see them over the crowd.
