Joker, formally known as James Potter, was sitting in his cell eating some chocolate frogs when he heard shouting outside his cell door and him being him get's up and moving towards the noise
Because of this, he only just manages to dodge a vine most likely created by his ex-wife
"What was that for Lily-flower." He said, trying to be charming in hopes that he wasn't hit by another vine because even he knew not to tamper with an angry Lily Evans regularly
"You killed my nephew, you toe rag." Said the furious Lily Evans sending another vine that Joker only just dodged
That one sentence had Joker pausing in horror. "I did WHAT." he said in horror
"You hurt Jay." Was the one sentence that had James taking control instead of Joker
"Bloody hell." Was all the British man said before taking a deep breath then turning to he's ex-wife "would you mind dropping me off at a different psychiatric hospital in a different state." As soon as he finished Lily had already grabbed his arm and was marching him out of Arkham and into her car then driving to the nearest petrol station and filling up her car then getting back in the car after telling the worker that she was dropping off Joker at a different a psychiatric hospital in a different state
A couple days later the two former husband and wife arrived in California at a psychiatric hospital and Lily booked in Joker who went along without a word having been in shock since he found out that Jason his nephew was the Robin he killed and honestly it broke him a little that he had killed the kid he use to babysit the toddler he taught to poke his tongue out of his mouth the kid he taught how to prank the giggling little boy that he killed in cold blood
"He's never going to forgive me Lil I killed him, he died because of me, I set the bomb that killed him, Lily I killed my nephew, I killed someone I had helped raise." He said brokenly to Ivy, who just nodded along, knowing that there wasn't anything she could say to help, and James knew that
So James did something he hadn't done in years and hugged Ivy, he hugged he ex-wife, he hugged his Lily-flower, he hugged he former best friend, he hugged the future he could of had, he hugged for the pain he caused people that could have been avoided if he never gave into temptation, and then he broke down crying knowing he caused so much pain and harm and that he missed just being James Potter he missed the years he spent at Hogwarts and that he wanted to go back in time to when he had no real worries other then his school work

P.O.V Lily Evans / Poison Ivy
Lily knew that the fact that James had harmed Jason would trigger something in him she didn't know that it would trigger this though it seemed that James the real one the one she had fallin in love with all those years ago was back and was present enough to have Lily to drive him across the country to a different psychiatric hospital and to even willingly book him in to the hospital then he broke down crying and ended up hugging her for dear life after realising what he had done to Jason that he could have been the reason Jason never grew up, loved someone, had his own children or anything in between
After making sure James was okay and being told repeatedly that he was okay by James himself, Lily left the hospital to drive back to Gotham, but before that, Lily called someone

P.O.V James Potter / Joker
James had spent a couple of days at his new psychiatric hospital, and he was feeling more himself than he had in over a decade
James was reading the quidditch magazine's from Britain he had over a decade to catch up on, and then he heard a knock on his door and looked up to see a face he hadn't seen in years
"What are you doing here? How did you even know I was here." He said in disbelief at the person in front of him who was just smiling at him
"Lily called me and told me where you were." The person said as they entered the room and then another person behind them that also smiled at James too and was another face James hadn't seen in over a decade then four other faces of people he hadn't seen in over a decade it was his family
Sirius Black, Regulus Black, Andromeda Tonks née Black, Narcissa Malfoy née Black, Talia Al Ghul, Cassiopeia Black
This made him cry in happiness and hug his aunt and cousin's and being thankful that he was feeling more himself than he had in years and being surrounded by his family
James spent the rest of the day catching up with his family and enjoying their presence
Talia told James about how Luna was scaring Ra's just like Pandora Lovegood used to
Sirius told him about the stupid moments of the pure bloods
Narcissa told James of Lucius' many stupid moments of the past couple of years
Regulus informed him of Sirius' stupid moments
Andromeda shared stories of her daughter Nymphadora Tonks
And Aunt Cassiopeia told him of Aster-Regulus, Neville, Damian, Jason, Cassandra, Luna, and Draco
When his family left, James felt more like James, and he was happier than he'd been in a long time.
