“Walburga…Walburga don't walk away from me. We cant live like this anymore!”
“Are you fucking insane?” Walburga spun towards her. “Are you actually so naive?”
“Walburga-”
“Merlin,” Walburga threw up her hands, her eyes rimmed in red. “I cant fucking belive this. I can't believe you.”
“I don't understand-”
“No! No, you don't understand! You don't understand! So just go away and leave me the fuck alone!” Walburga stepped closer to her.
“It was just a suggestion. You could do it. Youre just too fucking scared.” Acantha hovered right in front of her. “You're such a coward. You're always so upset that your brother follows your parents, but walburga? Youre the real fucking coward. You're worse than he is, and one day? You'll be just like your parents.” Acantha spit at her.
“How dare you.-” She started.
“I'm not trying to be cruel, Walburga. I'm really not, but I've seen it. I've seen you and you're just as bad as your parents. I'm trying to help you! Why won't you listen to me?! Just listen to me once in your fucking life!” And then, Walburga Slapped her. “See! Ha! Don't you see!” Walburga slapped her again and Acantha just laughed as Walburga slapped her again and again.
“You're weak. You're weak and you're pathetic.” Acantha spit blood, and while she was still smiling and breathless from laughing she punched Walburga square in the face. She doesn't know how it happened, but she found herself on top of Walburga, both of their faces bloody. Walburga was silent and her face blank, but Acantha was laughing again, her face a broad smile.
“Merlin. You fucking-” She started. “You fucking-You fucking. Oh fuck me.” Acantha bent down to kiss her, Walburga meeting her half way. Whoever said love was clean and pure, was a fucking liar. It's ugly and bloody, and most of all, it's all a horrible tragedy.
*They never saw eachother again after this. Cygnus caught them and killed Acantha. He erased Walburgas memories, or so he thought...*
