Chapter 1
-Sirius POV-
I hummed softly as i pressed a kiss to my sleeping boyfriend’s forehead. He shifted slightly but didn’t wake. the bandages i’d kidnapped a few moons ago for him were almost out. a frown crossed my face as i saw the amount i’d put on him. it’d been worse than other moons
“i swear moony” i kissed his forehead as i tugged a jumper over his head “you’re gonna be the death of me”
my sleeping boyfriend just snuggled into the blankets as a response. i smiled and grabbed the blankets from my bed. Peter let out a loud snore, drawing a soft thud, which was a pillow thrown by James. i laughed.
“god he never shuts up” James groaned. I laughed as i tucked Remus in, adding the extra blankets as a nest of sorts.
-Remus POV-
I whined softly as i woke up. i could hear voices
“you two gonna be alright?” Peter. Sirius responded from behind me- was that his arm holding me?
“we’ll be okay- ill come join y’all later” he said. i screwed my eyes shut tighter, he felt so *loud*. i heard the door shut and a small thud as sirius flopped back down. i felt myself be tugged back against him. i forced an eye open to be greeted by a blanket, blinking a few times, to try and figure out where my body was.
i felt sirius’ arm around me, his hand tucked between my side and the mattress. his leg was tossed haphazardly over my own. i felt the warmth of him, my jumper, as well as- when had i put on a jumper?- the blanket. i groaned softly as the pain made itself known. i could feel the stickiness of a bandage on my cheek. i whined softly.
of course another one on my face. I felt sirius press a kiss to the back of my head. i whined softly and rolled over so my face was buried into his chest. i whined again when i realized
“pads we gotta get up” i whined, trying to wiggle out of his grip
“not at all- we’re staying here so you can get your sleep- and you shied away when i talked to James- it’s gonna be too loud for you” he hummed, hugging me against him
“besides- you can skip a day it’ll be alright” i whined, wiggling more “how bout we stay here till lunch- then we can see how you’re feeling, yeah?” He murmured in my ear.
i nodded hesitantly. Sirius pushed himself up so he was sitting, back resting against the headboard I whined at his movement, clinging to his waist. i looked at my bef snd nearly laughe. He’d essentially made a nest of blankets for the two of us. he kissed my hair
“warm enough?”
“very” i hummed, wiggling happily. Sirius hummed and stroked my hair gently. i yawned, stretching my legs. after a short while i fell back asleep.
the next time i woke up it was to sirius shaking me gently
“moony- hey moonyyyy”i whined and put an arm over my face. he chuckled
“cmon love its lunchtime” i rubbed my eyes sleepily as i sat next to sirius, leaning on him. James laughed
“tired moony?”
“shuddup” i grumbled, nibbling on the chocolate bar Sirius had given me. he laughed and poked my side.
i groaned and gave him a glare. Sirius tapped my thigh three times, nonverbally letting me know he loved me.
i hummed happily, tapping him back
