1. Link to your AO3 account
2. The Fandom(s) your fic will belong to
3. A general summary of your story
4. Some main ideas about your story
5. The general estimated length of the fic (Range from longfics to oneshots)
6. Your general update schedule if you have one and/or if you have prewritten chapters
7. The general tone of your fic/type of fic (i.e. Dark Fic, Chat Fic, Crack Fic, etc.)
8. Any concerns/questions and/or terms you wish to discuss
Once you send these things to me, I will get back to you when I have time.
Two things that will happen is:
A: confirm you want me as a beta reader. Add me as a co-author on the fanfic. Work out an editing schedule for the fic/deadlines for my editing. And work together until you no longer need my services or the fic is finished.
B: I will let you know if I have too many clients and will unfortunately turn you down, however, you can go to the AO3 reddit page and ask for a Beta reader there. I do hope not to turn down anyone, but it is a possibility I will account for.
Now for payment:
Its free, obviously, but all I ask for is credit for Beta reading. A small note saying:
"Beta-read by Rose_Marie!"
Or
"Rose_Marie Beta-read this chapter!"
Is all I ask.
