Summary
This is pretty short and basically just Angst I randomly wrote in class. Evan dies and Barty's sad.

He heard the explosion.
He turned around.
He saw his boyfriend's white hair on the ground.
Evan got hit, directly.
Barty ran to him, ignoring everything else around him.
Only Evan mattered.
Only him.

When he arrived, he saw dark skin and light hair covered in blood.

"Evan"

The young man opened his eyes slowly and smiled when he saw Barty standing above him.

"Barty", he replied weakly "Barty I'm sorry. Sorry for all the pain I've caused you, all the stress. I'm sorry for making you love me. But don't worry, you won't ever have to suffer because of me again"

By this point Barty was holding the other in his arms, crying hot tears.

"Please don't leave me Evan", he begged between sobs "Please, I love you"

"I'm sorry, Barty. I love you too"

---------------

Those were the last words Evan had ever said. After that day, Barty had never been the same anymore. His loud and energetic personality vanished, as if he himself had died that day. The only thing he ever did was sit in front of the Altar and talk to Evan. The Altar was more dear and sacred to Barty than anything else and everyone of his thoughts was filled with Evan.

He thought about the way Evan just to smile, the little dimples around his mouth. He thought about how he bit his lips when he concentrated. The way he tilted his head to the side when he didn't understand something. The way his brows furrowed and his nose got scrunched when he was mad at something.

He thought about the way Evan lived and that it would all never happen again.

Everyday Barty got closer to going to see him again. He didn't want to spend another day without him. But he knew, that he had to avenge him first.

So Barty dedicated his life to finding Alastor Moody and letting him know the love he had for Evan and the hate he had for Moody.

Only when he was sent to Azkaban a second time, he knew there'd be no escape this time. No way to finish his work. So there he stopped trying.

He stopped resisting death, because all he ever thought about was seeing his beloved Evan once again.
