Plot Timeline:

1. Prisoner of Azkaban (Year 3) – This is where the story begins, following the protagonist's school life while the events of the third book unfold in the background. Rather than being directly involved in the main conflict, she is more focused on her own experiences at Hogwarts.

2. Goblet of Fire (Year 4) – The protagonist continues her journey, navigating the chaos of the Triwizard Tournament while maintaining her usual routine of academics and friendships. Though she acknowledges the tournament's significance, it doesn't dictate her entire school experience.

3. Order of the Phoenix (Year 5) – Kind of? – While this year is still part of the timeline, the story will not heavily focus on the events of Order of the Phoenix, since, well, it's not the best. Instead, the protagonist's perspective remains centered on her own life, with only occasional acknowledgments of the larger conflict brewing around her. Think of it as a "background event" rather than the story's main focus.

To make the story feel more immersive and authentic, I also tried researching the following:

1. Hogwarts Daily Life & Logistics

-Common Room Culture: How different houses operate, their curfews, and the overall atmosphere.

-Meals & Dining Hall Etiquette: How food appears, what's commonly eaten, and the role of house-elves.

-Hogsmeade Visits: When students can go, what shops exist, and how often trips happen.

-Hogwarts Rules & Punishments: What's enforced vs. what students get away with.

2. Magic System & Education

-Homework & Studying: The workload students deal with, how they write essays (parchment, quills), and study habits.

-Spell Limitations: What third and fourth years realistically can/cannot do.

-Exams & Grading System: OWLs, NEWTs, and regular term assessments.

-Magical Theory: How magic works (e.g., wand movements, incantations, effects).

3. Social & Cultural Aspects

-House Rivalries & Friendships: How inter-house dynamics actually play out beyond the Gryffindor vs. Slytherin that we see in the Harry Potter books.

-Blood Status & Discrimination: How it manifests in daily interactions.

-Witch/Wizard Pop Culture: Are there wizard celebrities, trending books, famous Quidditch players?

-Fashion & Personal Style: How robes are worn casually, personal touches students add. (Watch Mc rock the Kogal gyaru)

4. The Wizarding World Outside Hogwarts

-Family Communication: How often students send owls, how strict parents might be.

-Diagon Alley vs. Hogsmeade: Where do students shop for casual things?

-Current Events in the Wizarding World: What's in The Daily Prophet during these years?

Since the MC is Chinoy, I also want to explore:

-How does Hogwarts treat foreign cultures (e.g., does she incorporate Filipino/Chinese magic or traditions?)

-Magical food diversity (Does she crave food from home? Can house-elves make it?)
