Chapter 1
After the graduation
Soon after the graduation of the Dark Lord’s heir, things got darker and darker each day for Mathias. He had to brace himself for the missions his father would probably give him. He had been practicing hard under his father’s harsh discipline for so much long but why was he so stressed now?
He wasn’t sure. Not anymore. He knew he had to do this or otherwise his father would go mad and even kill him. No, he can’t be foolish enough to get himself killed after all those years of enduring the harsh practices. He also knows that he can’t admit to his father that he’s scared and not sure, his father would call him weak and pathetic, that’s for sure. But he’s still a kid after all.
After the 19th birthdays, the next day his father sent him to his first mission. To obtain an object from the ministry. He knows that he has to be smart or otherwise he’ll just receive a lifetime Azkaban sentence, with his mother, at the thought a shiver ran down his spine and he just pushed the thought away for the time being.
He groaned and got up from his bed after overthinking the whole situation. He had to do it.it was like he was signed for military and couldn’t say no to a mission. He grabbed his wand and put on a sweater and left his room, looking at it like it was the last time before leaving the house, yes, he avoided eating breakfast with his father, just to prevent from any arguments. He used the ashes to secretly get to the ministry. After he made it there it took him a meanest to suppress the fear he was feeling, he had to do this for his father, for his life.
so he just hurries to the room that the object was hidden in, careful and under cover.
Finding the object took 4 hours of his time but it was alright as long as he found it. When he did he let out a sigh of relief and disappeared back to the Riddle manor.
He braces himself to meet his father in his office to tell him that he had obtained the item. So he hesitates for a moment before knocking on his father’s door.
