Draco Malfoy
Draco had been following the Sailor since the beginning of his second month at sea. He knew that time range, because he’d been listening to the man speak to another on a small port one day.
When Draco turned eighteen and came of age, his mother pushed him to explore the seas, in search of his soul bonded. She’d always been such a strong advocate for the love of soulmates, especially since she and his father had been bonded.
Two years after starting that exploration, he found him. He was sure of it, when he saw the beautiful sailor fishing in the middle of the ocean for his food. The man had dark curls for hair, tussled from his time at sea. His eyes were the brightest green Draco had ever seen, and his skin pale, besides the dark freckles that splattered over his muscular build.
Draco felt the pull almost immediately. He followed to try and understand more about this man, and soon enough decided he knew enough. He just had to have him. Draco knew by that point, that if he wouldn’t give up his humanity for him, Draco would give up his nature for him. It was meant to be, was it not?
It was even more perfect when the sailor started to sail closer to Draco’s home. It was perfect… Draco guided, using the bond to pull the human towards the location he wanted him. It wasn’t hard when the sailor had no map telling him where to go.
And by the gods, he was even more perfect up close, wasn’t he? Seeing such a pretty face kneeling before him was weakening for sure. Draco couldn’t stall anymore before asking the fateful question. "Would you give up your humanity for me, Harry? Say goodbye to those you know and love forever?"
And Harry’s answer… "Yes. I'd give you anything.” Well how could he say no to that? SO Draco wasted not a second more, and dragged his mate into the water, pulling him down to the depths of their caverns. He kissed him, fueling the magic.
And if Draco thought Harry was beautiful then, by the gods he was even more so now. His skin glimmered so perfectly in the waters, his eyes glowing so brightly. Suddenly, His favorite color was that shade of green. He draped his arms over his new lover's shoulders happily, his words coming out as smooth as he wanted them too. “Welcome home Harry."
He could see his mother beaming, holding her husband's hand as she and the others celebrated his new love. The new bonding of two peoples, fated to find each other no matter what.
And, somewhere not that far away, Sirius Black sat on a couch with his husband, suddenly overcome with joy as he too could feel it. Feel that his Godson had found his home.
