'Chloe’s truck pulls up alongside Kate’s car’

Kate - 'behind her two younger siblings ’ Max ?!

Kate - 'can’t hear over all the things happening’ What ?!
Max- I SAID !…… ’ stops mid sentence and motions Kate to make room’
Kate- Wait, what are you going to……
'Max starts climbing out the truck window, onto the top of the truck’
Kate- Oh my GOD !
Kate’s Mom - 'turns towards Kate in the back seat’ Kate Beverly Marsh, what have I told you about……
'Kate points towards Max’
Kate’s Mom - 'turns towards Kate’s dad’ Step on it Richard, we’re about to be boarded !
Richard Marsh - Are you INSANE ?! That’s our daughter’s school friend
Kate- ’mutters’ girlfriend actually
Max - 'overjoyed’ What ?! 'starts feeling lightheaded’
