Summary
Canon All Might had really no family besides kinda Gran Torino and Izuku. Here he has two daughters, among them Cathleen ‘Star&Stripes’ Yagi, and three granddaughters in the form of Po(ny), Anna and the ninth user of ofa, Melissa. Now the Yagi go to Melissa and Po’s first year of UA, meeting a bunch of colorful characters like Izuku and his plant-creature army, a foreign princess, noisy lesbian publishers, the mob, a hot and cold family drama, and the fact that their teacher sometimes is a mad scientist chicken farmer....Things get weird, but at least they have each other.
Note
So I actually want to apologize for a tiny thing. The characters’ ages. At some points, it’s really stated, but others it’s implied. At the end of the chapter, Toshinori is 61, Cathleen 42, Lilian 41, Anna 21, Melissa 16 and Po 15.

New teacher, old foes

The morning sun cast a somber glow over the hospital in Italy, its warmth unable to chase away the cold dread that hung over the Yagi family. What had started as a joyful family vacation had turned into a nightmare. While Melissa, Po, Cathleen and Toshinori were sleeping peacefully in the Scervino’s expensive beds, the mafia had come to kidnap Anna, and threw Lilian and Giulio out of the building from a great height. Now Lilian lay in a coma in a hospital bed, her body battered and her fate uncertain.

Toshinori Yagi stood stiffly beside the bed, his usually bright blue eyes darkened with grief. Across from him, Cathleen held Lilian’s limp hand in her own. “How is she, Chiyo?” Toshinori asked, his voice unusually hoarse.

Recovery Girl, finishing her examination, let out a weary sigh. “She’ll survive. But I don’t know how she’ll be when she wakes up.” Her sharp eyes flicked between them. “And her daughter?”

Cathleen’s grip on Lilian’s hand tightened as fresh tears welled up. “The same people who did this took her.” She said, voice thick with emotion. “But I swear, Lily, I’ll get Anna back.”

“I agree, Cathleen.” Toshinori’s expression hardened. “Naomasa has already started investigating. The ones responsible are the Gollini family.” His voice was laced with disgust. “A mafia family. Infamous. Merciless.”

“Then what are we waiting for?!” Po burst into the room, Melissa right behind her. “Let’s go find those spicy-meatball-munchers and make ‘em regret messing with the Yagis!”

Cathleen blinked, caught between exasperation and appreciation for her daughter’s spirit. “Love the energy, Po, but you and Melissa have class tomorrow.”

Melissa, still catching her breath, suddenly froze. Her eyes widened as realization struck. “Wait… wasn’t Gollini Lupo’s last name?”

A shared glance passed between them before all four Yagis came to the same conclusion. “Let’s go to Japan!” they shouted in unison.

Toshinori immediately started making preparations for Lilian’s transfer back to Japan, moving with a determination that left no room for argument.

Meanwhile, Recovery Girl, watching the whirlwind of chaos unfold, could only shake her head. She would never understand why Toshinori had dragged Naomasa all the way to Italy instead of just contacting the local authorities. But then again, when has Toshinori Yagi ever done things the conventional way?

The teacher’s lounge at U.A. had seen its fair share of odd encounters, but this one was shaping up to be memorable. Thirteen extended a gloved hand toward the gas-masked teen standing before her. “I see we meet again.” She said warmly. “I’m Thirteen, but you can call me Kurose if you prefer.”

Lupo meanwhile eyed her hand before shaking it. “I suppose you could call me Lupo.” He replied, voice dry but not unfriendly. He then gestured to the small cluster of children and a dog by his side. “That’s Waf, and… just call them the lambs collectively.”

Waf, half-asleep but alert, gave a lazy blink. Mahoro crossed her arms defiantly, eyeing the adults with suspicion. And Eri and Katsuma tried their best to stand tall, still clung slightly to each other for reassurance.

“I couldn’t find a babysitter in time,” Lupo continued. “But don’t worry, they’ll behave themselves, or they’ll be sleeping in the hen house.”

“I see…by the way, did something happen to your..you know?” Anan asked, gesturing at Lupo’s missing arm. But before the masked boy could respond, a heavy presence entered the room. “Day one, and you’re already turning U.A. into a daycare.” Eraserhead said coldly, his glare locking onto Lupo. Eri and Katsuma instinctively flinched and moved behind Mahoro, who stood her ground but clutched both their hands tightly. Waf meanwhile got off the floor and bared his teeth as he stayed close to Lupo.

But Lupo, he just tilted his head slightly. “Like I said, I couldn’t find a babysitter.” He replied. And despite his face being covered, it was clear that he had a smug grin on his face. “I was kinda caught off guard when I had to cover for your incompetence.”

“Oh boy, here we go,” Present Mic muttered under his breath from his seat, especially once Eraserhead’s eyes darkened and his jaw tightened. But Lupo remained unfazed, crossing his arms, undeterred. “I mean, how untrustworthy do you have to be that your boss would rather have a random teen do your job?”

Aizawa took a slow step forward, but before the tension could boil over, Thirteen placed a hand between them. “Alright, let’s take a breath.” She said evenly. “We’re all here for the same reason, aren’t we?”

Midnight, who had been lounging on a nearby couch, sat up and gave Lupo a softer look. “C’mon, Eraser, cut the kid some slack. He’s here, he’s got his hands full, and he only got one.”

Miss Joke, ever the instigator but sensing the need to diffuse, then clapped her hands together. “Lupo kid, your comedy routine needs work, but I appreciate the confidence.” She turned to Aizawa with a grin. “And you, my dear husband, maybe ease up before we have an actual throwdown in the lounge?”

Aizawa’s glare flickered toward her, but he merely exhaled sharply, rubbing his temples.

Thirteen turned back to Lupo. “You’re here because Nezu approved it. That’s all that matters right now. And as for the kids,” she glanced at the lambs, her voice softer. “They're safe here. No one’s going to send them to a hen house.”

“He’s not really going to lock us into the hen house..Lupo cares too much about those chickens.” Mahoro scoffed, causing Midnight to let out a low chuckle. She then reached out and ruffled Mahoro’s hair. “That’s the spirit, kid.”

Eri then peeked out from behind Mahoro, looking at Thirteen. “Are we really allowed to stay?” Hearing this, Thirteen crouched slightly to meet her eyes, even removing her helmet, and nodded. Eri visibly relaxed, Katsuma doing the same beside her.

Lupo simply inclined his head slightly at Thirteen, a silent acknowledgment of her effort.

Eraserhead crossed his arms but let out a slow exhale. “Fine. But I’m watching you.”

“*sigh* Of course you are, you sack of shit.”

Since Nezu had told Toshinori he had hired Lupo, Melissa and Po knew they should start their search at school.

But that brought another interesting experience. Because somehow, their classmates immediately noticed something being off about the Yagi sisters.

“Is something the matter, you two?” Izuku was the first to move, kneeling in front of Melissa and hesitantly placing a hand over her fist. “Did something happen in Italy?”

“…Our cousin got kidnapped.” Melissa confessed hesitantly. “Aunt Lily is currently in a coma too.”

“That’s terrible!” Ochako proclaimed as she sat beside Melissa, resting a comforting hand on her shoulder. “We’re here for you, no matter what.”

Tsuyu nodded, her large eyes filled with sympathy. “And whoever took her? They’ll regret it.”

Mina, never one to let sadness linger too long, plopped down on Po’s desk and threw an arm around her shoulders. “You know what helps when I’m feeling down? Sweets. And dancing, but mostly ice cream.” She grinned, trying to coax at least a small smile from her friend.

Ibara, always calm and composed, clasped her hands together in prayer. “I shall offer my prayers for Anna’s safety. Faith and hope will guide her back to you.”

“If there is anything I can do. Resources, connections, let me know. You need only ask.” Momo quickly stepped forward, with Kyoka beside her crossing her arms and nodding. “They’ll surely pay for this.”

Itsuka gave Po’s shoulder a reassuring squeeze. “If there’s anything we can do, just say the word.” She said as Yui gave a soft smile, offering comfort without words.

Lastly, Shoko wheeled herself closer, her expression solemn. “I know what it’s like to lose someone. To feel powerless.” She reached out, taking both Po and Melissa’s hands in hers. “But you’re not powerless. None of us are. We’ll get her back.

Melissa took a deep breath, looking around at the friends who had surrounded them, offering their strength when she felt she had none left. A small spark of hope flickered in her heart.

“Thank you,” she whispered, squeezing Shoko’s hand. “All of you.”

Po wiped at her eyes and grinned, her usual energy returning bit by bit. “Alright. Sweets first, dancing maybe later…Also we need to find Lupo.”

“How the fuck did you become our official teacher?” Kyoka crossed her arms, her tone dripping with skepticism.

Between Eraserhead and Thirteen stood Mustard, his posture relaxed but clearly enjoying the attention. “Eraserhead sucks at everything, probably also at pleasing his wife. But that’s beside the point,” Lupo said dryly, right as All Might turned to him.

“Young man, is it alright if I ask you some questions after this les”-“Lupo! Are you with the mafia?!” Po’s voice cut through whatever calm subtlety Toshinori had been aiming for, throwing all sense of restraint out the window.

“…You and your family went to Italy, right?” Lupo didn’t even flinch. Instead, he turned slightly.

Melissa nodded, her expression grim. “We did, and our cousin Anna was kidnapped by the Gollini family… Aunt Lilian is in a coma now.” Her voice wavered slightly. “I know it might be a common name, but do you know them?”

“A big buff guy, a lady with a hat, and some old guy with a big nose. That’s what the detective said at least.” Po quickly added.

“Well, you unfortunately met Deborah. The nose guy was probably Grunkle Kamile.”

“So you do know them?!” the Yagi sisters shouted in unison, their urgency increasing.

But before they could press further, Thirteen clapped her hands. “You two can ask Lupo more questions later. Right now, I want to get started with this lesson.” She glanced at the students. “Yes, Asui?”

“Where is his arm?” She asked bluntly, pointing at Lupo’s missing limb. “Pretty sure you had two before, ribbit.”

“…My pig got hungry.”

“…..”

“Alright, shut up, don’t get distracted by the little kids, and listen to Thirteen.” Lupo said, dismissing the subject entirely.

But any hopes of resuming a normal class were shattered when a black vortex appeared in the middle of the plaza. From it emerged six figures.

  • A middle-aged man with sideburns.
  • A purple-muzzled man with pointy ears.
  • A stylish individual in a wizard costume and glasses.
  • An elderly man with a massive nose.
  • A beautiful black-haired woman in a wide-brimmed hat, who waved at Lupo. He in turn flipped her off.
  • And finally, a massive man with leather straps over his face.

But most striking of all was Anna, dressed in an elegant pink gown, fit for royalty. She stood expressionless, like she was in a trance.

“Anna!” Po, Melissa, and Toshinori cried out in unison, but Anna remained unresponsive.

“Who are they, Mustard?” Thirteen immediately went on high alert.

“The bitch is Deborah. She’s probably the reason Princess Yagi isn’t reacting. The guy with the nose is Kamile, he makes things fly. The dude with glasses is Simon. He’s awesome… and I have no idea who those others are.” His voice remained casual even as he subtly herded the ‘lambs’ behind him.

Ochako clenched her fists. “So those are the villains who kidnapped Anna.” She growled as from the group of intruders, Kurogiri fully materialized, his posture eerily calm. The masked man with him draped an arm around Anna’s shoulders before speaking.

“It has been over a year since All Might retired. And so, with the help of the lovely Anna Scervino, I will be the one to succeed her dear grandfather!” He then reached up and removed his mask.

Gasps rippled through the crowd as he revealed a face identical to All Might’s prime years.

“I am here as the new All Might!”

“H-Hey, Musty, are you also related to All Might?” Mina let out a nervous laugh.

Toshinori, however, wasn’t laughing. His entire form trembled, smoke curling from his skin as he stared at the imposter. “You dare kidnap my granddaughter, put my daughter into a coma, cause my family so much pain, and then wear my face and claim to be my successor?” The smoke cleared, revealing his hero form in all its former glory. “You’ll pay for this, Gollini!”

The imposter chuckled darkly. “Gollini? Please, call me Dark Might.”

Toshinori didn’t wait. With a furious roar, he launched himself at Dark Might, their fists colliding in an earth-shattering impact. But almost instantly, Toshinori felt his movements slow to a crawl.

“It appears I have a sidekick of my own.” Dark Might smirked as behind him, Bruno grinned, his Quirk keeping All Might sluggish. Kamile then lifted Toshinori into the air while Simon conjured wolf-bear hybrids to keep Eraserhead and Thirteen occupied.

But UA students weren’t bystanders.

“We need to free All Might from the slowdown,” Momo said quickly.

“On it,” Lupo replied. He turned to Waf, who opened his mouth, revealing thick grey gunk, which soon engulfed Bruno entirely. With a wet gurgle, Bruno vanished, and Toshinori’s speed returned.

“Where did you send him?” Thirteen asked, wary.

Her answer came when, behind Lupo, Bruno plummeted from a great height, hitting the ground with a sickening splat.

“I’m sure he’s fine.” Lupo shrugged.

“…I doubt it, Lupo.” Thirteen sighed.

Before they could react, Kurogiri shifted his focus to the teachers, targeting Thirteen while Eraserhead fought off the monsters.

“Miss Deborah, perhaps you should keep your son in line a bit more.” Kurogiri said matter of factly while trying to teleport the students away. But then Thirteen tried to suck up his mist..So Kurogiri moved his portal to behind Thirteen, using her own pulling force against herself. It was a brilliant idea…if Lupo didn’t jump between them and started emitting his sleeping gas into Kurogiri.

Maybe it was to protect Thirteen, maybe it was to protect Eri, Katsuma and Mahoro, but now Kurogiri began to feel his senses slipping.

So with his last bit of energy, the Nomu sends out waves of his mist to send anyone away. And this work, because when he started detoxing (Lupo was prepared for accidentally poisoning his and Kyuudai’s creation), only All Might, Eraserhead, Melissa, Po, Izuku, Ochako and Tsuyu remained.
