Chapter 2
"So, what's a cute nerd like you doing here?" Amethyst asks before she gulps down half her drink, causing Peridot to blush.
"We," Peridot gestures towards Lapis at the bar and Jasper at the door. "Own it. Well, my father gave this to me."
"Must be nice, working with friends."
Peridot rolls her eyes. "Yeah." Peridot gulps down half of her own drink. "So, what brings you here?"
Amethyst shrugs. "Besides you? We're," Amethyst gestures towards Pearl and Garnet dancing on the dance floor. "Celebrating."
Peridot raises her eyebrow. "For three days?"
Amethyst downs the rest of her drink and slams the glass down. "Why not?"
"Your livers for one!" Peridot exclaims, her voice rising.
Amethyst rolls her eyes. "If that's how you feel, why run a club with a bar?"
"Like I said, I inherited it."
"Yeah," Amethyst pauses, "want another drink?"
Peridot swallows the rest of her own drink. "Sure."
Amethyst smiles and motions towards Lapis for two more drinks.
Neither says a word until Lapus hands them their drinks.
"So, what are y'all celebrating?" Peridot questions, chugging half her drink.
Amethyst swallows half her drink. "Well, the first day was my night. I won this huge wrestling match. Yesterday was Pearl's night and tonight is Garnet's." Amethyst glances over at the pair still dancing on the dance floor, causing Peridot to do the same.
"Must be nice," Peridot mumbles and swallows the rest of her drink.
Lapis hears the front door shut and watches as Jasper begins to make her way towards Pearl and Garnet.
"Hey Jasper," Lapis calls out, intercepting Jasper. Though it's loud in the club, she knows Jasper heard her.
Lapis watches as Jasper looks at Pearl and Garnet before turning and making her way towards Lapis.
"Yeah?" Jasper leans on the counter; back towards Lapis.
"When you go to the dance-floor, tell Miss. Mysterious that I would like to talk to her strawberry haired friend." Lapis licks her lips.
"Hmph." Jasper pushes off the bar and heads towards the dance floor.
Lapis grabs a glass and begins serving the other customers. When she looks up, Pearl is making her way to the bar.
"Another one beautiful?" Lapis asks as Pearl takes a seat, blushing.
Pearl looks back at Garnet dancing with Jasper and Amethyst talking to a green haired woman at the end of the bar. "Sure, just one more."
Lapis smiles and begins making Pearl's drink. "So, what's up with youre friend over there?" Lapis sets down Pearl's drink and nods towards Garnet, who is now grinding against Jasper.
Pearl's blushes at the sight and takes a sip of her drink. "Were celebrating."
"For the third night in a row? Must be big." Lapis leans on he counter in front of Pearl.
Pearl's tries not to choke on her drink. "We're celebrating something different tonight."
"Mmmm, and which day was yours?" Lapis leans towards Pearl, licking her lips.
Lapis watches as Pearl watches her lick her lips before blushing.
"Yesterday. I had just finished a big ballet performance."
"Beautiful and flexible." Lapis's sultry laugh causes Pearl to blush and tighten her thighs together.
Lapis notices a customer motioning towards her and nods her head. "I'll be right back, here's another drink." Lapis makes and places another drink in front of Pearl.
Jasper pushes off the bar counter and makes her way to Garnet and Pearl on the dance floor.
Jasper places her hand on the small of Garnet's back. "May I have this dance?" Jasper looks at Garnet.
Pearl and Garnet stops dancing and looks at each other.
"Oh, and," Jasper turns to face Pearl, "my bartender friend would like to talk to you."
Garnet nods at Pearl and Pearl walks toward the bar.
The song changes and Jasper pulls Garnet flush against her as they begin moving their bodies to the music.
"Whatcha celebrating gorgeous?"
Garnet smiles as she feels Jasper pressing against her. "Boxing victory."
Jasper smiles down at Garnet. "Really?"
Garnet wraps her arms around Jasper's neck as Jasper grips her waist and pulls her closer.
"What I got to do to get your number?" Jasper leans down and whispers in Garnet's ear.
Garnet smiles and stands on her tip toes to brush her lips against Jasper's. "Buy me a couple drinks and I just might help you out with your problem." Garnet uses a hand to rub against Jasper's member.
Jasper growls/moans into Garnet's ear as her hands tighten their hold on Garnet's waist.
"Come on," Garnet laughs, releasing Jasper's member in exchange for Jasper's hand. Garnet leads them from the dance floor to the bar.
Garnet takes the seat two over from Pearl and Jasper stands next to her.
"Hello again gorgeous, same thing?" Lapis winks at Garnet as she notices both Garnet and Jasper at the bar.
"Whatever she wants, I'm buying," Jasper says.
"Long Island, please," Garnet says and looks at Jasper.
Jasper just smiles at her. "You are really perfect." Jasper leans in to whisper in Garnet's ear as Lapis brings Garnet her drink and set two shots in front of her.
Jasper downs both shots and watches as Garnet wraps her plump lips around the straw of her drink.
Damn, she's perfect, Jasper thinks to herself.
"Jasper." Jasper hears her name and then a hand slapping her cheek.
"What the hell Lapis!" Jasper yells.
Lapis rolls her eyes. "The gorgeous lady here was talking to you." Lapis winks at Garnet before walking down towards Peridot.
Jasper turns toward Garnet. "What was you saying?"
"We have to leave." Jasper notices Pearl and Amethyst with coats on and standing a few feet away from the door, clearly waiting on Garnet.
"But," Garnet leans forward and places her hands on Jasper's shoulders. "Call me later, so I can help you with your little problem."
Jasper feels Garnet's hand slide up and cup her face before Garnet's lips cover hers.
Jasper places a hand on Garnet's waist and tried to pull her close but Garnet pulls back. "Thanks for the drinks."
Jasper reaches for Garnet's hand but all she feels is a piece of paper in her hand instead.
Jasper looks up as Garnet winks at her before she, Pearl and Amethyst exit the club.
"You do realize we're all screwed right?" Lapis questions as she and Jasper watch as Period locks the door before returning to the bar.
"Just pour us another shot," Jasper mumbles as Peridot takes a seat and shot next to her.
Each fondle the number in their pockets.
