Chapter 11
Eren POV
The area around me is quiet and dark. All I can hear is footsteps. I try gain sense of my surroundings and realize I’m back in that alley.
How? Where’s Levi?
I start to panic. Tears form as I race down the alley towards the street. There’s a figure standing near the opening. I try screaming for help but nothing comes out. I’m still running but it feels like I’m moving in slow motion. When I look behind me I can see the men who tried to hurt me are moving fast in my direction. I turn back to face the opening of the alley. The figure looks as though they’re moving towards me. I can barely make out his face when I realize it’s Levi.
Why can’t I say anything. Levi has to see me, right? There’s no way he can’t.
I can hear the men behind me laugh, menacingly, and I turn to look back and realize they’ve already caught me. I look once more at Levi who is still running towards me as the men push me on my back and start ripping my clothes. One word is on my lips and for some reason it’s the only one I can scream out into the bitter night.
LEVI!
I shot up suddenly and realized it was all but a dream. Then I notice Levi is sitting next to me with a worried expression on his face.
“Eren?” He says. “Baby, what were you dreaming about?”
”I-it was a-about that day.” I whimper, “you know. In the a-alley?”
Levi takes a breath and folds me into his arms.
“No one will ever touch you like that again.” Levi says.
“Levi..” I look down. “I think I had an accident.”
He looks down, too.
”Oh, honey.” He picks me up and takes me to the bathroom.
After he helps me remove the soiled clothing, he starts a warm bath.
“Do you want some bubbles?” He whispers letting me lean back on him.
“Mhmm.” I say, sniffling. “I’m sorry.”
”It’s not your fault, baby.” Levi reassures me.

After I’ve been cleaned up and the bedsheets have been changed, I am once again nestled in Levi’s arms and surrounded by the fluffy blankets.
“I’ll always take care of you,” Levi says turning my head to face him.
He kisses me deeply and then rubs my still flat tummy.
“I love you, Eren. Good night.” Levi says, closing his eyes.
“I love you too, Levi. G’night.” I whisper, snuggling backwards so his front is pressed up against my back.
