Summary
Otoya has a thing for cute girls, she likes to cut them up for her own pleasure and now she's run into Shiena but for some reason things aren't adding up like they usually do. Shiena has never liked bullies, in fact she hates them which brings up the question of what it is about Takechi that seems to blur the line she thought was so clear before.
