Chapter 4
The two studied until Kyo could barely keep his eyes open. In fact, Shigure was beginning to get worried about them, holed up in Kyo's bedroom.
He went upstairs to check on them, knocking on the bedroom door. "Hina? Kyo? I hope all your clothes are on." He said, sliding the door open.
"Hey! Whats that supposed to mean?!" Kyo snapped.
"Nothing, nothing. Just you two are getting awfully friendly. And you did help Hina into bed last night, didnt you?" Shigure said with a wave.
"Yeah? So? You think I can't be helpful with out being a perv! Thats your problem, You damn pervert!!" Kyo said, standing up.
"Im beginning to feel insulted." Hina pipped up. "After all, I would you hope you would be more jealous than that, Shii-san." She said, looking up at him.
"Ah, Hina-kun, we both know a beauty like you can not be tamed by just one man. And I respect that." He said, exchanging a flirty look with her.
Kyo gagged. "Honestly, how you can you two talk like that?! Its nasty!!" He insisted.
Hina laughed. "Well, sometimes you gotta let all the sexual tension and emotional need out somehow." She stood up to join Kyo and Shigure. "Anyway, im bored of studying and I think Kyo was about to pass out anyway. Whats for dinner, 'Gure?"
"Dinner? Oh goodness. Our dear, sweet Tohru has to work tonight, and We know Yuki can't cook - at least not anything edible. Maybe we should get take out?"
"How do you keep eating take out? Ugh!" Kyo stomped his foot.
"Why dont you cook, then, Kyo-kun?" Shigure asked.
"Me?? Why should I have to?!" He protested.
"Wait, no, it could totally be fun. Let's make dinner, Kyo." Hina said, excited to try out some culinary expertise.
"Why would I want to cook dinner with you?! That's worse than cooking by myself!" He said, storming past Shigure and out to god knows where.
"Don't take him too serious, Hina. He just can't handle... Well, not being an ass." Shigure told her, sighing. "So, i'll put in a to go order."
"You got anything to drink?" Hina said. "I think I need to loosen up."
