I've always Forgotten, But Never Forgiven.
Screech
The Door Opened, It was Heavy for Clarke, But she pushed it open.
"CLARKE WAIT!" Octavia yelled, Just seconds behind her,
Lincoln cursed himself under his breath,
"Oh my God." Clarke stood there, Staring at Lincoln.
She Bolted, Cutting into the treeline.
"LINCOLN!" Octavia ran, Jumping at Lincoln, She was Cursing aloud but didn't care.
An alarm sounded behind them,
"O, GET IN HERE!" Bellamy Shouted,
"No Bell, I'm not staying in that place while people out here suffer.." Octavia responded, Venom in her tone.
"Wheres Clarke?" Bellamy lowered his tone,
"Shit. CLARKE!" Octavia started shouting, Calling after Clarke,
"We got into a fight in her Room, she just bolted," Octavia explained "We need to find her, CLARKEE!" She began yelling,
Lincoln sat in Silence, on the ground where Octavia had just jumped on him.
Octavia started running, Lincoln got up and Chased her, Grabbing her arm, she stopped. She put her head into his chest and just sighed, Tears coming down.
"Its all my fault.." She said,
---
Clarke kept running, not looking back, She kept running and running,
She stopped, Breathing in the air, trying to calm herself.
She fell apart. She broke down. Everyone you loved is gone, nobody needs you, nobody wants you. The distant cries from Octavia told her otherwise,
She ran at half pace, Tears streaming from her face. Lexa abandoned you. She abandoned everyone you love and know, Why on earth would you care if shes dead?
Because she loved you. The thoughts kept coming and flowing and she just fell onto her knees. "I hate you Lexa.." She just muttered it but she knew she had to do something. she kept wandering, remembering finally where she was as she came into a clearing, it was just all grass but it felt so familiar, Killing all those people felt so invigorating, didn't it? She was Angry at this point. She spotted some smoke above the treeline, She made her way around through the clearing, trying to be cautious enough, And reaching the other side she just so happened to come across a trading post.
"No I haven't ever heard of 'Wanheda ' so Get lost." The voice came from inside.
"Hello?" Clarke said, wandering into the building.
"Hello, My name's Niylah, What can I help you with?" The woman said,
She was Beautiful, She was, but, Clarke couldn't just love every Beautiful woman she met..
"I need a knife, or Knives, for, hunting.." Clarke stuttered a little, staring at Niylah.
"Do you now.. What do you have to trade?" She Responded, amused at the way Clarke was staring at her.
Clarke blushed, looking away,
"I don't have anything, but I can work for it.."
"Well, you can help do some cleaning, maybe some organizing." Niylah said, staring back at Clarke,
"How much would I need to work?"
"Not much, I'll let you off easy.." Niylah's tone almost provocative,
Clarke's face began to flush red,
Niylah tossed her a broom, and without hesitation, Clarke started sweeping.
Niylah watched her, especially when Clarke was facing away from her, What a cute butt...
When Clarke finished she placed the Broom back, "You said you needed some organizing done?"
"Those boxes over there just need to be stacked." Niylah said, pointing to the corner,
"Alright.." Clarke just patted her thighs walking over, Seemingly uncomfortable.
She stacked the boxes up straight and Proceeded to walk back over to Niylah,
"So.. May I have some hunting knives, please?" Clarke asked, Visibly akward,
"Of course." Niylah handed her two knives, more like daggers actually,
"You worked well.." Niylah said with a wink, as she walked into the back of the hut,
Clarke walked out, placing one knife on her waist and another in her right boot.
She continued down the road, then crouching in a bush where she took some mud and smeared it on her face in a streaking pattern over her face, the streaks going diagonal across her face. She got up, walking away from the path, going through trees where she found another clearing, the maple trees so prominent mixed with evergreens who smelt so much like pure nature.
She stopped, something rustling in the field, a Deer. She took one of her knives, looking to throw it, but she knew she didn't have the skill to do so, she needed a bow, but she tried to sneak up on it anyways, the Deer ran,
More rustling, faster, quicker,
Clarke turned as a mountain lion pounced, she brought her knife up to her chest, It all seemed so slow,
The mountain lion practically squashed her, the dagger digging into its throat, the lion died then and there,
Clarke sat there, holding her chest right under her breast, "Shit, that hurts.." she muttered.
She pushed the lion off of her, getting up, but the pain came back in an instant, she judged she probably had a broken rib.
Clarke proceeded to drag the mountain lion slowly under a maple tree, the sun was setting. She was beginning to like this, living on her own.. In the wild.
Clarke began collecting some sticks and pieces of wood for a fire, she proceeded to then pile it all up, leaving some to the side as extra fuel, she grabbed some flint pieces she jacked from Niylah's trading post, she began to light the fire, it started out just smoldering, but soon grew to light up the small area around her, Clarke grabbed her dagger, cutting a chunk from the lion, she began to slow cook it over the fire. She enjoyed the rest of the night, a roaring fire, hot food, even if it didn't taste the best, she just slowed into a deep sleep.
----
"Come on.. Wake up sleepy head.." The voice was so.. Distinct..
"Lexa? Is that.. you?"
"Why wouldn't it be me, you're hurt, just stay still, you're safe... I got you.."
Her voice was so soft and reassuring it just felt soft, and comfortable..
The Light began to shine brighter and brighter, forcing Clarke into an even deeper sleep..
Lexa's figure just walking from her sight..
Something wasn't right.. Is it truly Lexa?
Its impossible..
Only time can tell..
"Wake up sleepy head, We've got places to be.." A male voice this time, and this time... It wasn't a dream...
