Silco’s death has left a power vacuum in the Undercity, and several gangs eager to fill it. One new gang, the Mutations, manages to wrestle the city into submission, facilitating the happenings of the Undericty. Including the shimmer exports, which seemed to have finally reached Piltover. All this means for Jayce though, is more paperwork. Shimmer is spreading in Piltover like wildfire, and there seems to be nothing to do to stop it. That is, until Jayce meets Silco’s nephew, and member of the Mutations, Viktor. Suddenly it's all Jayce can do to not fall for the number one (and annoyingly hot) enemy in this war against shimmer.

Hi guys, so this is my first fic guys!!! Umm thanks to my history teaching actually teaching us for once, cause this fic was basically inspired by her lesson about the Opium wars. Also, shout-out to my friend @achilleslefttoe for putting up with me and helping edit this fic.
