The blind date is the third one, and Seokjin is losing hope.
Taehyung, as sweet as he is, is too social and therefore, Seokjin cannot expect what kind of guy Taehyung will hook him up with. It doesn't help that Taehyung is determined to match make every gay guys he has come into contact with. Exhibit 1: Hoseok. Admittedly, Hoseok's current boyfriend is awesome and sweet and Seokjin is glad he can stand Hoseok's hot and cold personality; but he reserves judgement on Taehyung's match making skill still.
It's a nice restaurant in Jongno, just a stone throw away from the bar street. It's coded, in the way everything in their world is. Seokjin isn't sure what he is trying to convey: that he's looking for a commitment or he's old-fashioned. But either is fine, and the location brightens Seokjin's perspective about the blind date - he's looking for old-fashioned and commitment too.

Seokjin thinks professor, and he has unconsciously dressed up a bit too. He usually goes for shirts and jeans for the first date, but has switched out for dress pants and matching blazer for this one.
Namjoon sounds nice and successful, in theory. Seokjin hopes he's nice in person too.
