Happenstance

In a world without the outbreak Alicia is off at Berkeley, but reluctantly comes back to town during break to get to know her mother's new boyfriend. That leads to a chance encounter with a certain journalist who also didn't have her life turned upside down by the sudden appearance of zombies.
