And how does Hizashi convince the mysterious, handsome god to help free him from his gilded cage?
Note
I'm really sorry if this comes out sloppy, this is the second fanfic I've ever uploaded and i'm still trying to learn and improve. Likes give me motivation to write and comments give motivation to exist, feel free to drop a comment whenever and I hope you enjoy. Sorry for anyone hoping I would update my other fic before I started something new, I'm trying to work on both of them more over the next month so your wish may be granted soon.

Our Story

Many eons ago, back when mankind still believed in the gods, back when we used to walk the earth among them, a story was spread across the lands. A love story. A love story powerful enough to survive even until the modern era.

Through the years and many retellings the story has changed from what it was originally, and so have the characters featured in it. Many different versions exist now, most of them wrong.

I don’t know, that Disney version did a pretty good job of capturing your grumpiness.

I hated the Disney version, it was wildly inaccurate. And you weren’t even in it!

True, what about the Percy Jackson series? That at least acknowledged the existence of half-blood kids, and some of the minor gods.

Yes, but once again, an inaccurate description of our relationship, and your character in the movie didn’t even look like you.

They got your facial hair right.

You take that back!

-------- :P

Anyway!

It’s a story of love and death, flowers and shadows, it’s the story of Hades and Persephone.

It’s our story, and this time we’re gonna tell it right.
