A child.
Only 1 month until UA's entrance exam and Izuku finally has the information he needs.
All Might, or 'dream crusher' for Izuku, is going to be teaching the heroics course for class 1A. The information was supposed to be top secret until the start of the year but everything has a price. All For One was going to strike to kill. The USJ would be Izuku's first guess.
Again a field trip like that was supposed to be a guarded secret but it didn't take Izuku too much digging to find out. And if Izuku could find it the All For One definitely knew about it.
"So if he were to attack the USJ that means they must already have a date..." Izuku resisted the urge to bang his head against the cork boards he had been staring at for the last thirty minutes.
"Then they must have someone on the inside... Ugh! This would be so much easier if I could just go undercover as a student! But no! The League just has to attack the one school I could be recognized at!" With a frustrated sigh, Izuku flopped back onto his bed.
"Is there anyone on the staff I could ask for help?" he thought about it for longer than he should've had to. With a jolt, he sat bolt upright. "Of course! Nedzu!" he scrambled for his phone and quickly dialed the Principal's number.
He had come in contact with the stoat, he had been curious about his actual species, because the principal had taken an interest in one of his essays. Even though Izuku was now technically enrolled in college the stoat still managed to find the essay.
After some talking 'Momiko Hisashi' had made a deal to give the principal 'Rogue's' number if he just gave temporary access to the quirk registry archives at a specific time every week.
Of course he had to prove that it was actually 'Rogue's' number but it ended with a fantastic trade.
"Principal Nedzu of UA hero academy speaking." The principal picked up on the second ring.
"Nedzu, my friend!"
"Rogue?" Nedzu sounded mildly surprised Izuku had called.
"That's me! Now, I was wondering if you could do me a favor...."

That damn kid! He was causing too many problems! Why couldn't he be a good NPC and not cause ANY problems? Just like his dad, they were spending too much time on trying to find this damn brat!
"Tomura. Calm yourself. If you're not careful you could disintegrate your neck."
Shigaraki's head whipped towards the calm voice of Sensei. He slowly retracted his hand from his now bleeding neck. That's right. As long as Sensei had a plan everything would be fine. He needn't worry about the kid known as Midoriya Izuku.
"Now. Kurogiri. Any word on the older Midoriya?"
With an almost invisible shake of his head, Kurogiri placed the glass he had been cleaning on the bar.
"No, I'm afraid not Sensei. That man is near impossible to track down. I'm not too worried though, we have our rat in the police force on it." a contented hum came from the TV screen.
"Oh, well. That is all for now. Get the younger Midoriya off the streets so he can't go to the police. That would disrupt our dear Tomura's plans now wouldn't it?" and with that, the television clicked off, leaving the two members in silence.
"The Midoriya's need to be exterminated. Once and for all! They cause too many problems." The very angry bluenette growled. First that Hisashi bastard betrays Sensei and hightails it to America, then his good for nothing son becomes villain enemy number 1. Well, in the vigilante standings.
"Don't do anything too brash Shigaraki. We must first deal with All Might, then we can get rid of the Midoriya clan. Starting with our dear Izuku." Kurogiri, ever the voice of reason, picked up another glass and silently listened to the maniacal laughter that followed his statement. He said his piece, now it was up to Sensei's protege to come up with a successful plan.
"Of course! Of course! We can't forget our true goal! All we have to do is wait to attack! The brat will figure out our plan of attacking the USJ and will try to disrupt our plans, then we can take down the symbol of peace AND the kid!"
Crazed laughter that belonged in a institution filled the bar, signaling the returning League members not to enter just yet.

Izuku couldn't catch a break. Ever since getting Nedzu to agree to his favor things have just seemed to go downhill.
First Eraserhead somehow tracked him down after he had just fled a crime scene and came way too close to catching him. This was the exact reason he hated to do vigilante work during the day. He just happened to stumble across a civilian Eraser out on the town with his husband and son! Like how bad was his luck?
Then once he finished classes he was late to work. And now he found himself in a sticky predicament. What's he supposed to do when a scared little girl runs into him followed by a rather suspicious man dressed in a bird mask of all things? The hell is he supposed to say? Or do for that matter?
Sighing he offered the girl a tired smile before lifting her and balancing her on his hip. She and the man seemed surprised at the action.
So was Izuku but he didn't show it since he was the one doing it. He rarely dealt with kids so where was this coming from? God he was too tired for this.
"Excuse me but what are you doing with my daughter?" The weird man with the bird mask demanded.
"Look. Pal. You either tell me what the hell is really going on here or I go with plan B." The man growled and pulled off his glove to reach for Izuku, causing the boy to sigh and make sure the girl had a secure grip on him.
"Plan B it is I guess."
He launched himself in the air, avoiding the man's outstretched hand at the last moment. Using a couple of window ledges he landed in a crouch on the nearest roof.
This wasn't going well. Not only was Izuku not dressed for vigilantism he was in complete civilian clothing. This man knew what he looked like and what he sounded like. Not good at all.
"Okay, I'm going to need you to tell me what his quirk is." the girl stayed silent as the building rumbled. Great, the kid was too scared to talk. Not that he could really blame her.
"Alright how about a nod if he has to touch something with all 5 fingers for his quirk to work." his suspicions were confirmed when she gave the smallest nod.
And that's when the first spike made of the concrete of the roof appeared at his feet, causing him to jump back. It was how may spikes followed that made Izuku's decision for him. There was no way he could take him on alone. That would be suicide.
Who even was this guy? Nothing about him clued Izuku in on the answer which was odd since he had a pretty good handle on all crime going on around this area.
"Okay kiddo! Hold on tight!" the girl's tiny fists held onto the fabric of Izuku's shirt for dear life as he leaped off the edge of the building.
Witnesses, later on, would say they just disappeared into thin air before they hit the ground. Their disappearance was quickly followed by an enraged scream after a man circled the building.
Izuku didn't know it yet but life was about to get a whole lot more difficult for him because he had just made a very powerful enemy.
