TLT reacts to Hamilton
"Hi, I'm Mx. M once again, coming to all of you with the cast of The Lightning Theif Musical! Can any of you guys tell the audience what you'll be doing today?" Mx. M grinned as Percy leaned forward.
"We'll be seeing Hamilton and rating it, yada yada yada. You all know how this works."
Mx. M turned to the rest. "And there you have it! They'll be viewing Hamilton this week. Tell me, Percy, what are you expecting from this?"
"Well," Percy said. "I don't know. I know it's pretty popular, so there has to be a reason, right?"
"We'll just see, I guess! Back to Miss Trunchbull with the sports game."
"Well, folks, it's been two hours and forty minutes," Mx. M called out, successfully cutting off Miss Trunchbull's usually angry sports rant. The theatre doors opened and the TLT cast stepped out. "What'd you guys think?"
"I thought it was really cool," Grover said, glancing around. "And really sad."
"Awh, hey kiddo," Mx. M produced a tissue from their coat pocket. "It was still fun, right?"
"Oh, totally! Five stars out of five! And Mx. M....could I maybe get a hug?" Mx. M laughed and squeezed him tight. "Thanks!"
"Anytime!" Mx. M moved onto Silena and Katie. "Did you two have fun? What'd you think?"
"Well, the songs were really cool!" Katie smiled. "So five out of five."
"The amount of black power this musical had...it was incredible," Silena said. "I mean, seriously, for all my black friends out there. It was so powerful, seeing five black men singing about how freedom could never be taken away. Five out of five." Mx. M grinned.
"I'm glad to hear it. Now, let's see..." they looked around their eyes landing on Luke. "Hey! Can you tell me-"
"No thanks," Luke said, before walking off.
"Well, huh. Okay. Annabeth! Hey! Over here!" They waved Annabeth over. "What'd you think?"
"It was so inspiring, and involving. It also had an incredible set design. I wonder how they came up with it..." Annabeth turned to Mx. M. "Well, it definitely gets five out of five from me."
"Thanks, Annabeth! Now, where's Perc-oh hey, Mr. D! What'd you think?"
Mr. D just grumbled. "Well, it's theatre. And it didn't even mention me. Old Greek theatre was so much better. Kid got what was coming to him. Two out of five."
Mx. M barely managed to hide their shocked face as he brushed past. Chiron leaned down to whisper to them, however, "He's just upset that he didn't get to see this blow up in Hamilton's face more. I also think he was a supporter of Lams. Either way, I give it five out of five, it was wonderful."
"Well, thank you Chiron! Now, Percy! There you are!" Percy approached Mx. M. "What'd you think?"
"It was pretty cool, and Annabeth did like it. So..." Percy grinned at the camera. "Five out of five."
Mx. M positively beamed. "Well, thank you, Mr. Jackson! As for the folks at home, Hamilton is available on Disney Plus! Go and check it out! This is Mx. M, host of the Musical Reactions channel, and signing off!"
