Ahah I cannot write fight scenes as we all know by now YOLO though right? Also I kinda fucked up and wrote 4 battles instead of the 3 that’s in the actual anime but idc
“What the fuck was that Mei do you want me to fucking kill you?” He thundered and grabbed her by the collar
“I don’t know about you but I love being this close to you Katsuki” Mei smirked and that caused him to recoil and let her go instantly “Oh and to answer your question that was me thinking the girls left me out but really it was Kaminari and Mineta being perverts, like we did look good so fair enough”
“You guys looked fantastic I have no regrets” Kaminari suddenly appeared out of nowhere.
“I cannot begin to explain how much I look forward to our match Kami, I was going to go easy on you but now I think im going to teleport you 30 meters up in the sky and let you fall.” Mei greeted her friend “Oh and if anyone ever wants me to put on the cheerleader outfit all you have to do is ask” her eyes shifted around her group of friends.
Mineta then rushed over and started begging Mei to put it on again, before she even got the chance to retaliate against the grape Bakugou and Jirou rose but were beaten to action by Todoroki freezing him on the spot. Mei shot him an impressed glance and created a mind-link between them.

“Now for the first battle its 1-A’s own Midoriya Izuku vs Hitoshi Shinsou from the Support Class” Present Mic announced knocking Mei out her trance, she stood to clap her hands and yell cheers for her friends but she assumed they would be too focused on the match to notice her.
Once the match between Midoriya and Shinsou was over Mei saw her friend looking upset due to the result of the match but once she heard people yelling out compliments to her friend for the second time that day she ran up to the railing, with Bakugou and Kirishima following after her again so she wouldn’t jump again, and began yelling to her friend “See Shinsou they all think your quirk fucking rules”. She listened into what he said to Midoriya about being better and eventually joining them on the hero course and she couldn’t help but smile when it was obvious that he wasn’t disheartened by his loss.
“Looks like I won’t be fighting you anytime soon” Shinsou noticed a familiar presence sitting, waiting for him at the bottom of the stairs.
“Oh I wouldn’t be so sure about that, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to fight me when we start training together” Mei smirked.
“When exactly did I agree to training with you?” he huffed.
“The second you started throwing those god awful punches at Izuku” Mei giggled.
The pair continued talking until she heard the next match being announced so she rushed back to her seat beside Bakugou and made it just in time for the match to begin. It was only the start of the match and Sero had already managed to get Todoroki to the edge of the platform, within a second Sero went from almost winning to having completely lost. As a mountain of ice filled the arena freezing the air in everyones lungs, Mei jolted in her seat and instinctively grabbed Bakugou’s hand and with a shocked face she faced him and uttered a ‘holy shit’, noticing he was equally stunned when he interlocked their hands. At the base of it was Todoroki standing and panting with frost covering most of his limbs, as soon as the arena was cleared of ice and Sero returned to his friends only to be suffocated by them hugging him, it was Mei’s turn to fight.
“Mei go easy on him would ya?” Mina asked her friend
“Maybe not easy but try not to kill him” Kirishima interjected
“I s-s-say give him hell” Sero shivered.
“Well we’ll just have to see won’t we lads” Mei straightened her jacket.
Mei was joined by Bakugou when she made her way through the corridor to the entrance of the arena “Do you have a plan for Pikachu?”
“I mean it’s pretty obvious what he is going to do, he’ll release 1 million volts, go brain dead and then it’ll be a simple case of pushing him out. I honestly wish he would come up with better tactics because it only takes 75 to kill a human, but I’ll let him know that shit after today” She casually replied while stretching.
She was surprised when she heard Bakugou laughing behind her, she tilted her head and gave him a look of surprise to which he simply replied
“Fucking hell witchy at least you’ll win this in a second, I’ll be waiting here for you after wards”
“You’re a great friend you know, I’m really glad I met you” With that said Mei was off on her way to the podium.
Present Mic announced the pairs fight and during his speech Kaminari looked at Mei with a smile and began to attempt to taunt her “How about I take you out after this as an apology? You know since I’m going to crush you but obviously no hard feelings babe”
“Oh angel you know I love spending time with you, but you do realise I’ll be the one winning this right?” Mei snorted.
“3, 2, 1… BEGIN” Present Mic announced.
As suspected Mei could already see Kaminari charging up ready to fire with all the volts he can, she thought about creating a simple force field to deflect the attack but who would be interested by that? Instead she decided to throw in a bit of pizzazz. When he released the electricity Mei had her palms facing him and decided to make all the electricity go straight for her palms. Though she could actually absorb and release the electricity back, much to her disappointment, she could focus it and cancel it out as soon as it touched her skin. It was a sight to behold, all the golden electricity that was initially spraying out in a million directions was now in 5 lines going directly to Mei’s hands, that along with her black eyes from her quirk being in use made her look almost villainous.
When he eventually stopped the discharge Mei could see that he already had drool running from his mouth and his thumbs were up on display. She opened a portal beneath his feet and as he fell through it Mei created a large marshmallow like air mattress on the grass to catch his fall. He was out of bounds and Midnight announced that Mei was the winner, she then went to her friend and with an instantaneous use of her healing abilities he was back to the normal Kaminari that Mei adored.
“Did I win?” He questioned.
“Of course you didn’t you fuck wad, Mei beat you without breaking a sweat” Bakugou chimed in, waiting in the long corridor for Mei as he said he would’ve.
“Well shit, can we still go out Mei?” Kaminari looked heart broken, so there was no chance Mei would break his heart even more.
“Yeah duh, you think I’d ever pass up the opportunity to eat?” Mei retorted just as the rest of their friends ran down the stairs, causing Kaminari to run up to them and begin talking.
“You agreed to go out with fucking Pikachu?” Bakugou spat
“He started saying that he’ll win and take me out as an apology so I told him there’s no way he would win but I would still be down to go” Mei responded as the pair started climbing the stairs in order to get back to their seats.
“I’ll do the same when I beat you witch bitch” Bakugou chuckled.
“Ah would you look at that another cocky bitch thinks he can beat me, I look forward to beating your ass as well” she jibbed.
“There’s not a chance you’ll beat me but if you do we’ll still go somewhere, deal?” Bakugou extended his hand while staring at Mei’s violet eyes.
“Fine, where would we go?” Mei responded while shaking his hand.
“Wherever you want Mei… wherever you want” Bakugou answered in a quiet voice that Mei had never heard from him before.
The next matches went by quickly with Mei, Bakugou and their friends always discussing the matches as they go on. When it was time for members of the group to fight they’d all cheer for them with all their might and once the matches finished they’d walk them back to their seats. Eventually it was time for Mei’s second match which was with Ibara Shiozaki, the girl with the vine quirk. While Present Mic was introducing the girl she had complaints about her introduction which made Mei laugh. “I didn’t enter U.A. for wicked reasons but for the salvation of others” Present Mic then had a chance to finish his introduction, this time the girl turned to Mei and continued speaking but she spoke quietly enough that only Mei and maybe the people closest to her would’ve heard. “Some people need more salvation than others, people like your class”
Mei couldn’t believe what she just heard, god was everyone trying to get a beating from her today “Would you like to explain or do we skip straight to me kicking your ass for that?”
“I’m simply saying that your class need guidance before they can no longer repent, there’s no reason why I can’t be the one to guide you all” Shiozaki held her hands together as if she were to pray.
“God you really are a crazy bitch aren’t you?” Mei laughed. The girl shot vines to wrap around Mei’s arms as restraints and pulled her up close until they were face to face, Mei could feel the thorns digging into her skin and causing blood to spill out down her arms. She looked directly above her head and could see all her friends watching with their eyes open and mouths agape, she thought it was quite offensive that her own friends thought she would be losing this easily.
“I don’t appreciate the name calling, I’m not crazy I simply know that your egos will get in the way of you people becoming heros, it would be such a shame for you to die young because of your sins” Mei could tell the girl believed every word she was saying. She was getting sick of her bashing her beloved classmates and the thorns were starting to get uncomfortable so enough was enough.
“You know why I know you’re just chatting a bunch of shit?” Mei questioned.
“Why is that?”
Mei’s eyes began to fade into pure darkness, black mist began to hover around her body. Then all the vivid green vines from those wrapped around her arm to the ones dangling from Shiozaki’s lower back all turned white. Mei pulled her arms apart and in that instant the white vines turned to ash and while most fell to the ground some remained suspended in the air “I’ll forgive their sins, since I’m a god but yours? Never” Mei stepped back and poured all her mist to cover her foot, then kicked Shiozaki with such force that she went flying straight into the wall behind her and formed a human shaped hole in the wall. Once the dust settled Mei released the girl from her position in the wall and let her fall to the ground completely unconscious, it definitely wasn’t good sportsman ship and would probably make some people hate her but in that moment she didn’t care.
“God what a fucking bitch” Mei teleported herself to the exit seething with anger.
Bakugou was standing waiting for her and immediately asked what the ‘vine bitch’ said that pissed her off so much without stopping Mei continued walking and used a mind-link to give him a quick run-down.
“And all you did was knock her ass out? I would’ve killed her” Bakugou uttered.
“If you don’t shut the fuck up I’ll kill you in a second” Mei threatened.
“Don’t get fucking testy with me witchy” Bakugou growled.

“Just because I didn’t want you to be a bitch doesn’t mean you have to fucking apologise, I get it” he grabbed Mei’s hand and pulled her back slightly to stop her from storming away. Then he noticed her arms were leaving a trail of blood behind her so he reached out and rolled up her jumper sleeves. “Fuck Mei your arms, you’re bleeding!”
The pulled up jumper sleeves revealed 20 or so holes in her forearm all deep and all gushing red blood. “Oh yeah vine bitch has thorns, fucking annoying addition that I didn’t take into account when I let her pull me in”
“Are you going to fucking heal yourself or do you want me to take you to recovery hag?” He seemed slightly frantic which bought Mei a bit of joy, seeing him worry was definitely a spectacle.
“I mean both drain my stamina not that I have much left anyway so I’ll pretty much be dead by our match” Mei surrounded her arms with a green version of her mist and began to heal her wounds.
“You better fucking recover your strength otherwise I’ll kill you!” he yelled
“Oh fuck it’s your match next and I’m making it all about me, how are you feeling?” Mei questioned.
“Fucking fine, how else would I be feeling?”
“Well I don’t know, you have a plan?” Mei continued asking

“Of course why did I even bother askin-“Mei was interrupted by an announcement for Bakugou to make his way to the centre of the arena. “I’ll be waiting for you, now go and kick ass Suki”
Mei made her way back to her friends and the match began, she had no doubt in her mind that Bakugou would win but she was still more nervous about his match than she was her own. It was going the way she expected Uraraka was strong, there was no point saying anything else because it simply wouldn’t be true, but Bakugou had a slight edge and it was clear to everyone. Move after move the arena was getting more destroyed with each passing second. Eventually Mei heard people yelling at Bakugou calling him a bully and that he should be ashamed of himself for doing all this to a girl, if Mei wasn’t mad enough at the vine bitch she was ready to kill someone now.
“What the actual fuck are you people talking about?! He’s not bullying her he’s treating her as an equal unlike you fuckers who are suggesting shes weak! Which she clearly isn’t so Bakugou is trying his best against a strong opponent much like any hero would and if you pussies are saying he’s a bully you should fucking quit because evidently you don’t understand how a fucking fight works!” Mei used her quirk to enhance her voice so that everyone in the arena heard, including her two friends fighting.
“He shouldn’t be so violent with her it’s only a mock battle” A random spectator yelled.
Mei got up and began to climb the railing to reach a higher level but was stopped half way by Kirishima who had to pull her off “WHICH ONE OF YOU FUCKERS SAID THAT, STAND UP SO I CAN FUCKING KILL YOU” She managed to calm down when she heard that Aizawa continued on and agreed with what Mei had said.
Mei knew the match was ending when she looked up and noticed an immense amount of rubble levitating above the arena, once Uraraka released the rubble Mei let out a gasp and reached over to grab Kaminaris hand, she had a tendency to grab onto whatever was closest in moments of surprise. Luckily once the dust floated down she saw Bakugou still standing and Uraraka collapsed shortly after.
“You did really well” Mei began as she waited for her friend to walk up to her.
“Were you expecting me to do shit?” Bakugou hinted
“Obviously, I was expecting you to piss your pants because you were scared” she joked.
“… Thanks for what you said when they started booing witchy” Bakugou mumbled as he nudged Mei with his shoulder.
“Well I wasn’t going to just let them shit on you when you were unable to defend yourself was I? If Kiri hadn’t stopped me I would’ve climbed the railing and killed whoever said shit” Mei babbled.
“I’m glad he fucking stopped you, I would want to see that shit with my own eyes and if I missed it I would’ve been pissed” he joked
“Don’t you worry you’ll have plenty of opportunities to watch me kill someone” she giggled
The next few battles droned on and Mei stayed in her seat with her friends until the time came for her fight with Todoroki. She told her friends to stay in their seats instead of walking her to the arena entrance as she wanted to focus on the match ahead, Mei stared straight at her friend as she waited for the match to officially begin.
As soon as Midnight announced the start of the match Todoroki sent out an ice wall similar to the one he attacked Sero with, the only difference this time was it was a weaker wall against a stronger opponent. Like Sero, Mei was frozen in place with the ice, after a few murmurings from the crowd thinking that Mei was a goner, Mei shatters the entire structure sending shards of ice all around the arena.
“Bit of a one trick pony aren’t you Todo?” Mei yelled as she created a metal chain around Todoroki and attempted to swing him out of the arena.
A few feet away from the edge of the ring Todoroki managed to freeze the chains and cause them to snap, while he was sliding to a halt Mei used this time to run up towards him and start a few hand to hand rounds as she knew that was his weaker area. As she approached the boy at full speed she managed to tackle him to the ground and began sending punches. Most made contact with his face but none were sent at full speed as she didn’t want to permanently damage her friend. After a few final hits Todoroki grabbed a hold of Mei’s arm and used her slight pause to flip her over so that he was now straddled over her, but before Mei let herself get hit she raised her hips causing him to topple over and with that advantage she kicked the boy away from her.
The two rose to their feet and took a second to breathe, behind Todoroki she saw that all her friends were looking straight at her, which wasn’t surprising obviously since it was her match but it was nice to know they were paying attention. With a nod from Bakugou and a thumbs up from the rest of the Baku squad Mei decided it was time to start playing dirty.
Her first move was use a portal and send him out of bounds, but to her dismay before he hit the ground Todoroki built an ice slide and made his way back to the centre of the ring even through all of Mei’s attempts to break the slide beneath his feet mid-air. Once he was back on the ground Mei began charging at him again, this time he defended himself before she got to him by building a barrier between the two of them. Mei approached the barrier and knocked it down with a force blast only to realise he was now running towards her, she threw up a force field before her and in the same instant Todoroki threw up a wall of his own. She could feel him pushing the wall against hers and she decided to do the same, but soon realised it was pointless as that would only lead them to a stalemate.
Mei removed her own force field and in the same second fractured Todoroki’s ice barrier, with the bits of fine ice in the air she had created a temporary distraction and used the occasion to silently run up to her friend and preform a jump kick right into his face, knocking him over completely and creating a field in an attempt to push him out of the ring one last time.
Once that plan ultimately failed Mei started to feel her body weakening from quirk overuse, she noticed that the previous smiles were wiped from her friends faces and were now replaced with worried glances. It was time for her ultimate move. Mei lifted her arms which were now coated with mist and with a scream she expanded the black opaque mist and filled the entire arena with it, effectively leaving everyone blind, even herself. Though she still knew where Todoroki was and she’d hoped he hadn’t moved as she created a final portal beneath his feet and before he could even retaliate the mist was gone and he was out of bounds.
With cuts and bruises all over her body, Mei had managed to beat Todoroki and secured her place in the final against Bakugou. She approached her friend and offered him a hand, which he took without hesitation, the pair then walked off the arena hand in hand complimenting each other. Since her energy is already drained Mei doesn’t head for Recovery Girls office but instead goes back to her own seat, where she was greeted by her friends screaming out her name and running towards her. After assuring them she’s okay and slouching back in her seat, she hears and announcement stating she gets a 30 minute break before the final match.

“You better not be too weak to fight otherwise I’ll kill you!” Bakugou threatened

Eventually the pair make their way back down to the arena separately and meet in the middle not daring to break eye contact with each other, this was their big match after all, but Mei didn’t know if she was going to make it to the end of the match without losing consciousness. Her 30 nap really didn’t do as much as she hoped it would’ve, her energy was drained, her head pounding and her injuries still bleeding.

The start of the fight was announced and the two rushed at each other at full speed. Bakugou using explosions to propel himself forward while Mei kept to normal running, trying to conserve the last few scraps of her quirk she had left. As soon as they were within punching distance he struck first with a punch that Mei had to evade so suddenly that she ended up tripping over her own footing and having to secure herself by placing a hand on the ground just to ensure she didn’t end up making out with the pavement.
After scrambling to get back into position Mei sent a cloud of mist to wrap around Bakugous hands giving her a chance to get close to him without the looming threat of him blowing up in her face and ruining her strikes. She managed to land 3 hits before the mist dissipated from around his hands, after that she saw him getting ready to hit so in a moment of what you can call panic she shoved him as far down the arena as she could, just to give her a second to re-evaluate her position. Obviously he didn’t waste any time in getting back to the centre of the arena where Mei was standing with her hands on her knees breathing heavily.
“You better not get weak on me now bitch!” He yelled with a ferocity Mei had only heard a few times from him.
“Don’t count me out so soon, I’m still going to kick your ass” Mei retorted attempting to mask the tiredness in her voice from him.
Once he got to her the pair exchanged hits left, right and centre, Mei had also managed to headbutt her friend which resulted in an ungodly crack from his head, that alongside the blood now streaming from his nose told Mei she had managed to break his nose . It as safe to say that it wasn’t just Bakugou looking battered, Mei had a broken lip and a few scattered cuts on her face, all bleeding but not enough to excuse the unbearable pain in her head.
The fight had now been going on for 4 minutes. 4 whole minutes of punches, kicks, explosions and mist, normally a crowd would begin to zone out at a fight lasting this long but every pair of eyes in the arena, even those watching at home using their television, were affixed on the pair. Mei was reaching her limit so she decided it was time to use the training she got from her brother but make it her own. She was used to creating force field bubbles around people and slowly removing the oxygen within the bubble but this time she was going to do just that, only without the bubble and at a faster pace.
Bakugou shot himself forward getting ready to create an explosion big enough to knock Mei out of the ring, but as soon as the fire was meant to propel itself he found that he was short of breath and there was no fire being produced from his palms no matter what he tried. Mei looked down to her friend, who was on the floor gasping for air that just wasn’t there, through her black eyes and in her final attempt to win she created a force field no bigger than a basketball hoop and pushed it all the way to the line.
It wasn’t enough, she now had blood streaming from her eyes and ears. Mei created a concrete pole from the ground to act as a support so she wouldn’t fall over, even though she could feel her legs turning into jelly beneath her she stood tall. Mei held her ground and it was going well right until the moment where Bakugou had gotten his breath back and was heading towards her. She couldn’t believe she actually did but Mei fell straight to her knees and accepted the explosion that was less than a second away from throwing her into the wall 20 meters behind her. Bakugou tried to stop himself but as soon as he saw her fall to the ground it was too late to minimise the blast, so Mei was sent flying and landed in the wall causing all the air in her lungs to leave and cause her to gasp for more. Mei lost consciousness for a second because she had no recollection of what Midnight said and the last thing she saw was Bakugou jumping off the stage and running towards her.
“She is out of bounds, Bakugou wins” Midnight announced.
A second later he was shaking her awake yelling at her asking why she gave up so easily and that he couldn’t accept the win because it wasn’t earned. Mei just completely ignored his yelling and once she made sure he was okay she grabbed a hold of his arm and the pair left to go see Recovery Girl. Due to her lack of stamina and having to be awake for the award ceremony Mei just got her face cleaned up and bandaged and told the elderly woman she would just use her quirk to heal herself later when she got her energy back. She couldn’t help but laugh when she saw her friend squirming as Recovery Girl attempted to give Bakugou her kiss of healing.
“The fuck are you laughing at witch bitch” Bakugou questioned the giggling girl.
“You just look like an idiot, you realise she’s just trying to help you right?” Mei answered mid-laugh
“I don’t need anyone’s fucking help especially not from some old fart” he spat.
“You better watch yourself sweetheart, I may be old but I can still kick ass, and your girlfriend over here is just looking out for you” Recovery Girl interjected.
“Oh I’m not his girlfriend but he wishes I was” Mei sent a smirk his way.
“Fuck off” Bakugou glared at her.
Recovery Girl eventually finished and since Mei got second place she and Todoroki went out to the podium before Bakugou did. Once his name was announced she saw that he was dragged out wearing a muzzle and his hands were completely clamped together. She was in a state of shock, how could hero’s do this to a teenager. It was disgusting considering what had happened to him in the past and Mei had n doubts that he was freaking out under the mask due to it reminding him of his experience with the sludge villain. He never told her about it but once it was briefly mentioned she took it upon herself to research it, when she saw the pictures of him her heart fell straight to her stomach.

Mei if you don’t get this shit off me I’ll kill you when I eventually get out… please get it off and hurry
As soon as he approached and was tied to the podium, Mei climbed across to him and ripped off the muzzle.
“Hey leave that on him!” the guy that walked him out said.
“if you even attempt to put that back on him I swear to god I will kill you and everyone in this arena, don’t fucking test me” Mei’s voice was full of venom.
“Now now Young Seki no need to get so aggressive” A booming voice came out of no-where.
“I think the situation deserves this and maybe even some more, who’ idiotic idea was it to put that shit on him, if they’re not too much of a pussy I hope they step up so I can put this on them and see how much they like it” The last part of that was yelled.
“There’s no need for that, now lets get the rest of the restraints off him and continue with the ceremony” All might announced as he ripped the rest of them off.
Bakugou started yelling at anything and everything, the man who escorted him out even had something to say “See this is why we should’ve kept the muzzle on him, he’s an animal”
That was the line, Mei was ready to fight him in front of everyone even though she was completely mentally and physically drained. She jumped off the podium and launched towards the man, who now started to run away, only to be stopped by one of All Might’s strong arms “COME BACK I’LL SHOW YOU WHAT AN ANIMAL LOOKS LIKE”
With a brief talk from the No.1, Mei returned to the podium and accepted her medal and behaved perfectly, once she could go she grabbed a hold of her two friends who were sharing the podium with her and left straight for the exit.
