This omega's innocence
“Lando?” Oscar asked when they laid in their nest in the evening.
“Mhm” Lando let out, laying on his stomach, his face squished into a pillow.
“Why aren’t you touching me?” he asked and Lando ripped his face out of the pillow.
“What?” Lando screeched.
“Well, it’s it’s it’s what normally happens … after getting mated, is it not?” Oscar said, looking nervous.
“In general, yes, but I didn’t think you’d be ready for any of that.”
“I don’t know. I just thought that’s what happens, you know.” Oscar said, turning away now.
“Hey, come on, please don’t shut me out.” Lando said, reaching over and putting a hand on Oscar’s shoulder. It took Oscar about a minute until he turned back around to Lando, but still didn’t look at him. “Have you ever kissed someone?”
“No.” Oscar said lowly.
“Hey” Lando said, hooking a finger under Oscar’s chin and pulling it up so they would look at each other. He smiled a little before moving closer and softly pushing his lips against Oscars. He felt Oscar’s breath hitch and his body stiffening for a moment before relaxing again and leaning towards Lando, pressing their lips together harder. Lando broke the kiss a few seconds later. “How do you feel?”
“Warm, fuzzy.” Oscar said, his face deep red.
“So, you liked it?” Lando asked and Oscar nodded.
“Can we do it again?” he then asked.
“Of course, just stop if there is anything you don’t like.” Lando said before reattaching their lips, his lips moving slowly against Oscar’s, later opening bit by bit, his tongue testing Oscar’s, who opened his mouth as well. Lando pulled away from their kiss a couple minutes later, they were laying sideways, their chests pressed together and arms slung around each other. “Are you still warm and fuzzy?”
“Yes.” Oscar said, smiling.
“That’s good, I really liked it, too. There won’t be anything more happening tonight, though.” Lando said, his thumb stroking Oscar’s cheek.
“What? Why? Did I do something wrong?” Oscar worried.
“No, no, no, you didn’t do anything wrong Oscar. Every time we changed something or moved our lips somewhere else, your breath hitched and you started to panic a little when I started to move my hand under your shirt. You are not ready for more Oscar and that is absolutely normal. We met each other yesterday. We have all the time in the world to do more.” Lando said.
“Okay.” Oscar said, and they laid down together to sleep, Oscar’s head on Lando’s shoulder.
“One more thing, though. If you ever feel pushed or forced or uncomfortable when we do something, you will stop and tell me no. I need you to promise me that, Osc.”
“I promise I will tell you. I didn’t feel uncomfortable or forced when you put your hand under my shirt, I was just surprised that you did that.”
“Why were you surprised about that?”
“Well, I just think … I mean … I never really got a run through to know what would happen or how it would happen.”
“You … you mean you don’t really know how it works? The knotting?”
“Not really. I was told that you will know what to do and I should just … let you, that you will show me how it works.” Oscar said and Lando moved, so they would lay face to face.
“Having sex … being intimate with each other … it’s nothing you should just … let happen or let me do. We will only be intimate with each other if we both want to. There will be days where you don’t feel in the mood or where I don’t want to, and that’s okay. I want you to tell me if you don’t want to, but also when you want to. There is no real run-through or a right way to do it. It will just start like this, a lot of kissing, more touching, a lot more cuddling and kissing, we will take our clothes off, kiss and touch even more … and if we both feel ready for it, I will enter you … and the first time it will be a bit uncomfortable, but we’ll take our time before we start to move … and it will give you the best feeling in the world and then I will knot you.” Lando said slowly, his eyes never leaving Oscar’s.
“I wouldn’t have been ready for that tonight.” Oscar said, his voice a little bit hoarse.
“No, you wouldn’t have and if you do anything intimate that you are not ready for or that you don’t feel comfortable with, it will hurt you.”
“Okay” Oscar said and laid back down on Lando’s shoulder.
While Lando had his meeting the next day, Oscar made a batch of granola to store, as well as some almond oatmeal cookies with chocolate chips. He also found a bag of chickpeas in the back of the pantry and started soaking them in the biggest pot he could find to prepare to roast them into a snack. He was just kneading the dough of the bread he planned when Lando came out of the office from his meeting.
“How did it go?” Oscar asked.
“Alright, got the schedule for January now, so we can plan the flights. What is that?”
“Rye bread, I’m going to add some chia and sunflower seeds later.” Oscar said, still kneading the dough on the kitchen island.
“Can I post a little video of that?” Lando asked.
“You want to do what?”
“There is a platform online where people can share some pictures or videos of their life with others.”
“Aha, okay.”
“Alright, I will just make a short video, show them the cookies and then you kneading the dough, telling them what it is.”
“Okay, feel free.” Oscar said and watched Lando meddle with is phone for a moment.
“Look at this, guys! I have one little meeting and my mate manages to make homemade granola, cookies, and is now making bread. I was really productive today!” Lando finished with a smile and let Oscar laugh out loud. Lando uploaded the video quickly and then got them some water from the fridge and adding some magnesium to his glass. It took less than a minute, Oscar just washing his hands after dropping the dough in the baking tin, until Lando’s phone went wild. It pinged non-stop, the pings themselves even overlaying themselves.
“Damn, I forgot to turn the noise down.” He said and quickly grabbed the phone.
“What the hell is happening?!” Oscar asked while pushing the bread into the oven.
“People are commenting or liking the video.” Lando said, walking next to Oscar and explaining how it worked.
“Aha and they all follow you and watch what you are doing?”
“Well, what I’m uploading, yes. I’m not making a video every day, it’s also a lot of stuff directly from McLaren with sponsoring and merchandise and stuff.”
“People really like you, don’t they?” Oscar asked, reading a couple of the comments. “Or not.” He said after seeing a comment calling Lando stupid and ugly.
“Well, you can’t make everyone like you. There are way more good ones then bad ones, I think most of these people would never say anything close to that if they are in front of you, it’s an easy way for them to let out their frustration or something.”
“Okay. Oh, some of them really love you, don’t they.” Oscar said with a smile after seeing a comment pretty much soliciting Lando.
“Well, you don’t worry, you are the only one who would be allowed to do something like that with me.” Lando said, pulling Oscar into a kiss. “I will have to go on a run before lunch.” Lando said a couple minutes later.
“Do you have a bicycle?” Oscar asked, looking up at Lando, not loosening their hug.
“Yes, why?”
“Is it one of these real sport bikes or a normal one?”
“A normal one, 7 gears.”
“I could come with you, carry your water bottle.” Oscar said with a smile.
“You’d want that?”
“I’ll never be able to run as fast as you I’m sure, but I could match your speed with the bike, I guess. For how long do you run?”
“About an hour, some sprints in between. You could be my watch man.”
“Your watch man?”
“Well, we would start with me jogging slowly, after a couple minutes going faster and then later some intervals.”
“Okay, you need to make me a list in which order we do that.”
When they got back to their appartement a little over an hour later, both were drenched in sweat.
Lando decided to shower first, giving Oscar some time to get the rice cooking. After his shower, he added some spices, vegetables and eggs, turning it into a stir fry.
“You’re cooking so good, I’m going to get really fat.” Lando said after finishing his plate.
“No, you won’t. This had double the amount veggies than rice, plus the eggs. It totally fits in your daily plan. I just need to save it in the app as a basic recipe. We can always add some kind of meat or tofu or something. Also, to get you enough Omega 3, you should keep taking those pills. I also need to buy some lentils; I totally forgot them when we went shopping. Oh, and peanut butter.”
“Peanut butter?”
“You don’t like it?”
“No, I do, but why?”
“Nuts in general have good benefits. Iron and healthy fats. Lentils are getting digested very slowly, so your blood sugar won’t spike and it’s good for cholesterol balance.”
“Maybe you should be my health coach instead off Jon.”
“I’m pretty sure he knows a lot more about certain things. I just learned how to use google.”
“Maybe use it as an advantage. Write it down, the ideas and recipes and then you can talk about them with Jon, he will be in Woking in January, I’m sure the two of you can sit down for an hour or two. He should be doing that anyway, I think, I mean, you are the one taking care of me outside of race weekends.” Lando said, taking their plates and putting them into the dishwasher. “What?”
“Nothing, I just need a little bit to get used to you doing things like that.”
“Putting the dishes into the washer? Your father didn’t even do that?” Lando asked shocked.
“No, he never did anything towards cooking or cleaning or things like that.”
“Oh, by the way, we have a cleaning lady, she comes twice a week, doing the floors, garbage, dust and cleaning the bathrooms. She doesn’t do laundry or dishes.”
“Okay, wow, that’s nice.” Oscar said.
