This is a female Izuku; if you don't like it than don't read. This is also a bad mom Inko; if you don't like is then don't read. There will be some All-Might Bashing but not much; if you do not like it guess what you can do? The answer is do not read it! There will be guy x guy pairing same for girl x girl once more if you do not like it don't read past this point!

"Izuku you have to go! You whined about this trip" Mother said I had just tried for the fourth time to not make me go. I wanted to point out I had not wanted to go; the school had said it was mandatory to go. But I knew a least four other people whom wouldn't be going. And they were not sick like Bakugou was. I shivered at the thought of him in my room. It was my place and yet cause he had gotten sick while my mother was watching him for the Bakugou's Mother was so sure he was presenting she had even called and told his mother so. I could tell he was sick he had that smell about him.

"Izuku enough you're going! And don't cause any trouble, you cause enough already if I get one more phone call I am taking your phone," She said I sighed before going to my room. I would see if Bakugou needed anything before I left. I left my room with a burn on my neck for the trouble of it; I got scolded for bothering him in that state. I was told to clean myself up and get to school it if I wasted in more time I was going to be late. My home room teacher gave me a look when a came in but said nothing thankfully. I could only hope that meant he would not call my mother. If she took my phone I knew I would not be getting it back. It didn't work for anything else besides taking picture but it had the ones of dad on it. They were the only ones I had; she had gotten rid of all the ones in the house after he didn't come back.

By the time we reach the convention hall I was ready to jump out of my skin so some reason my class was being nice to be. They were never nice to me; "Hey Midoriya your with our group now," a girl said I nodded at her. I knew something would be done to me but I also knew the girls where never as bad as the boys. So just maybe it wouldn't be so bad whatever they had in mind I knew it could be worse. Because everyone in class was worse when Bakugou was here to lead the way. I never understood why the Alphas in the class listened to him. Sure he had a strong quirk, but he misused it nor did he have a second gender like some of our classmate. If anything they should listen to Amy as she is an Omega the only one in the class.

"Are you okay Midoriya?" Amy asked I could only nod at her not trusting myself to speak. And quickly whence pain nodding caused me. I let her fuse over me for a little while because it felt nice; I knew she really didn't care for me. It was just how she was; I told her she was going to make a great doctor some day.

"Thank you Midoriya," she said before pulling me along to the next exhibit. I knew the other girls in our group where not please with how I was getting treated. But Amy for some reason had stuck with me all morning even when they had tried to pull her away. I was thankful for that cause I knew no one would risk upsetting her. An upset Omega meant a pissed off Alpha and no one knew anything about her Alpha besides she had one.

"Amy the teacher needs to speak to you," Tao said as he came over Amy gave him a look as if she did not believe him but still went. The look he gave me when she was gone told me he had lied to her. I tried to leave because I knew even if others in the class started something I would be the one blamed. I was always the one blamed; I stood quickly hoping I could get away from him. But ran into Nero one of the classes alpha boys. When he asked me how I was doing I knew I was in trouble, taking a step back only meant Tao pushed me forward. They laughed when I fell to the ground, I tried not to show how scared I was but Nero bending down over me was not helping.

He was telling me something but my head was spinning and I knew that meant Tao had or was using his quirk on me. I yelped at the pain in my leg it was only than I noticed I had been stabbed with some sort of injection pen. Whatever was in it set me on fire and I knew I had to get away from here. I shoved Nero past Nero as he seemed frozen for some reason. He even looked a little sick but I used that to my advantage. Once I was up and running I could hear him yelling at me to stop; but I did not know what would be down to me if I did so I just ran. I screamed when someone grabbed me, I tasted blood before I was quickly dropped. Someone else screamed as a car's horn was blown so loudly my ears hurt. And for some reason I was in more pain I slapped whatever I was laying on and felt it shift around me. I heard someone saying something but could not understand what it was. But then they touched my neck I heard them yell and knew I had to run that I needed to find some place safe. Where I was now wasn't safe.

"What is that?" Tao asked.

"Something I got off my brother to make Midoriya see sense about faking. I overheard the teachers talking a few days ago; they have talked to her mother. And she still lets the freak wear those patches Granddad said it is up to the Alpha's to teach an Omega their place when they act out," I told him.

"Isn't that an out dated way of thinking? I told my mom what was going on; she said she knew people to call," Lily said.

"And when is she going to do that?" I asked her; she wasn't sure and she might have already called.

"But till they do something we have to smell her! Did you get a whiff of her this morning she must have put a pack of them on. I say we take the time on the field trip to teach her a lesson," I said, they looked at me I could tell some didn't want to do as I told but wouldn't rat me out. I smiled as the day went on Midoriya was twitching and by the time I stabbed her with the stuff I took from my brother's apartment. It wasn't the sound she made or how she jumped but the scent she gave off right after that made me realizes I had messed up.

She ran when I tried to stop her, I should have left her alone but I didn't want something to happen to her. God I was in so much trouble; I knew now she wasn't faking being an Omega. The adults around us seemed to realize something was wrong and tried to stop her. But she fought back and I knew she would win and make them let her go. I knew she had been beat up enough time that she knew how to fight and thanks to what I had done to her. She was going off what she felt and held little to no rational thought. I could smell her fear, a had hope when a bear of a man wrapped her up in his arms till she bit him and ran right out into the street. At the screeching of breaks and the sound of a car horn I could only think I had gotten my classmate kill. I watched as she hit the car and rolled on the hood; where she slapped it morphed. I dropped to my knees and thanked whatever god had been looking over her. An officer slowly made his way over to the car; I heard him yelling at people to get back and telling Midoriya to stay still. I ran to the edge of the road I had to see her for myself but I knew she smelled me because she took off.

I could hear the people talking asking others if they saw what had happened. Some saying that poor girl; others were saying how someone must have slipped the omega something.

"Stay back kid," The officer said

"This is my fault," I told him; he asked me what I meant and I told him everything. How I had took something from my brother's apartment and gave it to Midoriya. How I and some of my classmates wanted to punish her for faking being an Omega.

"You know what you just admitted to?" He asked I could only nod at him. He took me over the car that had just arrived. He told the woman whom was driving what I had told him. I gave her my parents contact number and just sat in the back seat. I had no real reason to cry but I found myself doing so.

"Nero?" I looked up it was one of the guys from our class.

"We messed up; she wasn't faking no one faking would have that kind of reaction," I told him; he looked at the office before setting down outside the car. He said he was part of the plain too than handed his phone over to her.

"We need to have a long talk," Dad said when we got home; I was shocked that I had been allowed to go home. I had spent hours with them at the police station telling them everything my friends and I planned to do and why. I knew I would have to tell them what I and others had done in the past; even if that meant more trouble for me. Most of the others besides Heero whom had sat with me and already admitted his part. Had given us hard looks for rating them out but it been the look Amy had given us all that had me hanging my head till we had been taken away. I should have realized something long before now because Amy was an Omega and she never said anything about Midoriya faking.

"I know; did they tell you if they had found her yet?" I asked

"They are still searching and you best pray they find her alive," he said.

"I haven't stopped doing that. I know I messed up gods I know but it just seemed like no one was doing thing about her," I said

"What made you think you had to handle it? Why not go to your teacher? Why not come to us?" Mother asked.

"The teachers said they had talked to her mother and I went to granddad!" I told him

"Oh; Nero, he is sick you know his quirk has a side effect?" dad said I nodded it made him forget things from time to time. Mom told me he wasn't going back to normal now he was just forgetting more and more. The doctor said there would be a time when he just didn't remember anything at all not even us.

"I want you to go to your room and think about this," Dad said; I nodded and started to head that way. However mom stopped me telling me he wasn't finished.

"If that girl had been quirkless that shot you gave her would have stopped her heart then and there," Dad said I felt sick at that.

"You need to give us a reason beside you thought she was faking a second gender and it better not be because you thought she was quirkless!" Mother told me. It was only than that I realized a lot of what we did to her was because of those two reasons. When I looked at my parents I could tell they knew what my answer would be so I said nothing before going to my room. I hadn't been in there long when my dad came in and told me to unhook my gaming system. I did so without protest while he carried my TV out. He came back in with a box and put my laptop and my gaming stuff in it. He said I might get them back in a year but I would not get them any time soon. I did not protest his actions at all like I had in the past. He said if the school allowed me back and I needed to use the computer for any type of home work. He or mother would allow it under supervision; I nodded at him and once alone. I pulled out a note book and started to write everything I could remember doing to Midoriya over the years. What I could remember others doing to her. It made me realize that I wasn't a good person seeing it all written down like I had it. I cried myself to sleep that night all while praying she was found safe and sound.

Over the next week I had been questioned more than once on the reasons why I had attack her. I owned up to what I did that day and even confessed to what I had done in the past to her. The officer gave me an odd look when I handed him a note book with a written confession in it of past crimes; on the following day.

"Kid why are you giving me this? You are in enough trouble as is. I am not saying none of what happened in the past would not have come to light. But I need to know why?" the officer asked. I told him I really didn't know just I felt I had to, that it was the best course of action. He nodded at me and said he would let the others involved in the case know. Before telling us the reason he had us come down here today was to let us know that Midoriya had been found. She was hurt but alive and would live; I thanked him before mom asked if that was all they wanted us for. Mom told me she was proud of me when we got home. I told her she didn't have a reason to be before going back to my room; I had a letter to write and still needed to work on that list of items. I would have to get dad to look it over tonight after dinner to see if I had the prices right. I knew I didn't have enough in my saving to cover it but if I sold my system and a few of my games it should cover it. He gave me an odd look when I asked him about it that night.

"Nero, did you damage all this by yourself?" asked once I explained why I had given him the list of items and what I knew some of them cost. I had to guess on a few prices but I knew someone would double check to make sure I was paying her back right.

"No; not all of them. I put dashes next to the items I remember distorting or damaging myself," I told him.

"So others helped?" He asked I nodded at him; mother took the time to explain what had happened this morning and what I had done.

"I wish you had talked to me before you allowed him to that," Dad said

"I messed up and the officer said it would have been found out anyway. They just know sooner is all," I told him.

"Nero, I am not saying you shouldn't have told them. But I would have wanted to be there with you. My boss is letting me off for the rest of the week and I put in for my vacation so I could have next week off too. We need to take care of this; I have already spoken to a lawyer. We are to have a meeting with her office in the morning," Dad said.

"Isn't this month your works busies time" I asked

"It is but I am needed here more than there. Now is there anything else you need to tell us?" he asked I told them about the letter I was writing to Midoriya in apology. They both said they would have to read it before I would be allowed to try and send it to her. That should not just expect her to forgive me; I told them it would be okay if she never did.

We were called back in two days later; someone had read the note book I had given the officer and they had questions to ask me. The lawyer my dad hired came with us; we got some looks for only having her join us now. She told the officers we had told her what had happened, she asked for an update on their end. I felt sick as I listened to what we were told, my little note book had lead to the arrest of two of my teachers and three of my classmates. I was told I would have to face some charges for what I did in the past but the judge had said he would take into effect that I had come forward with what I had done.

"We also would like to turn in a list of items my client will need to pay for. I have them itemized by price. I would like you to note that some items on the list he only had a part in damaging. He wrote the names of others involve but does not recall them all," Ms. Hintana said as she handed over a typed version of my list. The officer gave use a looked before thanking us for the list.

"I have been order to ask. Why give us the information you did in the note book? And I am sure they will want to know why you are giving us this list too? You had to of known you would have gotten in more trouble," the officer said I looked at my parents we had talked about this in Ms. Hintana's office. She had asked me the very same question.

"I assumed it would but it was the right thing to do. I messed up when I attacked her. I am not even sure why I felt the need to do what I did. Or even why I treated her the way I did. But you said how we treated her would more than like come to light right?" I asked the officer nodded at me question.

"I am just owning up to my mistakes, not to try to get out of trouble or get others in trouble with me. I messed up and need to fix it somehow. The first step in fixing a mistake is to say you made one," I told him. He gave me an odd look than asked to speak to my parents outside the room. Whatever he had to tell them greatly displeased them. I wanted to ask but Ms. Hinata said not to worry about it she would handle everything before asking if we could leave now.

"Wait! We forgot about the letter," I said Ms. Hintana nodded and pulled out the letter I had spent the last few days in my room writing.

"Sir can you make sure Midoriya gets this? It's a letter, I owe her an apoljy but I am sure she wouldn't want to see me. Not any time soon or if ever," I said as she held it out for the officer to take

"I will turn it over to her guardian, they will more than like want to read it before giving it to her," he said I told him I understood and said my parents and lawyer had read it before allowing me to even send it.

I would learn later in the month that one of our sensei that had gotten arested had been using his quirk on his students. That his quirk made use act just a little more aggressive torwed others he disliked and for some reason he did not like Midoriya. I had overheard her mother was the reason behind his dislike but did not hear why he disliked the woman.

Every one of our classmates whom had mistreated Midoriya or damaged one of her belongings had been brought before the same judge. We had all sat in his court room and listened to his punishments for what we did. And that took three months to happen I did not know if it was cause of all the people involved or the timeframe. When I heard what my punishment would be; I thought it was lighter than what I should have gotten. Heero and I would have serve three years of community service and six years of probation and if at any time we got in trouble we would serve the rest of our time in a juvenile center. When Bakugou had been given his verdict I had been expecting him to lose it. As he would have to serve time in a center for at least six months. Some of his actions had been because of our teacher but most where his own. His probation would last well into his high school years the judge; I had to wonder if this would affect his dreams of getting into UA.

I wanted to ask if the officer was joking when they told me about the case that had just come in.

"Do with have the address of all those involved and are their parents on the way?" I asked I got a quick yes sir. I was also told two officers had been sent out to bring Mrs. Midoriya in to have a talk. I would learn twenty minutes later; the woman wasn't at home. But the officers had found a collapsed boy with a high fever on the floor of her kitchen. It would be another hour before we would find the woman in a local love hotel interning a small group of men. In the time it took to find the woman I knew more about the boy found in her apartment. Than her own child it wasn't till his parents came rushing in that got any solid information on the girl. The Bakugou's where sickened at what I had to tell them. Hours later I would be called in to a hospital on the other side of the district. A man had warped into the ER with a very hurt Omega.

Said Omega turned out to be our missing child; after learning where he use to live I could understand why he didn't bring her to a hospital sooner. I looked at the man and his son they had brought the girl in I could tell they were clearly worried about her. They had a doctor who's quirk would document her injury while prepare her for surgery to deal with the internal bleeding.

"Is that normal?" I asked the doctor after leaving the man and his son in the room. We were now waiting on someone from the hero commission. It seems she could be related to someone whom worked there.

"No, that means she has some very old injuries," The doctor said. It took an hour and a half for his quirk to finish. I hated abuse cases but I had a feeling the guy my co-workers where question had nothing to do with the girl they had brought in. And when I thought it couldn't get worse I learned the girl had some very high ties to the Hero Commission. That they would work with us on the case and most times that meant they would be taking over. Heroes sometimes made cases easier but most of the times they fucked the up if they did not know the right procedures. In this case having a hero on call meant the Healing Hero Recovery girl had got called in the finish healing the girl up. It meant we could get her side of the story as to what went on in her life sooner.

I looked up from my book as something slammed into the back door the deliveries came in. Kio; was busy with the lady who really didn't like me for some reason. I slow walked toward the door taking a glove off just in case but when I pulled it open I was greeted by a body falling at me feet. I knew I screamed because I heard people running and felt the air shift as Kio appeared in the room. He pulled me away as he looked the person over. I had just got me glove back on when two other people came into the room.

"What happened?" a man asked.

"I don't know I found Tenko standing with the door open and the girl on the floor," Kio said the woman said I had hurt the poor kid that she was going to call the cops on me. The man glared at her his hands glowed before he slammed them into her head; I blinked when she slummed forward toward the ground before she could hit she vanished into one of Kio portals.

"I didn't," "We know that kiddo but what happened?" Kio asked I told him I had been reading while the adults had their talk how I heard a thump and went to see what it was and the girl fell in.

"Is she dead? She doesn't smell like the Omega I meet last week. Should we call the doctor?" I asked

"She's an omega that is good to know; I call the doctor I want you to stay in your room while he is here," Kio said it felt like hours before I was told I could come out. They had set the girl up in Kio's room; I wrinkled my nose at her scent it still smelt odd.

"What is all that?" I asked looking at the bags she had been hooked too.

"One of the small bags is to help with any pain she might have; the other is an antibiotic she had a few infected wounds and burns. One of the big ones is blood and the other is saline to keep her hydrated," the man said I looked at Kio for his answer. He nodded at me from where he was tucking a blanket around the girl.

"Tenko with everything that happened I never got to introduce my co-worker to you; This is Yoshiro he is going to be taking over more of my job at the bar so I don't have to leave you alone all night anymore," Kio said the or bring me to the bar. For some reason after Sensei stopped coming in person Kio had moved us from the place we had live all the way to a different district but he still had to go to the bar.

I wanted to ask why he did not want me near the doctor now that Sensei, I blinked at that. "Is something the matter?" Kio asked

"I just realized she smells a little like Sensei," I told him I move closer to the girl and took a deep breath under the odd scent I could smell sensei. It was old and faded but it was there; "It is old but it is there" I told him. The adults shared a look that I knew they would have to have a talk. I was asked to look after her while they left the room.

"Does Yoshiro know Sensei?" I asked when Kio came back into the room.

"They use to work together before Sensei accident," Kio said as he placed a bowl on the table next to his bed. He pulled a rag out of the bowl and rang the water out and placed it on her forehead.

"Tenko do you think you could look after her for a little while I need to go talk to Sensei and Yoshiro is running an errand for me," he said I looked at the girl whom could be my sensei child and nodded. He hadn't been gone an hour when she started moaning as she slept. I told her she would be okay I would protect her. My classes said and Alpha was to tell an Omega this when they were in distress. I couldn't smell any other Alphas on her and new that wasn't normal. Her scent was to strong for her to just to be presenting. I touched my hand to the back of her head and pulled it back it was hot. I whimpered when her temperature red 105.8 she was too hot I knew that was bad but did not know what to do. The internet said she should go to the hospital but I could drive and Kio wasn't back yet. It also said ice could bring down a high fever.

"Tenko why did you but all that ice on her?" Kio asked when he came back I hugged him and showed him what her temperature was even with the ice it had gone up. Kio's eyes narrowed before picking her up and having his mist swirled around us.

"Sir quirk usages like that is illegal" someone said in the place we appeared.

"She has a fever of 106.2 it was just under a 100.2 thirty minutes ago," Kio told the woman. The girl was quickly took from him and rushed into a set of doors I tried to follow up Kio stopped me.

"We will have to wait here for now. I am sure someone will be out shortly to talk to us," Kio said as he led me to a seat. I growled at him I should go with her to keep her safe.

"Sir can you come with me there are some questions we need answered," a man said Kio nodded.

"Your son can wait here if he wants," the man said I growled at him, he said he saw before asking a nurse to take me back to wait in another room saying I could see the girl shortly. I smiled at him and told Kio to be careful before giving him a hug.

"I thought I was going to see her?" I asked

"She has an injury on the inside but once the doctors heal that she will be brought here," She told me I asked why couldn't stay with Kio than. She gave me an odd look when I told her we had just met today and that was only because she fell in our back door. She left me alone in the room with a coloring book and said not to get in the way when they brought her in. I sat a flipped though the book till I found a page with a dog on it. It was a while before they brought her in and once it was only us and a different nurse did I move next to the bed she was in.

"Is she okay?" I asked; she smiled at me and said she was doing better that they had two people on staff that used their quirks on her to help her heal quicker. I nodded at what she said and pulled at my glove before I took the hand that had no needles in it. She asked if I knew how she had gotten hurt or seen anyone hurt her.

"No, I found her at the back door of the cafe. Kio called the doctor he hooked her up to those bags she had when we brought her in. Kio had to go do something; I think it had to do with her being an Omega. How come her scent is so different now? Before it was so strange. While he was gone she got a bad fever. I looked up what to do I know it said to go to the hospital but I can't drive and Kio was gone. So I put some ice on her it said it could help but she just got hotter. Then Kio came back and brought us here," I told her she smiled at me said I did the right thing.

"I need to go talk to one of the doctors will you be okay?" she asked I nodded at her.

"If you need anything just push this red button someone will ask if you need anything. Just tell them what you need and push it if she wakes up," she told me. I told her I would before she left the room.

I was told to take a seat once we were in a waiting room. The office I had followed quickly introduced himself and officer Moshe and the woman was his partner Hana. They asked if I did not mind being recorded. I told them it was fine I gave them my name and I had a feeling if I minded I wouldn't be given a choice.

"Kurogiri; do you have a last name? " the Office said with a raised eyebrow.

"If I have one I don't remember it; I must have been in some sort of accident. I woke up in a clinic with no memory and the doctor whom had been caring for me said. He found me hurt and almost dead. He got me stable and into a real hospital where spent the next two years in a coma. When I woke up I had no memory of who I was and very little control of my quirk," I told them. I pulled it back so they could see my face. They could tell my age when they found me thanks to someone quirk, I was 17 when they found me and 19 when I was basically tossed out of a hospital when the doctors deemed me well enough," I said the officers looked guilty at that. Officer Moshe sighed before saying they had some questions.

"I knew there would be when that poor girl fell in my back door," I said

"She fell in the back door of your house?" he asked

"No, I just bought a place. I am going to turn it into a cat cafe but Tenko and I live above it." I sighed at the get to the point look I was getting.

"I was out front talking with a co-worker from my old job he came by to see how we were doing. We heard Tenko scream I used my quirk to get to him. Where we use to live it wasn't in the best neighborhood. The girl was on the ground and hurt. The only reason I didn't take her right to the hospital was I didn't think too and I am so use to not having one close by," I told him. The I do not have a reason to trust them went unsaid.

"Why is that?" Officer Hana asked

"We use to live in the Kimono ward and I told you how I was treated by one before," I stated he nodded at that said she understood

"So I called Doctor Tsubasa, he gave her some medical attention. He told use she would be fine. If you give me something to write with I can give you his contact information," I told him. The officer handed me his note pad that had been flipped to a clean page.

"Do you know anything be owned the girl being an Omega? Did you find any id on her or near your home?" he asked.

"No, but Tenko told me she smelled like his Sensei," I said

"Who is his sensei and do you have a way to contact him?" the officer asked

"Tenko's quirk is quite dangerous; after I had him registered the hero commission sent a name by the name Hisashi Midoriya to help train in it. Mr. Midoriya helped me out after Tenko presented as an Alpha. But about a little over a year ago Mr. Midoriya stopped coming by," I told them.

"Did he every talk about if he had family?" I was asked

"No, he said it was a subject he did not wish to talk about when Tenko asked. I made sure Tenko knew not to ask him again. As I thought the man answered the way he had because he did have a family but wanted to protect them," I told them; the office said he could understand the need to protect ones family.

I started when the door was opened by a nurse whom was clearly out of breath.

"Has something happened to the girl?" I asked; Tenko had become really attached to her far too quickly. I feared what would happen to him if something has happened to the girl.

"No; but you need to come the young Alpha that you came in is upset and nothing we have done is working to settle him," she said I looked at the office even if they said I couldn't go I would. They nodded and said they would go with us. I wanted to laugh at the scene before me Tenko was growling at a young man with wings. A nurse was frozen in place with a bag of blood and the flame hero Endeavor was getting yelled at by a woman with white hair.

"Tenko," I said softly the boy looked at me "Tenko you need to relax no one is going to hurt the girl they are going to help her," I told him.

"They want to give her more blood! It's what made her get so hot before!" He growled out

"Is it now?" I asked the nurse nodded

"Do you know why?" I asked; I knew you could get sick if you got the wrong blood type. Tenko had no reason to know that.

"I don't want her to be sick or hot! She just needs to get better I cannot protect her this way," Tenko said I wanted to curse the winged hero did.

"Sweetie you can protect her all you want but she needs this blood, I give you my word it won't hurt her like the other did," the nurse said. Tenko looked at her than to me I nodded at him; he let her past but still growled at the hero.

"You never said they were bonded," a doctor said as he came over.

"How fast can a bond form? They just meet today! I am still learning on how to raise and Alpha child!" I said

"The only way a bond could form that fast is if they are related," was said from the flame Hero.

"It could be possible I really don't know anything about Tenko's family," I said.

"You don't about your son's family?" the person with wings asked.

"He is adopted. I found him when he was 5 behind the bar I sometime work. In the Kimono ward mind you; I think I was the first kind person in the boy's life. We just stuck together is all," I said.

"Is that legal?" the woman whom had been yelling at the hero asked

"Not really but you did say someone from the commission knew about you two," officer Mehsi said.

"Yes, Mr. Midoriya knows," "Hisashi Midoriya?" the guy with wings said I nodded.

"When was the last time you saw him?" he asked pulling out a phone.

"Just over a year ago, he came and told Tenko he was going on a business trip and would not be able to make the next two lesions," I told him I had a feeling something might have been wrong.

"Someone from the commission is on the way here. They want to talk to you, they said they would bring the files they had about your case," he said I could only nodded.

"May I ask why everyone is here?" the office asked.

"I am a patient here" The woman said the flame hissed out what had to be her name.

"Hush; Husband of mine. As I said I am a patient here I will not share my reasons. Somehow the hospitals stock of O blood is gone. The nurse that admitted the young girl has been my nurse before and remembered I have the same blood type. I have a pint to help her until they could find someone else with the same type," Rei said while her husband just shook his head. The man said he had just got a message about his wife from the hospital and rushed over.

"I came with him cause I am his inter for the week," the wing guy said

"I don't remember approving that," the hero said pulling out his phone

"Any way; I lost him by the time we reached the hospital I could tell I something was wrong and asked. I gave a pint of blood to seeing as I'm type O too. Will the kid need more I am sure we could get people to step up if asked right," he said.

"She will need at least two more pints," The doctor said

"But she wasn't hurt that badly," I said worried I had missed something cause it was clear that doctor had.

"She had internal injuries that bleed inside. It is pure luck we had a doctor on the floor with a healing quirk. While I would love to have Recovery girl help he it's not like we cannot call the woman up and ask he to pop over and heal the kid," The doctor said and for some reason the flame hero snorted and called someone else on his phone why his wife asked the wing guy if she could use his. I watched as the hero did in fact call Recovery girl up and ask her to pop over and heal the girl. I felt relieved when the he said he would be waiting for her down stairs.

"Toya Sweet nothing is wrong with me. I just need you to come over and help someone else out. The hospital is out of her blood type. I already gave some of mine, your father as no say in that. It is my body what do you mean you would have to ask the hero your interning with if you can come? Enji when did music school start doing hero internships?" Rei asked

"Shiketsu doesn't," "Yes is does I go there," the wing guy said

"It's a music school and not a hero one," The Hero said

"It's a hero school, there is one in the district I almost got signed up for it by mistake cause its name is nearly the same as the hero school," the wing guy said. The hero paled and said he needed to make some called. His wife just shook her head and mutter a pray that what every happened could be fixed. Recovery girl showed up not long after a boy whom spent all his time glaring at the flame Hero.

The healing hero snorted at the boy before using her walking stick the pull him down to her height and give him a kiss followed by a hand full of gummies. I was finally allowed into the room with the girl and Tenko; I wasn't too surprised when he growled at the hero.

"Tenko she is her to help, I know you know who she is and what she can do," I said

"I think we should have let you in here from the get go," I nurse said I just looked at her flatly. I may not have a second gender put Tenko did see me as family so would listen to me.

"He is my son; we may not be blood but we are family," I told her.

"That is all that matters at times young man," The healing hero said. I just nodded at her and thanked her for helping.

"We would like your permission to run some test to see if the children are related," the doctor asked I was about to tell him no when a man walked in telling him just that.

"Who are you? The girl is a Jane doe these test could prove whom she is," The doctor said.

"I am Hero Manitou from the Hero Commission. If that child is whom I think it she will be moved out of this hospital and to commission based one," he said; Tenko growled at him. The man gave the boy a look before saying we would be going with them. Two hours later I found myself telling what I knew about Mr. Midoriya. And when I was left alone with Tenko, the girl and a few doctors I prayed Sensei knew what he was doing. Because the I did not think what was happening now was part of any plain we had ever spoken about.

Once I was sure Tenko was asleep I slipped out of the hospital room the girl had been moved too. The wing guy whom I learned was a hero in training called Hawks was waiting outside the room.

"I am sure there are questions someone wants to ask me," I said he nodded at me and said to follow him. I repeated the story about Hisashi Midoriya that sensei had told me to tell them; why he thought they would by it was unclear. But I was grateful that they did, I would have to ask Sensei just how he got mine and Tenko's files in their system.

"Is there anything you can tell me?" I asked as I was lead back to the room.

"Not, much but to keep you and the children safe you all will have to stay here. We are going to ask for a list of things you two will need. People are being sent the Izuku. Oh I can tell you that; her name is Izuku Midoriya. She is Hisashi daughter; any way people are being sent to collect her things. As an omega she will feel safer with items from her nest while she heals," He said I nodded at that.

"If you would allow it I could pick up mine and Tenko's things. We are mostly still packed up from the move," I said

"I don't think you can leave; it's for your safety and all that," he said I sighed before opening a warp. It did not take me long to collect the suit case where were still living out of and a few items from Tenko's room; I did have to blink at the dog that greeted me when I warped into his room. It had made mess but in it defense we had left it alone for hours. It gave a few happy barks as is jumped though the warp. The hero wasted no time in his rush to pet it.

"That is what you meant," he said as I stood with the dog in his arms I only nodded at him. The dog gave a happy wiggle when we entered the room. I asked the hero to put him in the bath room for now till we got some thing for him.

"Shouldn't you already have things for your dog?" he asked as gave it a pet.

"Yes; but that implies I knew we had a dog," I told him; the young man just smiled at me before going to put the dog where I asked him too than wished me good luck and good night. I only sighed when was in the chair with my feet up. It had been a long day after all I need to relax so I can help with whatever came next. I also wanted to know if the test results where real or Sensei had them faked someway. I might owe the man my life but he put me in charge of raising and protecting Tenko.

"Madam I need you to calm down," I said for the third time in the last few hours; I neither was nor surprised when Mrs. Bakugou glared at me.

"Honey; the officer is just doing his job and he knows you have the right to be upset. But will that help anyone?" her husband asked; his wife looked at him than almost melted into him saying that it wouldn't.

"I am sorry; this is a lot to take in," she told me

"I can understand that but I need you to tell me what you know. So I can clear up what I know and just maybe find out how this all happened," I told them; they nodded before telling me. How they had to go out of town for work and had asked their family friend Inko to watch after their son so he did not have to miss the upcoming field trip. That part was said with a growl, how a few days into the trip their friend had called telling them it looked like their son was presenting. How she had asked them what they wanted done.

"We called our family doctor to see if we needed to do anything as there has never been anyone in our families with a second gender. He informed us to just let it happen and to bring him in on Monday. We set the appointment up and called Inko to let her know. We called a few times after that she told us he was fine!" the woman snapped, her husband just pulled her into a hug. He told her it was going to okay that Katsuki had gotten to the hospital in time. I did not have the heart to tell them it might not be okay as it was clear that their son had chosen more than once to use his quirk to willing hurt another child. A child the hero commission was now protecting and if that boy was like most he wanted to be a hero and that meant he had more than likely lost his chance of doing so long before he entered high school.

"What can you tell me about the Midoriya family?" I asked what they told me wasn't clearly matching up with what we had learned. I could tell they knew that too even without me saying anything. It could have been cause the woman they called friend and trusted their son to have almost let him die on her watch.

"What was she even doing while our son lay collapsed in her kitchen dying? And how did she miss what was going on with Izuku?" the woman asked

"We are still looking into that," I said when someone knocked on the door to the waiting room we were in. Mrs. Bakugou called for whoever it was to enter; I could tell she was pleased when it was the doctor but she did give my boss an odd look when he came in.

"Mr. and Mrs. Bakugou; you son did fine and should be a wake in a few hours. There were no computation; he will have to stay a few days a week at most but he will get better," the doctor said they both asked when could they see him.

"You cannot I am afraid," my boss said earning a glare from them both.

"And just why not?" Mr. Bakugou asked

"Because your son is under arrest, I will tell you his rights and inform him of them with you in the room once his doctor says he can clearly understand them," he told them; that set them off to yelling. Toskiseu waiting for them to stop on their own rather than trying to get them to quite down.

"If you are finished he said," before telling them of their son's rights and why he was being arrested.

"He wouldn't do that! Katsuki is a good boy and wants to be a hero! So he," my boss just tossed a picture on the table cutting off whatever she was going to say. I knew what it was over, they had taken pictures of the girl's wounds all of the old and they knew.

"I am going to be sick," she said before rushing over to the trash can in the room.

"How did we miss this? Did she know?" Mr. Bakugou asked

"To answer both of those questions at once. We are not sure and we will be finding out. I do hope you will be helpful in that," He said they could only nod in answer.

"Good just so you know someone from the Hero commission will be by later with a quirk collar for your son. They will also have questions for you?" my boss told them.

"Is that really necessary?" Mr. Bakugou asked

"They think it is and it was requested by the hospital staff once they knew what his quirk was. They have one on him right now but that one is only one of three the hospital keeps on hand for emegrcies. They cannot keep it on your son at all times. As it could be needed," he told him.

"Why are they even involved?" Mrs. Bakugou asked

"It has something to do with the girl's father and how he has been missing for some time," A woman said as she came into the room. She introduced herself as Sakura without giving her last name. She raised an eyebrow when Mrs. Bakugou snapped how that man had walked out on his wife and child when the girl was pronounced quirkless.

"And yet his work reported him missing almost a month before that even happened," Sakura said the two Bakugou's looked at each other. I could tell they were having one of those silent conversions married people had.

"Are you sure?" Mrs. Bakugou asked

"Yes, we need to know what you can remember from that time," the woman said as she pulled out a tape recorder. We told them what we knew; how he and Inko had been fighting more than normal. How she was worried about Izuku quirk. That she wanted to take her to a doctor but Hisashi said it wasn't necessary.

"Now that I think about it; it really wasn't I mean she was just 5 and it's not like a quirk to pop in on your birthday at the age. But Inko was really worried about it for some reason. Has she said anything?" Mrs. Bakugou asked.

"Not yet; she is waiting for a lawyer," Sakura said.

"Hello Mrs. Midoriya," I said entering the room with my client. She asked whom I was I told her my name and why I was here. She said that I wasn't the lawyer she had called. Did the woman really think her husband's lawyers would come and help her after she filed for divorce? She stated he left her when their child was disgnosed quirkless. Yet form what I knew the man had gone missing a month before.

And the child was clearly not quirkless, I would have to get her looked at maybe she had something wrong with her. I mean everyone knew only those with quirks could have a second gender. I spent an hour talking to the woman and knew I would have to push to get her examined. Something was clearly wrong with her. She did not seem to care she had left a very sick boy to play sex doll to a group of six men. We were able to talk for a half hour before the officers in charge of the case came into the room. I sat up a little when a man came in with a badge that marked him from the Hero Commission.

"What the hell are you doing here!" my client yelled I asked her to be quite and she glared at me.

"May I ask why someone from the commission is here?" I asked I learned her husband or ex-husband worked for them. When he had gone missing, it hadn't been his wife that reported him missing but his work and that was only because his daughter had showed up at his office worried becasue her father had not come home in some time. They read the charges against her and she out right said they were fake. And the Bakugou boy wasn't sick but presenting. Nor did she seem to care her child had been attacked. When I heard her say she would just have to teach that girl a lesson when she got a hold of her.

"Mrs. Midoriya I must inform you that I cannot repsent you if that is your belief," I said stand up. She snorted and told me to go she would be leaving soon anyway they had nothing on her. I nodded at her than walked out of the room.

"What has you so happy dear? The news makes you upset most of the time," Ju asked from where she sat with her knitting.

"I was asked to take on a client by the court a few months ago. I cannot tell you much but I did not end up representing her. It was just anounced today she was sentence to 25 years for her crimes," I told her at her confused look. I pulled up the news pages on the case and let her read them.

"Well at least everything turned out alright for the girl and she still has one parent to look out for her," she said as my office phone rang. I answered it and let the person talk; "I will have to turn down this case and I can tell no one from my firm will take the case," I said hanging up.

"You have been taking fewer cases lately," she said without looking up.

"I think I might retire soon; or take on some pro-bono work," I told her.

"Rummi is thanking of opening her own agency she would welcome the help," she said I nodded her and made a mental note to call our granddaughter.

"Is there any trouble with the upcoming students?" I asked the members of the board.

"There might be a few, there are three students that applied whom have marks on their record. One is in fact still on probation," Mrs. Rao said as she sipped her tea.

"Oh is it a recent action?" I asked

"No; he has been on it for years. There has been no trouble out of him but he was watch closely," she told me.

"What course did he apply to?" I asked

"Just the hero course; I think it would be best to turn him down as his victim has also applied to all courses of the school," she said

"Oh really! It has been age's sence that happened do you know the student's name?" I asked

"Izuku Midoriya; she has a duel quirk overhaul and blood copy. Odd her file has a lot blacked out," she said holding it out to me. I took it and read it over and smiled at it.

"Please inform Mr. Bakugou that he is welcome to apply to any course but the hero course due to the fact he is on probation. But in form him that he would be able to transfer in his last year here so long as he does not get in trouble while here. He seems to have learned from his mistakes and it is his last year on probation," I said she nodded at me before handing me the file of the other two students.

"Nero Minstro, quirk techs touch; he applied to the support course. He was somewhat involved in the same case young Bakugou. He has been off probation for a year, oh did you see this? He sent a note with his application. Telling us of what he did and would understand fully if we did not accept him," I said.

"It is the same with Heero Minstro, his quirk would make him a great hero but he states that he does not deserve to be one for what he did in the past," she said I asked what was the boy's quirk and if they were related.

"The boy can fire plasma blast from his hands," she said; I hummed and told her to give the boys the dates for the hero exam. The exam like all other times in the past was a crazy, the youngest Iida boy had the nerve to say I had made a mistake when Hizashi was explaining the exam. He then went on to call another examine out for talking to themselves. I hid a smile when someone else told him to shut up and let Present Mic finish speaking. That just maybe if he had done so in the first place he would have told everyone about the zero pointer. As it was clear to them the hero had not finished his presentation. The young man quickly reassured the boy Young Iida called out that he was not bothered by his talking and he was sitting just a few rolls behind him.

"What did you do you little rat?" Shota asked

"What makes you think I did anything? I asked him Vlad said I always did something. I just hummed and went to talk to All-Might.

"So are you hoping to find an successor in the examines?" I asked and almost choked on my tea when he said his was taking the exam.

"And your just telling me this now? How did you meet them?" I asked

"I saw her save a boy without the use of her quirk. She then went on to yell at the heroes on the scene for not thinking. When they said she could be arrested for illegal quirk use. She smiled at them saying she didn't but to feel free to do so she would call her father and the family lawyer," he told me.

"What is her name?" I asked

"Izuku Midoriya," he told me just as the exams started. I raised an eyebrow when Nero Minstro froze when he ran into another student. Whom said something to him how he was doing the exam changed after that. I could tell the boy hadn't really been trying but whatever she said made him try.

"I wonder what the girl said?" Nemuri said. I knew whom the girl was and I had made sure that all three of them would go though different gates.

"Did someone change students around?" I asked

"Yes, we had two from the same middle school at the same gate. It was a last second change. does anyone know why Endeavor's kid is taking the exam. I would have thought he would have come in on recommendation," Vlad said.

"I thought he was; I did not watch those exams didn't he have someone for them?" Hound dog asked

"The boy he recommend wasn't his son; but a young man whom is going to be in my class," Shota said. He and Vlad had already picked out the students from the recommend test for their classes.

"It's time," I said before going to push the button; I smiled when the students went running.

"We have a student down right in the path of the zero pointer," Thirteen said; I nodded that I heard her and was about to stop in when. Two examines went flying at the robot, Midoriya was carrying Minstro whom she tossed at it.

"Do we take points for that or give them?" Snipe asked

"All three of them will be getting hero points for this," I said pointing the screen where a boy with a long tail was moving the girl whom had been stuck out of the rubble.

"So how did it go?" Tenko asked as I came in; I kicked my shoes off than tossed myself on the giant poke ball plush chair. Telling him it was insane that we had to fight robots the size of small cars.

"I can tell something else is bothering you; your sent is all wrong." he said as he came to set next to me. I told him how I saw two of the boys that had been involved in my attack. One had stood up to another boy whom had been really rude while the exam proctor had been explain what we had to do.

"To you?" he asked with a soft grow. I was quick to tell him that while the Proctor had been explaining the rude boy had stood up said there was a mistake cause one of the robots was marks a being worth zero point. That robot just happened to be bigger than our house. He then went on to call out a kid for talking to himself. I was shocked when Chang stood up and told the rude boy off for both the teacher and the other student.

"What about the other boy?" He asked

"We were in the same exam area; I just ran into him and could tell he really didn't want to be there. But I told him I was happy he was trying to be a hero. I am not sure why but I told him that even worked with him to stop the zero pointer," I said

"If it wasn't worth any points why did you stop it?" Keigo asked as he came into the room with a tray of snacks.

"Oh; there was a girl stuck under some rubble. I wasn't sure if it could be stopped in time and so I picked him up a flew at it. I told him what I was going to do before tossing him at the robot. I knew he could stop it," I said

"I never really learned what happened to anyone besides her. I think I need to look into what happened to them all. So I am not too shocked if I run into them; I did speak to Minstro for a little while he was waiting for Chang. They both took the exam but said something must have been mixed up cause nether had applied to the hero course," I said

"Did you speak to him? Chang I mean?" Tenko asked I shook my head no; before telling them I wanted to go get a quick shower before dinner.

"Tenko told me about the exam and whom you meet," Dad said as I came into his office. I mumbled under my breath about him being a snitch. Dad only laughed before holding out a USB drive saying it had all the information I wanted on it. I gave him a quick hug before returning to my room as I waited for the files to load I could not help but think back to waking up in a hospital room after what happened that day. Back then I knew I would get in some much trouble when she found out what had happened. Tenko had started fussing when I had started crying and nearly bit one of the nurses whom had come to check on me. My world was truly rocked that day; most of my class had been arrested; including Bakugou, along with two of my teachers and to top it all off she had been arrested to. When I learned that I was worried cause that meant I had no one. That meant I would go into the system where no one would want me. Because no one wanted a quirkless child like me. I had been crying when a man I had not seen in nearly a year walked in ignoring the growling Tenko to hug me.

He told me it would be alright, he would watch over me until I no longer needed him too. Just as my father had asked him too. I would learn over the next few weeks that I wasn't quirkless nor did I smell I was in fact an Omega. It was explained to me that sometime quirks can be missed but they did ask how I was told about being quirkless. When I told them about doctor Tsubasa he gave the nurse an odd look for ordering her to do some blood work on me just in case. The news he told me next I could not tell if it was good or bad. It was good because it meant my daddy had not walked out on us after learning I was quirkless; but bad because he was missing and no one knew where he was. It was my actions of going to his work to ask after him that made them realize he was missing and not still on vacation and they more than likely would not have realized it for another week cause he had took three weeks off just to be with mom and me. He had told one of his co-workers he had a surprise for us wanted. It would take the hero commission two months before they found him.

He for some reason had been kidnapped by the same doctor whom my mother had taken me too. No one would never know why cause the crazy man had killed himself rather than go to jail. But the truly horrible news I learned was that man had used his grandson in some sort of experiment. A boy I had called friend whom didn't really care that I had been quirkless had been left in a coma that he had yet to wake from.

I took a breath before opening the file on the two boys I had encountered today and what I read pissing me off. Heero's parents had disowned him for what he did and all he really did was not stop the others. But thankfully the Minstro had taken him in. It seemed only one of the girls involved in my torment had turned her life around and was going to be a teacher. Some of the boys like the guy with the finger quirk had gotten arrested. While they rest seemed to be doing okay from the reports. I took a breath before I opened Bakugou's file. He would be in UA with me and possible Heero and Nero but he would be in the general studies classes. His file noted that he could move up to the hero course but only in his last year; I flopped back on my bed when I realized I more than likely would not have to deal with him.

"I still say you should go to my old school," Keigo said as he ate some chicken I gave him a look that said that was not happening.

"They are still dealing with the fall out of what Uncle Enji did to them. His son wasn't the only student at the wrong school. They willing let it happen more than once and covered up the injeryies from when it happened," I told; he whence at that.

"Don't be too hard on the feather head," Toya said as he stole a piece of his chicken.

"Why are you two even here? Don't you have your own apartments to go to?" I asked; I got a not really from Toya and I let me lease go from Keigo. They then told me they had been crashing at friends places' here and Toya's mom's house. Mostly at his mother's cause she was a really good cook.

"Midoriya can I speak to you a second?" Heero asked from were he ans Nero where standing. Nero patted him on his shoulder before slipping into the classroom I was heading into.

"Nero; told me how he ran into you when taking the exam. I was going to turn my place down but wanted to stay long enough to tell you in person I am sorry for what I did more so for what I didn't do," he said with a bow.

"You sent me a letter that stated all this years ago," I told him; he said that was true but apolojieze should always be given in person.

"Thank you and for what it is worth I am sorry for what happened to you too. It shouldn't have you out of everyone really didn't do anything to me," I said

"But I never stopped it from being done; I could have and should have," he said

"That might me true but we were kids none of us where older than ten. The ones that should have stopped it where the teachers. They were the ones to fail us; let's just pray UA is different. I am going to tell you what I told Nero I think you can be a great hero not because of your quirk but because of your actions," I told him before stepping into my class room. I nodded at Nero whom just nodded at me in return.

"How do you know him?" Shouto asked

"It is a long story; one for another day," I said as took a set on his desk.

"How dare you be so disrespectful," someone said from the other side of the room. I looked over to see what drama was unfolding. But found the rude boy from the exam making his way over and when he reached me. He started lecturing me on respecting the class that came before us. How I should not sit on the desk like I was.

"Shut the fuck up you dickwad," Shouta said I blinked at my cousin the boy sputtered at him a girl with long hair seemed to choke on air. The rude boy just started lecturing him; before I or Shouto could tell him to shut up our teacher came in. Saying we all took too long to notice him tossed us a few gym uniforms before telling us we had so long to meet him at training ground A.

2.Nana thought no one but her and the mid-wife knew about Inko; but AFO knew and has plans to track her down later in life. Mid-wife was left with placing Inko but sold her, the people whom bought her used her to make money. And when she got pregnant they turned her out on the streets. Where she had Kai; the woman whom helped Inko give birth took her son in. See notes 5.

3.He really isn't an evil guy just a guy from a time when having a quirk could mean your own parents tried to kill you. His didn't kill him but he did wake up one morning to find them gone; leaving him to care for his younger brother. He has lines he will not cross and won't allow his people to cross. He kills the ones that do without remorcy. Fight with All-Might happens when Tenko is 11 and Izuku is 5, that is reason Hisashi Midoriya does not come back. Not because his kid is quirkless. See notes 7 for more.

4.Still taken in to be used as a weapon against All-Might; but not to kill him like in cannon the doctor tries to put those plains into action. Mist guy is the one to step up and raise him after his boss gets hurt. He keeps Tenko away from the Doctor by moving them and only visting by portal when Sensei calls for them. Making him not as crazy, side note his second gender is alpha.

5.Kai is taken in by the woman whom helped Inko give birth to him and has a good life until she dies and her family kicks him out. Said it was his fault she got sick that he was trash and brought an illness that cause her dead. That is how he learns the woman he called and thought was his mother wasn't. His was some whore that didn't want him and left him in the trash. Their mother had found him and took pity on him and she got her killed. Not as cannon but close, will learn of his little sister and that his birth mom was only 14 when she had him. And willing gave him up so he could have a better life. That his adopted mom left him everything and his so call siblings had been cut out of the will years ago. Has a great aunt in Recovery girl whom had been looking for him

6. Izuku is not quirkless; but doctor has his own plans and knows Inko is the child of a past holder of OFA. Does not know Hisashi Midoriya is AFO. Doctor thinks Izuku could hold more than one quirk. Plains to get the child but AFO is injured in fight putting a stop to his plains. Izuku is mistreated by everyone cause she 'quirkless' and fakes being an Omega. Izuku's quirk is overhaul like his mom had and a mutation of AFO/OFA. If Izuku is willing given blood she can gain a copy of the persons quirk. Due to her mistreatment she ends up hurt and in the care of Tenko and the mist guy. A male Omega is rare but not unheard. It is the Omega whom is in charge not the Alpha. There are laws in place to protect those with second gender and like a quirk reg there is one for second genders. Having a second gender does not mean your parents had one.
