Request Chapter
Decided to make a dedicated chapter for submitting requests/ideas! So that if you ever get an idea or want a request you can come back here and throw it at me.
As I’ve said in a previous not chapter.. There's no guarantee I'll write it but if there's a character you want to see or idea you want to throw at me I always read comments! I might not reply to them or “accept” them but that’s due to privacy of the requester and not wanting to give potential spoilers for any future chapters added~ So if you want to chat more in depth on an idea the best bet is Discord or twitter. (I usually struggle to take a tiny idea and expand it so help is always welcome!)
If for some reason you really like one of the chapters, with enough interest I'd be down to write a part two/three etc. So be sure to comment and show you want more and I’ll see what I can do! If for some reason you have requests/ideas for something not related to Heated feel free to contact me! I’ve kind of given up using tumblr to write on/get requests from, but I’m still open to the possibility of requests.
I am just one person so I can only write so fast and still take breaks to avoid burning out, but I will try my best to get through requests and my own ideas.
Since most of you aren’t familiar with my writing from tumblr I figured I’d throw some helpful stuff at you so you feel more comfortable in writing your request.
What I will write
- I’ll write SFW or NSFW, just note that I’m absolutely horrible at writing smut and it takes quite a bit longer for me to struggle through. But I usually get through writing it..
- I love AU’s so I’m always down for a good AU!
- I’m more than happy to write poly stuff!
- Despite not being great at writing smut, I’m pretty OK with kinks. I absolutely don’t judge but there’s just some kinks I can’t/won’t write.. And some that I don’t understand enough to write for them.. Always ask if you want to know if I’ll write it, or just let me know if it’s ok to skip the kink if I can’t write it when making a request.
What I won’t write
- Cheating, It makes me incredibly uncomfortable and I won’t do anything cheating wise.. I will write misunderstandings with a good ending, but never flat out cheating.
- Major death, I don’t like sad shit.. Angst with a good end is fine but I don’t have the heart to hurt myself or other readers like that..
- Combat, I literally don’t know how people do it so props.. I just avoid over combat related scenes..
- Heavy gore, every now and then I’ll indulge but I can’t imagine heavy gore to be a request being brought up during the Heated series..
I don’t know what social media people use anymore but Discord and Twitter are the best bets for me, if there’s any other social media then feel free to ask. My writing twitter is private to avoid the obvious bullshit that exists on twitter, I don’t like twitter but it’s a very easy platform to just post an idea or ask a question etc. It’s also just a nice easy way to give people a heads up on a new chapter or what ship/idea I’ve started on etc. I can’t do so on discord but I’m not against answering questions if you ever want to know if a new Heated chapter is in the works or whatever. I have a doc of current wip’s and planned chapters/stories (not just for Heated), so feel free to ask for that to keep updated on everything.
