Chapter 5
Akihiko takes his folder with his class roster, he walks to his first class, Hero Course 1-A. He takes a deep breath before opening the door, Akihiko walks up to the teachers’ stand.
“Alright! I’m Akihiko Inazuma, I will be your new teacher. We will be studying Positive Quirk Usage!” Akihiko smiles, “Now does anyone have questions?”
A boy with glasses lifted his hand up, “My name is Tenya Iida, How would this course affect us? What do we expect in this class?”
“Thank you for your question Iida! Well this course may make you realize your quirk also has other aspects that can help in other problems. Quirks that the user may deem their’s useless can see ways they could still help with problems. During this class you will learn about types of quirks, you will answer questions, tests quirk related.” Akihiko explains, he looks out to the class.
”Woah! That sounds fun!” The girl with pink hair, Mina Ashido. Akihiko grins, “I’ll try to make things as fun as I can” He clasp his hands together.
“Any other questions??” A green boy raised his hands, “M-my name is Midoriya Izuku, W-what you quirk?” Akihiko beamed, “Glad that you asked—“ He presses his fingers onto the black board, “—My quirk is...“ He let’s go of his fingers “...electricity absorption!” Lightning sparked onto his fingers once he let go.
“I can absorb any electricity and use it, I find a pool of electricity like the lights up there! And absorb it.” Midoriya nods, before writing in his notebook. “You quirk is similar to Denki’s!!” Akihiko nods, ‘We are the same people..’ he sweat drops internally.
The whole class period was spent on asking questions, “Alright the bell is about to ring! I’ll see you all on Friday!” The bell ringed, Akihiko waves at everyone. Akihiko leaves the classroom, heading back to the teacher lounge.
Kasuke slightly smiles when he sees a certain blonde skipping down the halls. He crept up to him, “Hey there blonde.” Akihiko jumps up, he glares at Kasuke, “Not Funny!” Kasuke chuckles, “But it’s so cute when you get so scared” Akihiko flushes with a pink hue, he looks down his bangs covering his face. He quickly speed walk, Kasuke let’s out a laugh. Akihiko quickly sped to the teacher lounge, he didn’t realize the door was closed, so he slammed into the door. Akihiko winces, he touches his forehead. Kasuke covered his mouth, trying to restrain the laugher climbing up. He opens the door, “Here now you can run through” Akihiko huffs and walks through. Kasuke chuckles and walks to his desk.
Kasuke looks through his roster, he pauses when he sees his old name. ‘So I have myself as my first class.’
He stops at the General Studies classroom door. He opens the door, the talking stopped talking. “Are you a sub? Where’s Cementoss-sensei?” Asked a student. Kasuke walks up to the board, “Kasuke Shin,I will be you new teacher,you’ll see me on Mondays and Fridays. We will be learning non-quirk defense.” Kasuke said bluntly.
Whispers filled the classroom, “Excuse sir, but why are we learning defense if we’re not front the hero course? We just the plain old General Studies.” A brown haired girl asked.
“Class 1-A had been attacked by villains, they of course, they have fighting experience. But General Studies not so much, there is a possibility that your class may be attacked as well. So that’s why I’m here.”
The brown haired girl nods, Kasuke looks at the class, he pauses when he sees a certain someone looking out the window. ‘Always had your eyes on the goal..’
“Alright anyone have any other questions?” Kasuke asked, several hands raised up. He answered their questions each. “What is your quirk?” Kasuke tenses, “Well, It’s something for you to find out and for me to know” he said, the student nods.
“Kasuuu!!” Akihiko yells out, running to him, holding two boxes. Kasuke looks up from his phone, “What-“ A bento box was shoved into his chest. “I made you lunch!” Akihiko said, he start rambling about random things. He stops when a hand touches his head. “Thank You Babe” Akihiko looks up to see Kasuke smiling. Akihiko blushes he looked away, “Don’t smile l-like that...you going to make me fall i-in love with you..” He covers his face with his jacket.
Kasuke’s cheeks dusted with pink. He pulled the blonde’s arm, making Akihiko’s body to lean in. He wrapped his arm around the blonde’s waist, pulling him close. Kasuke pressed his lips onto Akihiko’s lips. Akihiko’s eyes widens, he closes his eyes, kissing back. Akihiko wraps his arms around Kasuke’s neck, pulling him deeper into the kiss. They broke apart, gasping for air.
“We..haven’t done that in a while” Akihiko said slightly panting, cheeks slightly flushed. Kasuke nods, “Let’s go eat the lunch you made“ Akihiko smiles and nods.
Lunch was spent under the tree, laughing and eating without a care in the world.
“Alright now that all your questions are all answered. “Go change and meet me outside.” Kasuke instructed, walking out. ‘Who has a free period...’ He walks into the teacher lounge, it was an empty room. Kasuke sighs. ‘I’ll just have to fight with someone in the class, hoping to fight Akihiko...’ he turns land walks out to the field.
”Alright, now that we’re outside, I’ll have someone spar with me without any quirk.” Kasuke was about to explain more. “Isn’t that Inazuma Sensei!!” Everyone looked out to the gate. Kasuke looks as well to see Akihiko looking at them like a deer caught in highlights. He had smiles awkwardly with his juice box hanging from his mouth. Akihiko takes out his juice box from his mouth, “Hi...?” Students started to walk towards the gate and chatted with Akihiko. Kasuke walks forward, Akihiko brightens. “Hey Kasu! This is your class period!” Kasuke nods, smiling slightly. “I have a favor—“ Akihiko looked surprised, “—Can we have a demonstration.” Kasuke explains. Akihiko grins, “Sure! I don’t mind! It’s been awhile since we’ve spared with each other.”
Kasuke turns to the class, “Change of plans, We’ll show you what’s its like to fight with a quirk. Inazuma here with help me.” Akihiko climbs the gate, leaping down, “Yo! You’ll have me for the second time of the day!” He grins.
Akihiko stretches his arms and legs, “Oh hey! Can I use my weapon?” Akihiko asked Kasuke. “Sure, I suppose I could use mine...” Students stares at them astonished, ‘they have weapons!’
Akihiko grins, he takes out knuckle braces out. “Alright let’s start!” The students stayed at the side, Midoriya had (Took out Magically) his notebook out. Bakugo stands there slouched with a bored expression.
“No quirk, ready?” Said Kasuke from the opposite side of Akihiko. He nods putting a thumbs up. “Go!” Akihiko’s smile stayed on but his eyes became sharp. Kasuke’s eyes had a dangerous glint. He places his right foot back, he lifts his left arm up, like he knew what the other would do. Akihiko runs quickly at Kasuke, looking like he was going to punch him.
He jumped up, twirling making a round kick, Kasuke lifts his arm to quickly block, wincing as his forearm made connection with the kick. He quickly grabbed the leg and turned around, Justine the momentum to slam him into the ground. Akihiko lands on his feet, unstable he pushes off flipping one more time, landing on his feet stable.
Kasuke, this time made a move first. He lands a punch on the side of his stomach, they exchanged punches. Akihiko mid-punch to Kasuke’s face was stopped when he wrapped his arm about the blonde’s arm. Kasuke pushes him down, making Akihiko gasp in surprise. He recovered quickly and lifted his leg kicking him, disconnecting the arm chain Kasuke made.
The students watched in awe as they both exchanged. “Woah! This is so cool!” Sero exclaimed.
Akihiko was able to land a punch straight onto Kasuke’s nose, while Kasuke landed a hard hit up his chin. Akihiko backs away, holding his chin. Kasuke quickly walks up to him, before Akihiko could run. He did an axle kick, knocking Akihiko down.
Akihiko slams onto the ground, coughing, Kasuke quickly pins him down, restraining his arm, pressing his knee onto his back. “You give up?” Akihiko lifts his head smirking, “I’m not going to give up yet.....Daddy~”
Kasuke flushes, not noticing he weakened his hold. Akihiko twists his body, getting out of the pin. He sighs in relief, Kasuke snaps out of his daze when he noticed Akihiko moving. He tried to make his grip firmer, but the blonde was able to slip out.
Akihiko wipes the sweat building on his face, as he got up. Akihiko grips onto his knuckle brace, he aims for forward in a head-in attack.
Kasuke noticed him heading towards him. He grabbed the blonde’s right arm, pulling it down. Akihiko smirks, he wraps his left arm around the others neck. Bringing him down with him. He pressed his arm harder around Kasuke’s neck. “O-okay, y-you win this r-round” Kasuke said patting Akihiko’s shoulder, trying to get more air through his lungs. Akihiko let go of his grip, he sat up, breathing heavily. “I won....T-that means 23-36...” he said smiling. Kasuke stares up at the figure above him. Mesmerized by the bright smile and those shining yellow eyes.
“That was so manly!! I can’t wait to learn these moves!!” exclaimed a red head, Kirishima Ejirou. Akihiko waves his hands, “I’m not that good, Kasuke is more skilled!” Laughing the pain beginning to grow more in his chest. “But that also means you’re better using quirks, also can you get off of me?” Kasuke said still on the floor with Akihiko on top. Akihiko blushes and scrambles off of him, “S-Sorry Kasuke! I forgot was still on top of you!”
“It’s fine..” He says getting up, cheeks slight dusted with pink. “The demonstration taken longer than expected, but most of the moves I used will be taught, you all may change and head to the next class. I’ll see you on Friday.” “Yes Shin-Sensei!!” The students said in unison. Slowly walking off to the changing rooms in groups.
Akihiko and Kasuke stood next to each other. Akihiko shuffles around, “So. About what you said during the demonstration—“ Akihiko exploded with redness, if you looked closely you could see steaming coming out of his ears. “—would you mind explaining??” Kasuke said smirking, “I-uh...” The blonde started to stutter trying to make an excuse. Kasuke laughs, “You don’t know how much I wanted to kiss you...” He whispers titling Akihiko’s chin. His breath hitches as Kasuke leans closer to him. Their nose touching each other, Akihiko stares deep into the purple eyes. Akihiko closes his eyes, heart pounding. He felt something warm on his forehead before it felt.
He peaks to see Kasuke smirking, he touches his forehead. “Well see ya after school” Kasuke said walking off. Akihiko blinks cluelessly, “E-eh?”
“W-wait! Kasuke—“ Akihiko started, running towards the door, he paused and winces. He grips his side. ‘Kasu just had to kick where my wound was at’ the remaining energy seemed zapped out of Akihiko. He sluggishly walked back into the school building.
“Why are we at the police station? We don’t have any missions assigned do we??” Akihiko questioned to Kasuke. As they walked together to the front door.
“Boss man has found something that may be important.” Kasuke said opening the door, Akihiko raised an eyebrow, “Don’t look at me, I don’t know either.” Kasuke said, walking into the hallway behind the hallway. Akihiko quickly intertwines his hand into the other, “I wonder what it’s going to be then!” Akihiko said excitedly giving out ideas Kasuke would cut down.
Kasuke opens the door, “Yo Boss Man.” Mr. Tsukauchi looked up from his desk, he smiles, “Hello there, as the message had said I have something that you may want to have” he opens a cabinet below the desk. Akihiko and Kasuke sitting on the seat. Kasuke relaxed at slouched, Akihiko on the edge of the seat excited.
Mr. Tsukauchi takes out a clear ziplock bag, he placed it on the table. Kasuke sits up quickly, Akihiko just stares at it with eyes wide.
“I was able to get back your...past? or I suppose future belongings. I think you should keep them as you two had nothing from back home.” Explains Mr. Tsukauchi. Akihiko nods, “T-thank you..” he said weakly. Kasuke reaches out to the bag...
....placing it onto the table. Akihiko stares at it again, Kasuke opens the bag. He pours out the items onto the table. A bracelet, two wallets and, a flash drive” Akihiko reaches out to his wallet quickly, he opens it quickly. He takes out a small photo, tears fell, his shoulder shaking as he tried to stop his tears. ‘I miss them. I want to see them again’ He looks at the happy smiles of his friends. Kasuke rubs circles on his back.
“I—m-miss them...” Akihiko said hiccuping. “I know...” Kasuke whispers. Akihiko looks at the bracelet, it had 4 beads with a small metal plate. 4 beads, orange, red, pink, black. The metal place was engraved with ‘GZ Agency’
Akihiko wraps himself around Kasuke, crying on his chest. Kasuke wraps his arms around the crying blonde, whispering comforting things. Not soon after the blonde had fallen asleep within the other’s arms. Kasuke smiles sadly at the sleeping blonde. He carefully carries him to the bedroom.
Kasuke walks out, he spots the flash drive. He takes it, He looks at the TV, he plugs the flash drive into the TV. Kasuke turns on the TV, “What is this...” he clicks the only thing shown. At first there were only random pictures of cats or friends before a video started.
Shuffling and footsteps was heard, “Is this on?” a voice said. The camera was lifted up, showing a green haired boy squinting at the camera. “U-Um alright!! This is a video of us preparing for Shinso’s 26th birthday!!” Izuku shows the room where there were other class 1-A members working on things. “I’m using his phone right now! I’m not sure when he’ll find this video b-but yeah!” Izuku said laughing, he showed others working on banners, cake and others. “O-oh there’s Denki!” Denki was shown doing his hair, he looked at the camera and grinned, “Yo! I’m getting dressed up for my date with Toshi Toshi!”
Kasuke’s eyes widened, “w-why is this video here...” he looks at the flash drive’s case, in little letters, ‘photos and videos of Class 1-A!!’
