Well, this is awkward.
They both stood there for a second before Shouto immediately had a fighting position.
"Woah woah woah calm down! I don't exactly want to fight here i'll just grab the other poster and be on my way and...." Hawks closed his mouth as the youngest Todoroki cut him off.
"What business do you have here and what are you guys planning, you never come around just for a missing poster and i'm the only person that does it and i'm not afraid to hurt you." Shouto finished off as he started making an ice pole.
"I can't reveal that information sorry! Now if you'll excuse me it was nice to meet you but i'll see you in the future maybe?" Hawks said as he gave a quick smile as he started to get ready to fly, but his wings didn't flap or lift up.
Hawks looked at his wings only to realize what happened. Shouto had froze his wings and he couldn't get away.
"You aren't leaving until you tell me why you are trying to take my poster." Shouto said as he gave a harsh glare to Hawks.
"I didn't wanna have to fight, but if that's what it is so be it. I'm getting this poster no matter what, you have to stop this now." Hawks said as he shook his wings to atleast remove some of the icicles, he still couldn't fly since now his wings were damp and the rest of the ice has to melt off.

Shouto read the poster and just as he finished Hawks ripped the poster from his grasp as the paper became two pieces instead of one.
"I'll be departing now! I'll see you around kido!" Hawks gave Shouto a quick smile but his eyes were filled with determination and he wasn't giving up as he flapped his wings making sure they were dry before he soared away with one half of the paper.
"Shit..they're catching on to me, I have to work fast before it's too late." Shouto said as he looked down to the now half of the paper.
