Ex-Wives
Chloe, Nathaniel, Alix, Juleka, Adrien, and Marinette stood at the front of the classroom, their heads were bowed, the 'SIX the Musical' logo was projected on the board, and everyone but Alya smiled with anticipation. Finally, the music began, Chloe spoke, her head rose
"Divorced." She formed a heart with her hands before splitting it in half
Then Nathaniel, "Beheaded.", he slid his finger across his neck
Then Alix, "Died." She drooped her head
Juleka, "Divorced.", she mimicked Chloe's actions
Adrien, "Beheaded." he mimicked Nathaniel
Then finally, Marinette, "Survived.", she raises her fist in the air
Chloe continued, "And tonight we are...!"
Everyone leaned in when the melody stopped... Then the six of them belted out, "LIVE!"
Chloe strutted forwards, "Listen up, let me tell you a story!"
Nathaniel aligned himself with Chloe, "A story that you think you've heard before!" He finished with a hair flip
Alix made her way over, "We know you know our names and our fame and our faces!"
"Know all about the glories," Juleka pointed to herself, "And the disgraces.", she sent Nathaniel a look
"I'm done 'cause all this time! I've been just one word in a stupid rhyme!" Adrien put his hand over his chest in an 'I'm hurt," fashion
"So I picked up a pen and a microphone!" Marinette held her hand out to the audience
"History's about to get overthrown!"
They mimic their actions from the beginning of the song, "Divorced," "Beheaded," "Died," "Divorced," "Beheaded, "Survived."
"But just for you tonight. We're divorced, beheaded LIVE!" They each did perfectly in-sync crouch poses, eliciting cheers from their classmates
They slowly rose back up, "Welcome to the show, to the historemix! Switching up the flow, as we add the prefix! Everybody knows that we used to be six wives!" They raised their hands to the air, "Raising up the roof till we hit the ceiling! Get ready for the truth, The ones wearing jackets wrapped them tighter around their frames, "that we'll be revealing! Everybody knows that we used to be six wives...! but now we're ex-wives!"
"All you ever hear and read about!"
"Is our ex and the way it ended!"
"But a pair doesn't beat a royal flush!"
"You're gonna find out how we got unfriended!"
"Tonight we gonna do ourselves justice! 'Cause we're taking you to court!"
"Every Tudor Rose has its thorns! And you're gonna hear 'em live!... In consort."
They once again mimic their actions from the beginning, but a little faster, "Divorced," "Beheaded," "Died," "Divorced," "Beheaded," "Survived!"
"But just for you tonight." They sent their classmates winks, "We're divorced, beheaded, LIVE!"

They whispered, "Divorced."
Chloe made her way over to her desk, "My name is Catherine Of Aragon, was married 24 years, I'm a paragon of royalty." She slid her delicate fingers under Sabrina's chin, making the red-haired girl blush, "My loyalty is to the Vatican so if you try to dump me." She spoke in a more hushed voice, "You won't try that again."
"Beheaded."
Nathaniel sauntered up the stairs, "I'm that Boleyn girl, and I'm up next, see I broke England from the Church. Yeah, I'm that sexy!", he stopped by his and Marc's desk, "Why did I lose my head?" He took Marc's hand in his, "Well, my sleeves may be green, but my lipstick's red!" then he kissed it
"Died."
Alix crossed her arms, "Jane Seymour, the only one he truly loved."
The others frowned, "Rude."
"When my son was newly born, I died. But I'm not what I seem, or am I? Stick around and you'll Suddenly see more..."
"Divorced."
Juleka spoke in a very authentic German accent, "Ich bin Anna of Cleves." She made her way up the stairs and stopped in the middle
"Ja."
She moved her bangs to the side, pulled out her phone, and took a selfie, "When he saw my portrait he was like..."
"Jaa."
Juleka smirked when she saw Rose looking down at her phone and blushing, "But I didn't look as good as I did in my pic. Funny how we all discuss that but never Henry's little..."
Adrien quickly interrupted, "Prick up your ears, I'm the Katherine who lost her head!"
"Beheaded."
"For my promiscuity outside of wed...! Lock up your husbands!", He sent Alya a look and pointed to Nino, "Lock up your sons! K Howard is here, and the fun's begun!"
"Survived."
Marinette stood in the middle of the front of the room, head bowed and hair now loose. Everyone wondered when she took out her ribbons, "Five down, I'm the final wife. I saw him to the end of his life." She slowly lifted up her head, and her demeanor radiated power and confidence, "I'm the survivor, Catherine Parr! I bet you wanna know how I got this far! I said I bet you wanna know how we got this far!"
The others made their way over to her, "Do you wanna know how we got this far? Then welcome to the show, to the historemix! Switching up the flow as we add the prefix! Everybody knows that we used to be six wives!" They raised their fists in the air, "Get your hands up, get this party buzzing! You want a queen Bee? "Well, there's half a dozen! Everybody knows that we used to be six wives...! But now we're ex-wives!"
They finished the verse with a perfectly in-sync dance number, and all Alya could think was, 'Did they plan this?'. Once the dance break ended, they finished with a group pose and continued the song, "One, two, three, four, five...! SIX!"
