Halloween
"I don't know why I agreed to this."
Peter held back a laugh, stroking the fake Mrs Norris in his arms, "You love the film."
"I should've been Riff Raff", Marlene grumbled.
Sirius laughed, spotting Marlene, "What in Merlin's name are you wearing?"
Marlene glanced over to him, spotting the extravagant but old fashioned robes and long white beard, "Dumbledore? Very original."
Sirius leaned against Remus' bed, folding his arms, "Well at least I'm not half naked just to get a girl's attention."
Marlene glared at him, "It's not for anyone. Me and the girls are going as Rocky Horror."
"And you chose the one who wears the least amount of clothing?"
Mary ran into the dorm room, "Meadowes is downstairs."
Marlene's eyes widened, giving herself a once over in the mirror before rushing downstairs.
"Hey", she tried to casually lean against the stairwell, Dorcas staring right at her.
Dorcas took a moment to reply, "Hi."
"I like your costume", Marlene nodded, gesturing to the skeleton onesie Dorcas was in.
"Uh- yeah. I like yours too", She spluttered out, to Marlene's satisfaction.
"So who's your Frank N Furter?"
Marlene pointed over to Lily, who was in the middle of helping James clear up a spilled drink, pink gloves coming in handy.
Dorcas frowned, "Oh, so you're here together or?"
"Ah no", Marlene grinned, "It's more of a group costume. Mary and Em are Magenta and Columbia. Although Em's never actually seen the film so I'm not sure why she-"
"Do you wanna dance?"
Marlene grabbed Dorcas' hand, "Absolutely."
