Hi, this is aly.
Sorry for the long wait, and sorry for disappointing you but I am discontinuing this story because its been too long since I've written another chapter of this, and I had already moved on to stan other groups and lost interest with writing this story with the same characters, so I'll just tell you the summary of the ending I planned with this (one that I remember)
Oh, and I'd be adding another announcement at the end :)
So, where have we stopped? Ah, yes.
Soyeon, carrying the confidence and bravery she has now that she feels like she has nothing to lose, forms another team to end the apocalypse her city is facing once and for all; everyone who is still alive at this point joins them.
They suffer a few more casualties along the way (Jiu getting killed by Wooseok, Wooseok killed by Minnie), and soon they reach the boss level at the top floor (I forgot the name I set for him, so let's just call him Hades.)
Here, Hades offers Soyeon a chance to play the hero: everyone gets to leave without dying, except for Soyeon who had to stay behind, so of course Soyeon stays and the others are herded out.
There, Hades tells of his story while the building they're in are slowly caving in: he is Soyeon's childhood friend, and he had been too sick to continue living after the age of ten, so his father experimented on him, keeping him alive with various drugs until they formulated a drug that could bring him back to life when he dies, but he wasn't the same after that.
With tests, it was then determined that there is a certain toxin in Hades' blood that turns people into zombies, so the medical center in the story formulated it into a strong drug to use a few years later, where Hades orders Zeus Corporation to release it in Seoul out of his anger at humanity, but he never forget Soyeon, which is why he made sure that she would not die no matter what.
With that, Hades has one wish; a kiss, which Soyeon obliges, but the kiss turns Soyeon into a zombie and therefore infects Hades completely, to which after the building collapsed, it is unknown if they survived or not.
The other characters live, and Yoona's blood is determined to be the antidote to the virus, healing Soojin completely and vaccinating mankind against the apocalypse that killed off almost all of Seoul.
So that's the ending... what's next?
I am currently in the middle of working on a reboot of this whole plot with new characters and new plot, different from what had transpired in this story, but still the same theme: zombies, and still keeping its name.
(I hope I don't ghost this, though... spent a lot of time with the character names, that's for sure.)
