Servamp
Remember that one part where Hugh calls Lawless broken or something like that? Well this is based off of that.
After his time with Ophelia plus a few other traumas I wanna add (my own original ideas), Lawless is truly broken by the world, and he loses his faith.
This is when he begins killing his Eves in boredom. His siblings don’t know what to do, and they are shocked to hear of his actions. Lawless just doesn’t care anymore, he feels absolutely empty.
His siblings are sorrowful because they don’t know how to help, and they also lose hope for him.
Then, Lawless meets Licht.
Lawless becomes Hyde.
Hyde slowly begins to mend, his admiration for Licht slowly healing his cracked parts. They aren’t exactly repaired, but they are soothed and buttered. He plans on killing Licht at the start of their contract, but as time goes on, he truly begins to regain hope, and he doesn’t know if he wants to kill Licht anymore.
When his siblings find out about Licht, they are sure that the pianist is just a little from death’s door, but seeing Hyde’s genuine admiration and awe for him, they begin to slowly hope that he will get better.
Unlike his previous Eves, though Licht sees him as trash or evil, he does not treat him cruelly, and he is strong enough to protect himself. Hyde has high hopes for Licht, and he despairs when his tag is broken in the fight with Tsubaki. Licht doesn’t let that deter him, though, because although he hates to admit, Lawless has grown on him, and he cannot let the hedgehog Servamp go. He creates a new dog tag, with the name Hyde carved into it, and gifts it to Lawless.
Lawless becomes Hyde again.
When Licht discovers Hyde’s past, and his history with previous Eves, he is furious. He swears to never be like them, not only because he is an angel and above that, but also because despite the whole “vampires being demons thing”, Hyde doesn’t deserve that. He doesn’t deserve all the pain he’s had to go through, and Licht swears to be better than all those Eves who have done nothing to deserve Hyde’s loyalty or services. He also swears to be stronger, so he does not die similar to Ophelia, because it will leave Hyde lonely again, and he is not sure what will happen to the Servamp if Licht dies of anything other than old age. He wants to be better than all the other Eves Hyde has had, if only to help the Servamp.
Hyde’s broken pieces began to smooth. Instead of sharp glass they are now smooth rocks, because although they will never go away they hurt less than they used to.
This is a small thing I thought of based on that small bit but I thought I would love it if I saw it in a story :0
Servamp is a bit of a small fandom though so maybe I'll write it myself (although I'm a little lazy)
