“Yes, we start dating on Wednesday. Any objections on that day shall be forced to break a bone.”

Zunko and her sisters looked around the room with caution. While the hotel has been desolated with people for years, evil spirits could still be wandering around.

After skimming through Nemu’s paper, Sora nearly blanched before sighing and typing away at her laptop. “You should be glad that I agreed to be your editor.”

Yuecheng screeched at whatever Tianyi was showing him because no, he didn’t want to touch it, it looked gross, it looked slimy-

With a heavy sigh, Piko decided that yes, he was an unlucky being to exist for such a fate.

Moke sighed in boredom as he watched everyone else study post-test. For him, it was unnecessary to study when he already knew everything.

Yukari’s eyes narrowed before she dashed forward, swinging her claymore wildly. There was nothing she could do now except fight for those she loved, even if it killed her.

As soon as he opened the door, Gakupo froze at the sight before him. The entire living room looked as if it were a garbage dump!

Miku winced, Neru’s reproach towards them was quite visible. That still wouldn't stop her from trying to be friends however.

At the beginning of every month, Oliver’s bandages had to be replaced and only Al was capable of doing so.

“Zip your mouth!” Merli snapped angrily to which Kyo scowled but kept his mouth shut.

Can 

“Hey, can you do the can-can?” Una had asked Kanon once. 

The older girl blinked then slowly asked, “Can… can I do the what?”

“The can-can.” The child smiled brightly. “Can you do it?”

Kanon could not in fact do the can-can.

Surprised

When Moke had left to finally become a Vocaloid, surprise was not enough to describe Lui’s happiness whenever he came back to visit him.

When she noticed the baton was gone from her hand, Rana winced when she heard someone behind her let out a pained yelp.

“Oh my gosh, that’s so high!” Komachi squealed in both fright and excitement as Arsloid laughed from behind her as he continued pushing her on the swing.

Looking across the wide terrain, Lapis decided that yes, this would be the perfect place to start a garden.

Piko couldn’t help but feel resentment towards the Kagamine’s who had ruined his chances of being noticed.

ChuChu gave a loud groan of annoyance as she scrubbed angrily at her hair, the smell didn’t seem like it would be coming out anytime soon.

“What was that?” Clara yelled loudly as she continued pushing coal into the train’s smokestack, the rumbling wheels and the combined sound of the wind rushing loud against both of their ears..

“Wait, what?” Ling practically squawked as she stared at the person in shock. Were they seriously asking for her band to play at their restaurant?

Kaori hobbled over awkwardly as she attempted to cross the living room before Amy stood up to help her friend.

So many years, incidents, and dramas had passed by and overtime, Miku forget if she was acting everyday or truly being herself.

“No, no, you gotta, like, suck on it.” Una instructed Rana, the poor girl looking confused with the straw in her mouth. Off to the side, Petit facepalmed and groaned.

“You see, we’re doing this to help protect the ecosystem.” Akikoloid smiled when Mikoto asked when the redhead said she was helping with planning a fundraiser.

“That has to be the best one-man show nya’ve seen in a while,” complimented SeeU from where and Uni stood on the sidewalk at the finished performance.”

“What are you doing?” Moke asked as he peered over Xin’s shoulder to where the girl was typing rapidly away at her laptop.

Looking back at the blue-haired boy, she smiled brightly. “I’m trying to become a novelist now~.”

“So a fanfiction writer.” He said jokingly to which the purple-haired girl whined in embarrassment.

“Welcome to second grade, class.” Kiyoteru smiled warmly at his new students. “Let’s make this a good year.”

Looking down at the Earth, the sun goddess sighed tiredly. Humanity bored her greatly.

“No, no!” Ring screamed as she tried running only for a large chain to latch itself around her wrists and yank her back, her screams and pleads of pain and fear echoing in the dark corridor.

The noise eventually stopped.

Back-to-back 

Anon and Kanon stood back-to-back with one another as the surrounding mob of incoming zombies closed in. Eyeing one another, the twins both gave a subtle nod and they both rushed forwards, brandishing their weapons in their hands.

“Do you need me to send in backup?” The little earpiece buzzed in a little with the question. 

After quickly scanning the corridor, Yuuma shook his head despite the fact that he was talking to an earpiece. “Nah, I got this.” He whispered, before reloading his gun and sneaking forward.

Restoring 

From the clouds, IA sighed and shook her head sadly to her younger sister. There was little to no hope in restoring humanity.

Drooping 

Tianyi’s eyes widened and she felt her wings drooping as she stared in horror at the sight before her. “No…”

Fragrance 

Her nose scrunched and quickly, Chika closed the perfume bottle. What a horrible fragrance! Whoever wore it must smell horrible now.

Cursiously, Cyman peered over the blonde’s shoulder to what she was typing away at her laptop and lowering his sunglasses in confusion. “What is that?” He asked.

“My life biography.” Cyva answered immediately, not looking away as she continued typing.

Blossom

Just because he was currently hurting doesn’t mean he couldn’t help his child blossom into a beautiful rose.

Doorway 

“Yo, you two have to kiss!” Lily called from where she sat in the living room, smirking slightly at the embarrassed couple under the doorway where mistletoe hung. Sitting next to her was Kokone, who giggled mischievously at her succeeding plan.

Irony 

‘It is funny, truthfully,’ Mizki thought to herself as she walked down the walls of the castle. ‘The ones who are given more freedom keep themselves trapped indoors. And vice versa.’ The irony struck her. 

Progression 

Being where she was right now has been a difficult journey, but that progression hasn’t stopped yet. This was only the start.

Ecstatic 

Out of all her sisters, Haiyi was the most ecstatic when they arrived at the beach.

Stuck 

“Sora?” Shouta called from where he sat at the living room table.

The blonde approached him and bent over, a patient expression on her face. “Yes Shouta? Are you stuck on this question?”

“Yeah…”

“Here,” Sora said, pulling up the closest chair and sitting next to the boy. “Now, you need to…”

Cleansing 

Letting out a gasp as she resubmerged from the water, Lumi broke into a small smile. Swimming always felt cleansing for her soul.

Illumination 

Out of instinct, Yuzuru raised his arms to shield his eyes from the suddenness of the bright illumination Akari brought into the room simply with her presence.

Liar 

He was a liar for not telling his friend the truth. But it was better for them this way.

Found 

Even when they were right in front of each other, they had finally found each other.

Building 

Ryuto stared at his fallen Lego brick building with upcoming despair. Hurriedly, Gumi rushed over to help her younger brother repair it.

“You’re too generous.” Merli murmured as she cradled the bouquet of flower that Sora had given her. “Damn it… I love you…”

“Why do we need this again?” Kiritan asked as she followed her older sister.

“Because it’s vital for what we need in cooking.” Itako chirped happily, tempted to start skipping but refrained herself too.

“I don’t know what that means.” The younger girl blankly stated.

Increase

“If we increase the amount of sugar, it’ll be even sweeter.” Nana instructed as she continued mixing her bowl.

Comforting 

‘There’s something comforting about the sound of rain,’ Lapis idly thought one day as she stared out the other window.

Preferable

Chris looked at the options before him. None of them seemed preferable in the slightest. 

Grateful 

“I guess…” Lola eyed the other with the corner of her eye. She smiled a little. “That I’m just grateful to have you by my side as cheesy as that sounds.”
