10yl Tsunayoshi learned of Takemichi’s existence and decided to take him to the Namimori base just in case Byakuran may get his hands on him (and also because of other reasons that will be revealed later).
Even with his flames sealed, Takemichi is still able to see the future (and more), but it’s damaging his body and making his condition worse as the years pass by.
Takemichi asked some favors from Tsunayoshi on his deathbed, which the latter agreed to.
When 14 years old Tsuna came to the future, those favors were granted, with the help of Yuni, the sky arcobaleno, and Giotto, Vongola Primo.
