London bridge is falling down
The air was tense when I saw the light come back on revealing Alex with a bow in an aiming position but the arrow was gone. Okumi's stomach was covered in a velvety liquid that looked like blood, she had a shocked expression on her face.
My mind went blank because of the shock and scariness of the situation. Alex looked dead inside, he couldn’t care less for the body lying beneath him punctuated with her own arrow now his operation is safe
“Huh I killed someone” Alex thought and muttered out loud carelessly to himself as a smirk was growing on his face. He loved the glory of bringing someone to their ends or knees, others be sad,mad but it’s just a “bonus” to my vengeance meanwhile Arlene was terrified at the appearance of the scene before her hes I-insane, he’s just like the devil but worse I thought petrified as I started running to a bookcase far at the end of the room and picking up a book, he heard footsteps and became agitated since he shouldn’t be caught like this drenched in blood, so he went to his lab to change clothes.
When he appeared behind me I jumped, therefore not knowing when he was there, he had on a green ragged hoodie with a cat hood halfway zipped up, and a black skull shirt with holes on the left shoulder.his black hair was loosely tied behind his head with the rest laying down his neck to his shoulders. His bangs looked disheveled covering bits of his eyes. He Has gray baggy pants with a black belt and chains, and brown doc martens.
“ I didn’t notice you standing there uhm why are you here” I ask startled because it looked like he appeared out of nowhere
“ no reason but I just wanted to ask you something real quick” Alex asked sounding annoyed and looking at me like I was a pest, because he thought that I heard everything.
Arlene answered sure, sounding reluctant because the energy was tense.
“Did you hear yelling, a disturbance ect or see a particular spot be dark” Alex asked while eyeing me closely following putting his hands in his pockets
She just lied saying “ yeah I thought I heard yelling but I was too engrossed in my book to hear what they were saying”
Alex’s suspension dropped but a small part of his mind thought I was lying so he just walked away angrily not saying a word to me before he left. That was close, I need to be more careful next time he almost caught me. An announcement came on saying that it was time to head to dorms for bed and that lateness will not be tolerated.

As I walked into my dorm I saw Jade reading a romance book on top of her bed bunk, so I decided to tease her about it with the fight earlier because why not.
“ Ooh someone has a crush tehe” Arlene accused her in a teasing voice
She snapped back and said why would I tell you of all people. I gasped dramatically and fell onto by bed “I feel hurt how dare you” I said pretending to be sad so I could get into her head a little
She looked a little hurt, in order to hide it since she didn’t want to make Arlene sad she rolled over. “ Is someone being emotional?” They playfully asked but they felt bad immediately so they crawled next to her. Did I do something wrong? She just pushed me back,got up and started walking to the door when she called out concerned
“Wait, I didn't do anything wrong, right? Why are you walking away” she pleaded while reaching out her hand as if that’s going to magically change something shit that turned out wrong
“ oh you think you did nothing wrong, let me ask you something, did you ever think about my feelings with your last remarks ?” Jade hissed back at me with a heartless look mixed with callousness while smiling
She shivered at the look in Jade's eyes and the sudden coldness in the air flow, like a heartless monster who had no care for others replaced the normal jade. She knew her next answer could break the relationship between them without a bridge to repair it, depending on how she answered it.
“ obviously what do you think I’d say no-“ she responded accidentally adding the last part but realizing her mistake too soon before covering her mouth
They just scoffed “ all you ever do is cause misery, you never think about the feelings of others and never give people space, I don’t want to see you again or talk to you. Your voice is annoying and you shouldn’t have been born” she said walking out afterwards yelling for her to not follow her and slamming the door. She flinched at the slam, making a waterfall of tears fall down her cheeks, she then punched the wall thinking that she was the cause of every misfortune feeling sorrowful because of the circumstance causing a piercing cry to come out of her mouth I fucked up again liek I always do, everything is my fault maybe everyone would be better if I was dead maybe Jade would… be better without me as she thought that all possibilities of experiencing any kind of positive emotions were cut off, all she could feel was numbness or loneliness.
The liveliness drained out of her face, body even as she was having those thoughts the door slammed open to reveal two guards restraining jade. She looked like she was holding back some emotions but deep inside I could tell she was seething at the edges like a Karen seeing a manger at a Walmart. She caught a glimpse of me but instead of facing me she jerked her head to the side and her hands were clenched in fists. There were fresh cuts with a velvety looking liquid flowing out of the cuts from her legs, face and arms. The guards pushed her down harshly leading in her falling down, and making a pitiful whimper
“ that's what you get rascal for attacking Alex, they should stop letting in monsters like you and your getting a roommate so act nice” the guard said with a gruff voice “ I don’t think monsters can tho hmp” he grumbled after walking out of our cell
Jade had chains around her wrists and neck covering her choker while chaining her to the bed her cardigan was falling off with holes in it, blood splattered everywhere revealing her crop top. Her bracelets were gone along with her garter belts. She went to her bed and flopped down on it
Arlene examined her wounds silently, she looked like several knives cut across her legs,arms and face cut deeply across them multiple times recently, her hands were shaky too and eyes swollen as if she was punched in the face repeatedly, staring at the ceiling with her cold, unforgiving eyes as if she was reminiscing the moments prior, Her hair laid sprawled out over the bed like lava flowing from a volcano. She went over next to jade on the floor on her knees while pulling out a few cotton swabs,alcohol and bandages.
I started to apply the alcohol on the cotton swab, dabbing it on the cuts to disinfect the wound because there is a small part that still cares about her. Jade's face scrunched up in pain and hissed while peeking at me through piercing eyes that were cold as stone.
“ Your gaze can be so.. cruel sometimes” Arlene mumbled taken aback “ it looks like your cuts might heal in the next two weeks as for your face it will probably take 3 weeks for that to heal so in total 5 to 4 weeks for it all to completely heal” she stated while looking like she was sure she was right before applying bandages across her arms,legs and face.
Jade looked like she wanted to say something but held back so she took the chance to ask her something.
“What.. happened, why did you attack Alex?” She questioned her because she thought the situation was peculiar.
“Me and Alex had a deal, if I unlock your true potential and keep tabs on you then he will help me become a champion and… possibly escape so I can get another life on earth if I allowed him to experiment on me and since I didn’t do the first part he just made my anger worse by yelling at me so I took my anger out at him” Jade said awkwardly while curling her hair and picking at her clothes .
As soon as she said that, the door swung open to reveal a tall woman with a curved jaw and thick eyebrows. She had light brown with a natural blush that glowed along with a healed slash going up her face. Her teeth were pointy like a vampire's fangs at the ends with bandages along her nose with a plump lip. She had round eyes that were a shade of mauve accompanied by short eyelashes applied with pointed eyeliner. Her soft looking hair was yale blue turning into a grayish blue at the edges in a wavy half up half down style with side swept bangs opposite to each other covering her pointy ears. She had on a tan , smooth and baggy sweater with a pic of waves with foam at the top in a black box, and underneath a black sleeveless turtleneck under a black leather spiked collar with leggings and no shoes. She also had white quartz earrings and clear circle classes. Her backs had black and red wings and a black tail that had spikes on it and on the top.
“Heya new people” they said while giggling with eyes closed
Fuck I have to spend the rest of my days with a demon for crist’s sake, this is turture fuck j have to spend the rest of my days with a demon for fucks sake, this is going to be tuture Arlene thought grumbly with a sour face
The guards pushed her in roughly without a second thought, closing the door quickly and running away loudly it seems she’s one not to be messed with as fit for a demon
She landed with a thud but quickly shook it off, standing up and greeting us politely.
