Fem Naruto as superman adopted sister.

The basis for the story: After the fourth hokage seal the kyuubi into his only daughter something strange happen. A portal open up and suck the new jinchuriki into who know where. Meanwhile in the Kent farm a blonde bady girl with strange whiskers mark suddenly appear in their front yard. Jonathan and Martha Kent both thinking that Clark could use a little sister decided to adopt the girl and name her Naruko.
Rule for the story (though the only one you really need to follow are 1-4 the rest you can choose to follow them or not):
1) Naruko have no powers whatsoever and dosen’t know how to use/unlock her chakra so basically she a normal civilian with a giant demon fox seal inside her. Though Naruko does know martial arts and a few other hand to hand combat and is very good at them all going as far as to go toe to toe with batman so I wouldn’t exactly call Naruko ‘normal’ but she ain’t a power house either.
2) Naruko is aware that Clark is superman but pretend not to know about it finding it funny that Clark seem to think that wearing glasses is enough to hide one identity and is extremely confuse at how nobody seen to notice that her brother is superman.
3) Clark is super overprotected of Naruko.
4) Naruko is a clueless lesbian.
5) The nine trails is still trying to get out and because it it bought the attention of magic user like dr. fate and Zatanna.
6) Even though naruko big brother is superman and she know some superhero without power she is not interested in being one and is instead more interested in running a martial arts dojo and teaching others.
7) Naruko end up getting kidnap because of her connection to superman and a few other heroes but however every time that happen it always end with the villain turning his/her self in and changing their ways.
8) Naruko is extremely dense when it come to the massive fanclub that she apparently had no idea that even exist and even more so about all the men and women vying for her attention.
9) When it came to anything not dealing with romance Naruko is actually pretty smart figuring out the secret identity of a few heroes.
Possible love interests for Naruko (I let you decide if you want to make it a harem or not with the max number being 6 not including naruko herself): Kara Zor-Ki, Livewire, Lena Luthor, Zatanna, fem brainiac or fem brainiac 5, a clone of herself (not a shadow clone obviously) or an alternate timeline/future version of herself, fem Kurama, Hawkgirl, power girl, Saturn girl, Faora Hu-Ui Maxima, Lena Luthor, Luma Lynai, Cat Grant, Divine, Thara Ak-Var, Chloe Sullivan, Encantadora, Linda Danvers, Satan girl, Saturn Queen, Alura, Black Canary, Wonder Woman, Poison Ivy, Harley Quinn, batgirl, Silver Banshee, Faora.
Extra ideas/stoylines/notes:
1) If you don't like the name Naruko for fem Naruko then you can change it to Naru or Narumi or something.
2) The akatsuki somehow figure out how to travel between world and also know which world Naruko is at and go there kidnap her and take the nine trails from her.
3) Kurama somehow escape Naruko body by putting his soul into a clone of her with all of his power. Naruko survive thank from help from Zatanna. Kurama was about to kill Naruko but then the justice league show and knowing that she stand no chance against them did the smart thing pretend to be talk-no-jutsu by Naruko. 5 days later she actually did got talk-no-jutsu by Naruko.
4) Naruko somehow travel back in time 20 years before krypton destruction and end up creating alternate timeline in which krypton didn’t explode because she convince/talk-no-jutsu the council into believing that krypton will explode if they keep doing what they doing. Luckily for Naruko she was still about to get back to her timeline thank to the help of Jor-El but when was going to leave and return home Alura decided to tag along for some reason and with Naruko not knowing who mother she is decided to bring her alone.
5) Batman curious to see if Naruko talk-no-jutsu could work on the Joker decide to take her to arkham and let her talk to him for about an hour or 2. It didn’t work but on the brightside Naruko did talk-no-jutsu a few of his enemy so it was a total waste of time. Downside is the Joker want to kill Naruko because help Harley realize that the Joker is a dick and therefore dump him. Good thing Naruko was wearing glasses and want with a different name.
6) Naruko somehow find herself in a alternate timeline of her original home dimension/world in which she never left but was betrayed by konoha. Sensing the sadness within her alternate self Naruko decide to take her to her world.
7) Naruko end up teaching a few of her students from her dojo how to be hero by accident.
8) The justice league (except superman) all decide to take naurko to the prison of there respective town and have her talk to some of their worst villain and hope that they turn over a new leaf. While making sure that she is completely safe and hiding her of course.
9) Naruko talk-no-jutsu is put to the test when a dark multiverse version of herself show up and try to reverse talk-no-jutsu the justice league and turn them evil.
10) The villains that has been talk-no-jutsu by Naruko end up forming a superhero team.
