Chapter 8
When Emu woke up, there were bright, colourful lights everywhere. She wasn’t sure where she was, or how long had passed, but she was definitely not in the lab. “I see you have woken up Emu.” said the purple man she had seen enter the lab, however many days ago it had been.
“Where am I?” muttered Emu, rubbing her eyes in hope that they would adjust to the colourful lights.
“You are in Wonderland Sekai.” The girl looked confused, and opened her mouth to speak, but Rui continued talking, “Tsukasa and I decided that you have lived on earth long enough, and after the death of Nene, despite taking billions of years to agree, I managed to convince Tsukasa to let both you and Nene in.”
“But Nene died? Like many years ago? How will she get here?” But before Rui could respond, Nene quite literally appeared out of thin air and squished all the oxygen out of her lungs. In Emu’s eyes, everything was perfect.
The four of them (piss boy, purple highlighter, Emu and Nene) decided to start a band called Wonderland Showtime and make music and stuff. Rui would make robots a lot of robots and release them all around the Sekai to cause chaos just for the funsies. Any time Emu spoke, you could hear, wherever you were. Nene would listen to Emu talk for hours because she enjoyed the sound of her voice, and Tsukasa would work part time as the sun because his hair was bright enough to do so.
