They had played a couple more rounds but then Regulus had to do his lessons with Scabior and the other Fanglings again and Remus and Moony...well they had a question they needed answered.

Moony was just kind of...hanging around Fenrir as he cleaned, waiting to be noticed.

But it's better to be safe about it, I'd much rather have that embarassing moment now and use it to learn a bit so we can be safe
Fenrir looked up to make eye contact with an awkward Moony that looked like he regretted standing there. Fenrir was confused, and a little concerned. He flipped his rag onto his shoulder and crossed his arms.
“Is everything okay, Moony?”
"Uh- yeah-" He almost choked on his spit. Gods this was pathetic...
"I uh- We kind of need to ask you something..." Moony just knew that Snatcher would laugh at them, he didn't need Fenrir to react badly.
"Uhm-" Maybe it was best to just straight up ask. At least ir would be out
"How do you...how can you be safe when you...uh...sleep with someone?" He said quietly and a bit too quick, but he was sure Fenrir had understood regardless.
Fenrir blinked. Once. Twice.
“What?”
"...I'm not going to repeat myself this is embarassing enough as it is" he grumbled, crossing his arms a bit, avoiding eye contact.
Fenrir tried his best to not laugh, but he was definitely smiling. “Sorry kid, I thought you two were already sleeping together. I would say to start slow and see what you both like first, and work from there. I really don’t see how I could help with the protection part though because…well….we don’t have the same anatomy. Scabior and I… Yeah.”
Fenrir cleared his throat, “Yeah uh, ask Marlene or Dorcas I suppose on the protection part.”
Moony almost facepalmed. How had he forgotten that?
"Yeah...Yeah that might help...thanks anyways" he mumbled and left, either to go die in a hole and never come out or find Dorcas, which ever would be first.
Remus...Did he just say he thought we already fucked?

Once Regulus, Scabior, Marlene, and Sirius were done with their training for the day, Regulus had asked Scabior to stay behind in his office. Sirius and Marlene had looked back with the slightest bit of concern but Regulus just waved them off.
They had gotten a lot done today, Regulus broke some jars with his snakes. It was awesome. He was trying to distract himself from the thoughts he’d been having.
“Scabior…erm… I wanted to ask you something. It’s a bit personal?”
Scabior turned around, nodding. "You seemed a bit distracted today, I was questioning what was going through your mind. Of course, go ahead, ask me"
Regulus shifted from foot to foot, “Actually, can you turn back around?”
Once Scabior did that he spoke again, “I’ve been having these thoughts…and I’m going to talk to Remus and Moony about it but I was wondering….”
He paused.
“How would I safely possibly, maybe, sleep with them?”
Scabior was obviously take by surprise on that. "You- what- oh. oh okay. I didn't think I'd have to have that conversation but I am glad you trust me enough to ask..."
"Well all I can tell you is to take it slow, both of you, and don't...don't have any expectations, not from what you might have read or heard. It'll be different anyways."
He sighed "Have you considered asking Marlene? She might be able to help you a bit better with that, as much as I would like to help"
Regulus wanted to sink into the floor, “Yeah, you’re right. Thank you for letting me ask and trying to help.”
He retained the little bit of information Scabior told him and ran out to find Marlene, but she and Sirius were waiting up the hallway already.
“Hello?” Regulus questioned. “I thought you two had left.”
"Heard my name so I stopped" Marlene shrugged "You good?"
“You were eavesdropping, weren’t you?” He asked with a glare. “but yeah, I’m fine. I need to talk to you, actually.”
"No, I wasn't, I genuinely heard nothing I swear" Marlene said. "But sure, what's going on?" she gestured for Sirius to leave, what he did, reluctantly.
“IwannahavesexwithRemus.” Regulus blurted, “and I need to know how to. Without hurting either of us.”
Marlene raised an eyebrow and chuckled.
"That's- interesting. And totally valid. I'm glad you're putting a little thought into it" She explained a bit about the different things they could use, making sure to keep it simple.
"But really...it's most important to be comfortable with each other. Don't try to push further than either of you is comfortable to go."

Maybe fate was cruel like that, but on the way to his room, Moony spotted Dorcas, sitting on the stairs, probably waiting for Marlene. Alright, fuck this.
It couldn't possibly get worse and her wolf, Violet, was at least surprisingly nice. So who ever he was about to talk to, it wouldn't be a total disaster. He decided to sit down next to her. "Hey...you good?"
Violet looked up, “Yeah, just waiting for Marlene. How about you?” she asked with a sweet smile.
"Well...you know how you said I could come to you with anything? Does that also go for...relationship stuff? More...personal stuff?" He asked, hesitantly.
Violet tilted her head like a lost puppy, “Of course it does. You’re my brother, ask me anything.”
"Uh...okay so...I talked to Fenrir he told me to ask you or Marlene...uhm...how would I...if Regulus and I were to...you know...sleep with each other...how would we safely do that?" He asked, a little embarrassed.
Violet widened her eyes and smiled, “You two are there now? That’s great! Honestly, I thought you already would be considering you’re mated and all.”
“You should be safe when it comes to being pregnant, I think? So if you’re worried about catching something you could use gloves, but really I don’t think there’s much you need to worry about. There’s also these things that can prevent skin to skin contact if you go anything with your mouths, but I don’t have any on me.”
“Really you just need to listen to each other and your bodies, do it at your own pace. Did that help at all?”
Moony was much more relaxed from Violet's positive reaction and he actually smiled. "It did, I appreciate that a lot, you were much more helpful, actually" he chuckled a little, nudging her shoulder with his head as a sign of affection.
Violet rubbed his head aggressively, “Anytime. I’m here.”
"They aren't back from training yet, are they?" Moony asked. "I don't like it...it takes so much time away" It was two hours at best, but still, it was time they could have spent doing something else
