Core Solaris - Elliott & Percy
Elliott was angry. He was more than angry. He was seething.
His friends had always sworn that he had to have at least a little bit of fire elf in him.
Ohh, but Indira had nothing on him.
Elliott felt his cheeks burn; his vision go blurry.
His hands crackled, a danger to not only the people around him but to himself as well.
He clenched his fists tight enough to squelch the growing energy in his palm.
His breath shuddered abnormally, mouth panting out fog into the chilling air.
“Elliott, wait!” Percy called from behind him, rushing to keep up.
“I.. I can’t… I..” Elliott’s voice hung heavy with determination.
“Elliott, you can’t. You’re just gonna destroy yourself.”
Elliott’s memories shot him back seven years. Bringing the excruciating pain of loosing his vision in his right eye.
His movements stopped and he fell onto Percy.
“Sorry.” He fell unconscious.
