Little! Kyle CG! Stan
Kyle had always regressed involuntarily at the worst times. He had never thought that he would regress in front of his best friend, Stan one day.
It was a warm summer afternoon, the sun was shining brightly, casting light upon South Park. During this lovely afternoon, Stan and Kyle were hanging out at Stan's house, having the time of their lives! Stan's parents and sister were out that night too, leaving the boys to cause as much chaos as their hearts desired. Currently, they were sitting on the floor of the living room, playing Uno; and Stan noticed something was a bit off about his best friend.
"Draw four!" Stan said, placing down a red 'Draw four' card, which was counter-acted with a green 'draw four' card from Kyle, who had a stupid smirk on his face, but a odd glint in his eyes. One Stan didn't recognise despite knowing the curly haired boy almost his entire life.
"Nah, draw eight." Kyle grinned stupidly, Stan would sigh in response and of course, abide the rules of the game and draw eight cards, he wasn't about to back down from Uno just cause Kyle was being weird. If something was going on, Kyle would tell him!
After a while of playing, both the boys got bored, and Kyle was being sorta fidgety, Stan simply assumed that it was because he was tired, But he knew that wasn't likely the case. At this point it was starting to become nightfall, the sun was no longer visible in the sky, now just a faint glow beyond the trees. Kyle was cleaning up all the Uno cards, while Stan was making them some popcorn in the kitchen.
Kyle had finished putting away the cards, and looking around the room to make sure it was as clean as it was before. "hmm..." He hummed, and with a soft, inaudible sigh, sat down on the couch. There was an ache in the back of his head, not quite painful, but something forcing him to be unable to think right; forcing him to be regressed. Now usually Kyle wouldn't mind being regressed, its calming, fun, and just therapeutic. But in front of his best friend? Now that was something he dreaded. What if Stan judged him? What if he thought it was gross and weird? While those things were severely unlikely for the raven haired boy, Kyle still worried about what Stan would think if he ever found out.
The next few hours were spent watching horror movies and eating popcorn. And eventually Kyle gave up on trying to hold himself back. The worst thing that could possibly happen is Stan thinks its weird; but Stan wouldn't dump their ENTIRE friendship over one thing, Right?
Stan almost immediately noticed the innocence in Kyle's eyes, the almost childlike tone in his voice, and the fidgeting. And shockingly? He didn't judge! He immediately noticed it was regression without being told, and did he handle it well? Well he'd say so himself!
"Hey lil' dude" Stan waved at him a bit, which earned a pause, a slow blink, and a look of confusion from the red haired boy. His little mind was racing at over one hundred miles a minute, racing with doubt, confusion, and fear. Stan would pat his head a bit, holding back the chuckle that formed in his throat.
"You're regressed, right? Like- you aren't in your normal brain?" Stan asked, he didn't really understand it, but he'd gladly take care of Kyle when he was like this, and he'd do it with a smile on his face. Kyle would nod quickly, avoiding eye contact and fidgeting a bunch.
"Do you want me to take care of you? We can watch like- Disney movies together instead of horror movies if that makes you feel better." Stan suggested, giving Kyle a soft, curious smile.
"Y-yeah..." Kyle stuttered out, he was trying to make himself sound bigger than he actually was, but he wasn't doing it very good. Stan noticed, but decided not to pry. He picked up the remote and turned on Disney Plus, letting Kyle pick the movie they watched; Kyle picked Frozen, and Stan had a feeling he'd be watching princess movies all night. Usually he'd be annoyed by this, but it was Kyle! You can't be mad at him for too long, especially when he's regressed. So he wasn't annoyed at all, he found it endearing, if anything.
That night was spent filled with giggles, princess songs, and a whole lot of spilled popcorn everywhere. But it ended with Kyle tuckered out on the couch, peacefully sleeping. Stan felt proud he'd done so good to make Kyle comfortable. And he'd do it again and again if he had to.
And from that day on, if Kyle was regressed, Stan knew what to do. Kyle knew a good most places weren't safe to regress. But with Stan? If Stan was there, he was safe.
