Shopping trip 1
3 years later, Grimmauld 12
"I know that you three are excited for tomorrows trip, but you need to sleep." Arcturus said as he looked at the three of them reading in the living room despite being way later than their bedtime.
"Where are we going anyway? You only said 'not Diagon'." Harry asked as he put down his book.
"Will you lot go to sleep if I tell you?" He asked tiredly.
His question was met with three nods, and he once again cursed the day he let them anywhere near Nymphadora. Because all three of them became trublemakers just like her. True, they still haven't reached her level, but they were annoying nonetheless.
"The isles is one of the more isolated magical community of the world, despite portkeys and apparation." He started."This is mainly because the backwards laws of the ministry and the Dark Lords and Ladies that somehow always pop-up in here once every century.
And before you lot say anything, the family wanted to preserve our culture and not the discrimination that came with the old laws. Anyway. You also know that the ICW exist. Now then, where do you think the headquarters of an organization absolutely independent of every other nation in the world would be?" At the shake of their head he continued.
"The answers is: nowhere. Building it on the land belonging to any country would make it seem as if they are favouring said country. So as a solution they made their own 'land'. Which is in fact a rather large island halfway between the american and european continent. Now go to bed."
They did so without a fuss.
Next day, living room
"Everyone is touching it, right?" Grandpa asked just to be safe and at our nods he activated the portkey and off we were.
Within seconds we landed on a padded platform, which was needed as evident by the four of us and Siri falling. Although Siri took down Remi and Lucy with him,
"The kids are all well and good, this is their first time using a portkey. But why can't you stay upright?" Papa asked as he helped us up and cleaned out clothes.
"I tripped." Siri answered with a glare.
"On what? Your IQ?" Remi retorted with a smirk. Which earned him a dramatic gasp.
"Let's go and stand aside. Lest someone portkeys on top of us." Grandpa ended the arguement before it could began."Now then, first stop is Gringotts. Then me and Narcissa will go with the kids to get their school supplies. You three better not cause any trouble while we do that."He glared at Siri, Remi and Lucy during that part.
"We then will reconvene at the Jasmine Dragon at half past twelve. If you are late then you won't eat by the way. After lunch we are going to the menagerie to choose their pets and the final stop is the wandmaker. After that it's free time until six when we meet in front of the Jasmine Dragon and eat dinner. And finally: our portkey is scheduled at ten past ten, so keep that in mind." He explained the plans for today. Again.
I don't know why, he already explained it at least a dozen or so time at home. Ok, that is not true, I know why. Mainly because Siri is an idiot always forgets it.
While granpa was speaking, me and the others were looking around. This place was very different compared to the cramped and somewhat dirty Diagon. For one it was very clean and the streets were paved with stone instead of them being simply the ground and nothing above it. The next most noticeable thing was that the shops were both bigger and brigther than any shop in Diagon ever was.
Then there was the fact that there was actually more than one street filled with shops. Or that the shops themselves looked even more luxurious than anything we have ever seen, or that there were street performers all around doing this or that. And the sheer crowd of magicals present and not just wizardkind. Like, I have seen three centaurs within the last thirty seconds, which is something you would never see in Diagon.
Although our sightseeing was cut short all too soon as we arrived in front of the Gringotts. And once inside we split up. Me with grandpa, Harry with Siri and Remi, Dray with his parents and then Dora with hers.
After a round of pleasantries with a goblin we were led to the office of the family account manager. Although don't ask me where it is relative the ground floor. We went through too many twists, turns and elevators for me to remember it. I only know it is some twenty floor underground, if the elevators only went down one floor each. Which I doubt as some of the rides lasted longer than the others.
Then finally we reached out destination and entered. Said office was neat and tidy everywhere except the desk which was covered in mountains of documents and different kinds of seals, quills, bowls, bottles and reagents. Other than that the office was pretty barebones. Beige walls with a few weapons hanging here and there, and a few drawers along the walls. Along with two couches with a low table between them and two chairs in front of the desk.
"May you gold overflow, Master Goldring." Grandpa greeted him.
"May your enemies tremble before you." I followed his example, although a little more mutedly.
"May yours do so too, Lord and Heiress Black." Goldring greeted back with a two finger salute, as common among goblins."An inheritance test and magic power test, right?" He asked as he prepared two bowls, two sheet of parchment and a few different reagents.
"Yes, but that may change." Papa answered as we sat down.
"Three drops of blood." The goblin instructed me as he pushed a bowl of purple potion in front of me.
I just took out my dagger, that I got from Bella for my birthday, and nicked my index finger with it. And by the time my finger stopped bleeding it changed from purple to gold. Then poured onto the already prepared parchment, on which soon words began to form. Ten seconds later it finally settled and was readable.

Well, that's new. The Black, Slytherin and Gaunt Lordships were expected to go to me, as the only living family member, but the Le Fay is a huge surprise. A welcome one, but I have no idea why do I have it.
"Congratulations, Heiress Black." Goldring said genuinely.
"Thank you." I answered simply as papa was thinking while looking at the parchment.
"I did hope for that particular Lordship, as you fulfill all conditions I know of, but to think you really got it." He finally said with a smile and ruffled my hair, which he knows I hate.
"What conditions are those? If you don't mind sharing." Goldring asked with a curious expression.
"Well, first of all the Heir needs to be a witch. Then she also need to be a direct descendant, have a dark core and huge amounts of magic. And, strangest of all, meeting their soulmate before their eleventh birthday. But lets do the magic power test first and then talk more about this." He said.
We did so and another half a minute later that was done too.
Magic Power Test
Magical Core Type:
Extremely Dark: Dark and Grey magic is considerably easier to learn and perform than Light magic.
Inherited Magical Abilities:
Mage Sight: The ability to see magic.
Parseltongue: The ability to communicate with snakes and snake-like magical creatures.
Family Magics:
Slytherin Family: Shedding: By 'shedding' your skin you will regenerate any damage you suffered.
Le Fay Family: Evocation: The ability to summon creatures from the other side of the Veils.
Black Family: Metamorphmagi: The ability to completely change your physical appearance at will.
Gaunt Family: Lithomancy: The ability to divine the future by casting gems.
"I am not sure if I am disgusted by that ability or impressed." I said with a frown after I finished reading it.
"Looks like the family magic was the thing that won you the title. But, that aside. Please, bring us her rings." He said to Goldring, who nodded and clapped.
After said clap four boxes appeared on his desk, and he opened them with a snap of his fingers. Inside them laid four wastly different rings, but all of them were brimming with magic.
"As per tradition the first and most important of your rings goes to the middle finger on your right, the next in rank to the ring finger, the thrid onto the index and the fourth is either to the thumb or the middle finger on your left." Papa reminded me once more.
I just nodded and reached for the Slytherin ring. It was a fairly simple one. It was a wide band ring made entirely out of emerald and with a coiling snake carved into its front as a centerpiece. When I put it on I felt its magic magic wash over me. Said magic felt like a snake slithering just above your skin, a pleasant but somewhat creepy feeling. Within seconds the magic settled and the ring resized itself to fit me perfectly.
Next was the Le Fay ring. It looked like a few thorn vines twisted around each other with two raven wings encasing a ruby as a centerpiece. Although it should be noted that the vines were made of sapphires and the wings of onyx. What? I grew up with more jewelry that I would know what to do with, and Cissy insisted that I learned how to identify gemstones at a glance. Anyway. The rings magic was remarkably similar to that of the Black family magic, just more powerful and more mad. For example if the Black's magic is a storm, then this is a hurricane. It too settled without a problem.
Obviously the Black ring was the next one. It was a wide band ring made of black tourmaline inlaid with stars made of pale blue moonstones. It's magic was one that I grew up all round me, like an unseen protector. And gave of the same feeling: the pure, unadultered rage and destruction of an unstoppable storm. It settled down as soon as I put it on.
Finally, came the Gaunt ring. It was similar to the Slythering ring, but had its own charm. It was made of ruby and had a hissing runespoor carved as the centerpiece. And its magic was similar to the Slytherin rings, but it also had a violent undertone to it. It also settled without a fuss.
"I'd like to make my grandfather the proxy for all of my accounts." I stated as Goldring banished the boxes.
He produced the needed paperwork with a wave and it was done in not even a minute. Then after saying our goodbyes we went back to the lobby where we met up with the others. Then we split up again and went to buy the supplies for school, while talking about our time at Gringotts.
Apparently Harry is now not only Heir Potter, but also Heir Peverell. Which is pretty funny as the Potters are as light as they came while the Peverells are the complete opposite. Draco on the other hand as it turns out inherited a small french noble family. They died out recently, because of dragon pox.
