Shinonome Ena was fan of many things, like j-pop, various dress up shows, cats, k-drama shows, or tiktok meme accounts and celebrities. She herself was a growing social media figure, all because of her musical talents and how beautiful her face was. She would wake up to new followers, likes and retweets everyday. It was the best, she was loved very much by her fans. That was only for her main account however.
Ena has a private account that nobody knows about, not even Mizuki or Akito. Its just a silly fan account she made out of love. She posts once or twice a week, mainly when her bands releases music to global. And no, this account of hers isnt a fan account for nightcord, Ena is not that egoistical. Its for someone...in the band.

After the nightcord call, Ena lay down on her bed and opened her phone, switching her private account on Twitter and writting the tweet of the day.

Ena is embressed of this account, it feels almost illegal to open a serious fan account of your friend... She just cant help it, Mafuyu was so pretty and talented even if she would rather die to admit this to her.
Just today, at the nightcord she blamed Mafuyu on how lazy she was with the lyrics and how stupid her idea of the new song was. And that was a lie, Ena knew Mafuyu was trying her best and how hard she was struggling but she just couldnt bring herself to be nice to Mafuyu, atleast to her face.
Ena wasnt the only fan of Yuki, she was mutuals with many of the other fans they even had a groupe chat. Well obviously they didnt just talk about Yuki, some of the other band members (Ena would be so happy to learn that her mutuals also liked well, Enanan." and they regularly played in online games. But their main interest was Yuki. Sometimes the topic would not be how good Yuki's voice was but rather...not suitable things, it was expected this was a fan group and there were even times Ena's mutuals talked about her, and she tried her best to calm down. But the fact that she actually knows Mafuyu is a bit fucked up, Ena could see Mafuyu any time she wished, she knew her school and her house. Ena knew pretty much everthing that was going on with Mafuyu's life, like how her computer was like a toaster and it usually made noises like a plane or how abusive and weird her mother was. Compared to her mutuals, Ena actually knew about Yuki. Ena was working with Yuki, and she would always talk with her at the middle of the night.
She knew that it was just luck, her mutuals lived in complete different countries, they didnt even have a chance to meet Yuki, not even see her face. When Ena and the others started this band, they all agreed on hiding their identities to be safe, no face and no real information used. They used their names in nightcord for everthing, and Ena pretty much got used to being called Enanan so when her mutuals first asked for her name she almost said it. But it made more sense to be called Ena by them, she didnt wanted to reveal her identity tho her nickname was pretty close to her real name. Her mutuals obviously made fun of her, not only a Yuki simp but also an Enanan simp, they thought. It wasnt entirely wrong since she loved herself, self love is important.
But one of the things that really shocked Ena was the shippers. Her mutuals basicly shipped her, by her its Enanan with everybody. One of her closest mutual has written over 20 fanfics where Enanan is getting fucked by everyone in the band. Shit, that was really extreme for Ena. She was concerned about her friends mental health, and the fact that her other mutuals were calling Enanan the bottom of the nightcord was out of Ena's comfort zone. That was the first time she took a break from her fan account. She didnt open twitter for a week but the next week she contunied posting about Yuki, the time she also became active was the time Mafuyu and Mizuki made a new song together. Perfect timing basicly, and again Ena was the 1# Yuki simp on the app.

Today was like any other day, the nightcord call was near to an end and Ena was getting ready to log off, but Mizuki opened another topic to talk about.

After Mizuki said that there was a awkward silence, only Mizuki's laugh was on display but her internet got cut off so it was hard to hear it.
''I dont understand. What is it all about?'' Mafuyu asked, finally joining the chat.
''Some account is probably joking, they are a big fan of y-''
''There is NO way you did not understand what was going on Mafuyu. I dont know like, do you enjoy when you hear somebody likes you or something? Geez you are such a weirdo.''
Ena said, cutting Kanade off. Ena waited for a response she even saw Mafuyu' mic open and close but nothing came. After a few seconds Mizuki was back.
''OK ok girlies im back, so i looked at the account and i think they are like mutuals with a whole ass Mafuyu fan page! Imma follow all of them on my private account, ill stalk them for a bit. I'll make sure to give out news!! AHAH this makes me wonder if there are any accounts for us- AH! One of the Yuki fans posted something 10 minutes ago, lemme read.''
By the time Mizuki caughed and got her voice ready, Ena got a notification from her phone. It was from her private account. ''AM.iaXxcutie started following'', ''AM.iaXxcutie liked your tweet''. Ena gulped hard, aint no fucking way out of everyone this idiot found her account.
''NO WAY RİGHT?? WHY THE HELL İS YUKİS VOİCE SO HOT ON THE NEW SONG OSMMGNJHS İ NEED A YUKİ COVER. NOW. Thats the tweet ok lemme read the comments..Uhhh YEP. Ena was debating over to close the account right now, but at the same time she was looking at her comments, if one of her followers used her name, she was done for.

''oh Mizuki i wanted to tell you something, can you wait a second?'' Kanade asked, for the first time Ena wanted to kiss Kanade, she was her saviour.
Ena immediately texted all her mutuals to not call her by her name because her classmates found her account, it was a lie and not but it should be saving her ass for now.
''I dont know how to feel about this. This is new to me i dont even use social media. Ena has many followers. Dont you have fans yourself?''
Mafuyu asked quietly, Ena barely heard any of it.
''Huh, what are you mumbling speak up. Jesus...''
''The fan accounts. I thik they want a cover. Should i make a cover? If they are a fan of me, i need to please them? I wouldnt want to dissapoint them an-''
''Oh god Mafuyu, you are so fucking dumb, if these fans of yours saw your actual self, they would drop you off.''

Ena fucking knew that was a lie, Mafuyu was the best at many things, but there was no point in praising her, atleast now when they are speaking.

Two weeks later Mafuyu released her own cover. And god it was the best thing Ena heard. She was the first one to comment on the youtube video and listened it on repeat for hours. Even in shower she listened Mafuyu's singing, and no it wasnt weird it was a song, she listened Ariana Grande in shower too if that wasnt weird this wasnt either. She then posted her daily Yuki simp tweets and one huge paragraph of Yuki brainrot, while listening the song.
After the tweet Ena left for school, since she actually got caught this time while hiding her phone (the principal took her phone and said that he wont be giving it for a week) and the computers at the coding lesson blocked social media, Ena didnt have accses to internet for about 6 hours. By the time she got home she was she was so busy screaming and swearing at her principal to her family members which they tried their best to call her down buy forcing her to sleep she didnt realise it was time for nightcord call. When she woke up and opened the app she saw she got over 99+ massages and 99+ missed calls. She noticed she was so tired to look at nightcord and opened twitter on her computer. She couldnt see any of her tweets however. She re freshed her page many times but it never showed up, she went on to her mutuals group chat.

Ena posted her daily tweets again but hell it was so hard to replicate the same paraghrap all over again. She then went downstairs to get something to eat.
''Hey, who the hell is Yuki?''
Akito asked, he was looking at the refrigerator and took out a can of cola.
''Where did that come from? Give me one too.''
Akito opened the can and took a sip,
''No this is the last bottle, piss off.''
''Who do you think you are? Give it to me now, come on.''
Akito then smirked and drank the rest of the cola with one go,
''Ok take it, idiot.''
Ena took the can and threw it to his face. She smirked back to him, leaving Akito mad.
''I warned you. Anyways where did Yuki come from?''
''Akito rubbed his head, whinning about how it left a scar.
''You literally posted about her, like how her voice was beautiful and shit. You made her sound like she is Taylor Swi, something.''

Ena wisper-yelled at Akito, waiting for his response.

With that Akito left the kitchen and went upstairs, banging his door like a child.
While Ena was left confused. She did post about Mafuyu on her private account yes, but how did Akito saw it? Did he knew her account? Maybe he found it because they were added as contacts on phone. But no way, Ena used an e-mail to log in how did Akito saw it? She went to her room, still confused, it was making her almost mad.
Ena logged on to her main account on twitter, she had so many notifications and she looked at her own profile. Normally her last post should have been 3 days ago, when she posted herself feeding a stray cat with Airi. But now it was a series of tweets, thirsting over Yuki. It somehow became her most liked tweet with in a day. She had so many retweets and likes, it almost made her happy when she realised that everybody saw this. Everybody, her friends, her fans, her family and the whole nightcord probably saw this. She didnt wanted to come out to her followers via simping for one of her close friends, and thinking that its been going for about a year was messed up. She decieded to delete the tweet before even more people saw it but for some fucking reason the dumb app didnt allow her. She was under so much stress now, what will others think?? Mizuki deffinetly saw this, she didnt wanted to get teased at all! And if Mizuki did she probably told Kanade and...No no no. No way Ena had to talk about this in nightcord. How can she enter the sekai now? Aint no way she can live with this. Because if they saw it, that means they also knew that the horny fan page posts read by Mizuki is from Ena's account. She closed twitter and tried to calm down, again. But before she could, she saw that Mizuki was calling her on nightcord. She at first didnt answer but she opened it the second time Mizuki called.

Shame got Ena and she started crying, she was mad, at herself mostly but at Mafuyu too, she was the one who made Ena open this stupid account. Ena wiped off her tears, she was still sobbing while speaking to Mizuki, and before she could give Mizuki a proper explanation, her mother called her downstairs.
Fuck. She saw the tweet.

After 3 hours of stupid family talk with Akito and her mom n dad sitting on the table, she eventually explained the situation, mostly lying however. It was okay, the actual coming out. Her dad was a shitty person but atleast he didnt overreact, at most he said 'i knew you werent normal' and left to take a nap. After explaining her stupid mom what being bisexual was (Akito was the worst, he knew what it was and he was bisexual himself but he kept acting like he didnt know shit) and educating her family, she left and went to her room again.
She finally joined the nightcord call.
''Ena you finally came.''
oh fuck me.
Ena looked at the members inside the call, there was only Mafuyu and her.
''Ena, can you not hear me?

Ena could almost see Mafuyu smilling, it was not to make fun of Ena, Mafuyu almost sound happy to know that Ena liked her.

''Ah. You and Kanade dont have much of a height difference Ena, you are only 3 centimeters taller. And no, none of them told me about it. I saw it myself.''

Ena didnt answer, she couldnt answer. Normaly she would have called Mafuyu a fucking weirdo and would tell her to go jump of a building but...Knowing that Mafuyu liked the idea of being loved by Ena made her crazy. After all the shit talking Ena has done to Mafuyu there was no way she liked her right? But thinking back to it, Mafuyu has barely shown any anger or hatred towards the way Ena talked about her. So there might actually be a possibility that Asahina Mafuyu, known as Yuki in the band, the annoying attention seeking girl Ena has been crushing over for almost 2 years liked her back. This was even more insane than the time her dad actually praised one of her paintings and hanged it up on his wall in his bedroom.

And Mafuyu laughed, and it didnt sound like a forced one, it was genuine, and it made Ena laugh too. This weird event somehow turned into something that made both sides happy. Ena was still not ready to say all those pretty stuff to Mafuyu's face but Mafuyu had patience and she was fine with what Ena was already giving her.
In the end Ena did not close her fan account, no way she would after gaining over 3k followers there.
Well atleast now, she didnt need to read stupid fanfics or make up scenario about Yuki since she had her all to herself now.
She just had to wait for Mafuyu move out from her parents house, then they can contunie this weird relationship of theirs.
