There are a lot of things about villains that aren’t said. They’re abused, beaten down, and for the most part not to blame for the path that life put them on. Don’t get me wrong. This isn’t a redemption story. No one is asking to be forgiven for their sins. This is a reclamation story. It’s time we put the villains into the narrative for once. It’s time everyone heard our side of the story.”“It’s funny to me how stories are retold and written down, cemented into history by the winners. The so-called “heroes.” You can look anywhere in history and watch the heroes beat down the apparent villains in the story, but did anyone ever think to ask the villain for their side of the story?
