Glimbow
Dejected, Frosta left Catra and Adora's room no closer to solving her problem. She wasn't usually like this, normally if she had a problem she could bash her way through it, preferably with giant ice fists. But this was different, this entire situation was completely foreign to her. Fighting in a war was so much simpler than telling your new friend you have a crush on them. As she walked down the hall Frosta got an idea, Bow and Glimmer were friends before they got together, maybe they could help her.
Thankfully they were both in the throne room, and to Frosta's luck they were alone. Bow was showing Glimmer something on his tracker pad when he spotted Frosta and said "Oh hey Frosta, what's up?" She responded with "I was actually hoping I could get some advice from you two. I have a friend, and I think I have… feelings for her. How did you guys move on to being more than just friends?" They paused for a minute before Glimmer let out a scream, teleported between Bow and Frosta, then teleported all three of them to her and Bow's shared quarters. "Tell. Us. Everything! Who is she? What's she like? Why do you like her?" she asked with stars in her eyes, acting more like a gossipy teen than the queen of Bright Moon. "Glimmer, that's not right," said Bow, causing Frosta to sigh in relief. That relief was short lived however, as he immediately followed up with "She has to start with how they met!" and then joined Glimmer in waiting for Frosta's response. With a groan that would've put Mermista to shame, she told them about how she met Spidra.
Honestly, she didn't think how they met was a big deal, she was visiting Scorpia in her new kingdom, the former Fright Zone. Despite now being ruled by a princess, the denizens there were still untrusting of the Alliance, which was understandable as the kingdom was almost entirely populated by former Horde members. If Scorpia was preoccupied with princess duties or Perfuma, Frosta would wait until Scorpia was ready to hang out, usually while being avoided and ignored by all the untrusting citizens around her. Then one day, while she was eating lunch by herself because Scorpia was called away for an emergency, a spider-like girl walked up to Frosta with her own lunch, said something about how following the masses led to the downfall of the original Horde, and sat down next to her and started eating. She was confused, but they started talking and Frosta thought she was pretty cool, and when they were done eating Spidra showed her how use the training hall the Horde used to train cadets. Before she knew it, when she wasn't with Scorpia she was with Spidra, and soon she started going there just to see Spidra.
All in all, not a bad way to meet someone, at least that's how Frosta felt about it. Bow and Glimmer however, looked like they were about to burst before Bow exclaimed "That's sooo cute!" Annoyed, Frosta responded with "Okay, I'm starting to get why Catra hates that! Look, I didn't come here for this, I don't don't know how to tell Spidra I want to be more than just friends with her. Can you guys just tell me how you became Boyfriend and Girlfriend?" Looking guilty, Bow said "Sorry Frosta, we just got excited, of course we'll tell you." Glimmer started with "Everything was happening so fast, I had no idea if we were going to make it or not, once I realized I may never get the chance to tell him how I felt, I just went for it and said--" as they locked hands, Bow and Glimmer finished her sentence together and said "I love you."
Unimpressed with their display of emotion, Frosta said "Okay, but how did you both DECIDE to be together? How did that conversation go?" You could almost hear the sound of a record scratch as the two lovebirds went completely silent, eventually Bow responded to Frosta's question with a helpful "Uhhh…?" Ignorant to how her question affected her friends, Frosta continued with "You didn't just tell each other you're in love with the other and decided you were boyfriend and girlfriend without talking to each other, did you? You guys have been together for a while, surely you've had at least ONE conversation about your relationship, right?" This time it was Glimmer who answered her with an "Uhhh…," to Frosta's disappointment. Unaware of the bomb she just dropped, Frosta sighed and said "Well, I guess I'll try asking someone else, thanks anyway guys" leaving as Bow and Glimmer just stared awkwardly at each other. Getting advice was going to be harder than Frosta thought.
