First day of Shooting
Today, I woke up early as I have a scheduled shooting for my first drama project with Idol Factory. I went downstairs and I found Emily sitting by the dining table, waiting for her breakfast. Emily waived at me as soon as she saw me. I smiled and waived back to her.
"Becky, you wake up early today." Mom said as soon as she saw me. "Yeah. I have a scheduled shooting today so I have to wake up a little bit earlier today." I said as I sit down beside Emily.
"What do you want for breakfast?" Mom asked. "It's okay. I'll eat whatever you already made." I said as I poured the coffee on my cup. I added the creamer and some sugar afterwards. Generally, I will prefer to drink a hot cocoa in the morning but since I'm still feeling sleepy, I have to drink coffee or else I will feel sleepy the entire day and that's not good.
My mom handed me the chicken fried rice that she made. "Thank you." I said . Mom makes the best fried rice and the three of us loves it when she cooks it for us. But among us, it was really Emily who eats the most. She's still a growing kid so Richie and I often let her have the rest of the fried rice that mom has made.
After eating I went back to my room to prepare and went back down once I'm done. "Mom, I have to go now." I said before leaving. When I went out, the company van is already in front of our house.
We arrived at the location after an hour and a half of travel. It's a good thing that the traffic is not that heavy today. "Good morning." I greeted everyone when I arrived. I only have a small role so my part for today will not take much of my time. But still, I'd like to prepare for my role so I took out the script from my bag and started practicing my lines while waiting for my queue.
My phone rang while I was practicing. "Becky, can you you fetch Emily from school later when you are done? I have some urgent thing to do so I can't come and get her." Mom said. "Yes. I'll take her home later." I said before I hung up.
"Becky! Get ready. It's your turn now." the assistant producer said. I immediately get ready and took a deep breath. My hands feel cold actually, but I know I can get through this.
"Hey, you need to calm down!" I said as I tried to hold onto Nop's arm. Yes, Nop is one of the actors that's part of this series. And I'm playing his childhood friend.
"Annndd, Cut!" The director said. "We need to redo that scene one more time. Okay?"
"Action!"
"Hey, you need to calm down!" I said. And this time I made sure that I delivered it like how I would if ever that he will get into a fight back in high school. I guess, knowing each other for quite sometime now is helping in this kind of situation.
After shooting my part I then said goodbye to everyone and went to the school to pick up my sister.
I arrived there in half an hour and Emily was already waiting for me. She smiled and shoot me arrow heart, the moment that she saw me. I picked up her back and let her hold my hand. It was quite a hot day so I decided to stop by a convenience store to buy her some ice cream. We passed by a record store and noticed someone familiar.
The way that person stands is quite familiar to me. I stood there for a while. "If only she will looked back." I said to myself, then I noticed Emily who is already whining beside me.
"Sorry Emily, let's go." I said and then we continued walking to the convenience store where we ate ice cream before going back home.
The night passed by as usual however the next day I noticed that there are so many messages on my phone. Before I could read a message, my phone started ringing. "Hello?" I said.
"Becky, did you mention to anyone that you were school mates with Nop and Irin when you were in high school?"
"No, why?" I asked. I don't understand why this information is important. And besides what's the big deal if we're school mates. I thought.
"Some malicious fans think that the two of you used to date back then."
"What?!"
