Fugaku was worried that things might not go in his and his clan’s favor anymore; the reveal of Mangekyou Sharingan had already probably developed a spark among the elders and clan’s heads. The Mangekyou Sharingan was supposed to be a secret but keeping it secret forever was inevitable, Fugaku knew it and yet he was not prepared for it.

Shisui on the other hand was feeling guilty enough to kill himself if it could make up for his mistakes but that would just cause tension between his own clan members. And Kakashi already planned to kill Shisui and blame it on Danzo.

About Shisui’s Mangekyou Sharingan, only he knew about it and no one else.
Meanwhile Minato knew about Kakashi’s Sharingan along with few ANBUs who saw Kakashi during the Kyuubi’s attack. But Minato ordered them to keep it a secret no matter what.

“I am not sure about this, Shisui” Itachi said to Shisui.
“Silence, Itachi” Fugaku glared at Itachi. In response Itachi just averted his eyes looking down.
“So, this concludes this meeting” Minato said as couple of his ANBUs appeared and each left with a scroll.

All of the ANBU’s went separate ways toward the crowded places from where NEWS can travel fast.

One of the ANBU stood in a crowded place as people began to surround him.

“ATTENTION EVERYONE, I have brought the Hokage-sama’s words-” He said as he started reading the scroll.

“The duel that happed today between Hatake Kakashi and Uchiha Shisui was fraud; almost half of what some of you might have seen during that battle was Uchiha Shisui’s Genjutsu, Uchiha Shisui has already confessed that he cheated and he did it because he didn’t wanted to lose in front of everyone, but now he has gone missing, if anyone has seen or have anything that can help us find him please contact the Hokage office” He announced and left.

Danzo presented his option of sending Shisui to root and make him disappear from the village and also he will have to cut ties with the Uchiha clan. Fugaku knew letting Shisui go with Danzo would be bad option but he couldn’t think of anything else either. Fugaku also knew that not every villager is dumb enough to believe the lies and they will never stop talking about Shisui or the Uchiha clan, he was also worried that, Uchiha clan will also try to do something behind his back, most probably half of them will try to obtain the Mangekyou Sharingan. He found Danzo’s option to be the best for now.

3 days later at night Itachi received Shisui’s message through a crow that he was going to fight Kakashi again near the Naka River at night today…
Itachi was shocked to see that Shisui contacted him this early but he was happy that he contacted him. He was also worried about the fight; he knew he had to be there no matter what.

Itachi decided to finish his ANBU duties as quickly as possible go to Naka river as soon as he can and he did it was past evening and he was ready to go but…

“Itachi” Itachi heard Yamato calling him in the training ground.
“Yes Yamato-senpai” Itachi said as he approached him.
“Look I am not like the type of guy who pushes his workloads on his subordinates you know that but please this time do me a favor and deliver this scroll to the sensory department for me, I actually have something very important thing to do and I can’t waste anymore time, so please Itachi…Thank you Itachi I will treat you to Dangos tomorrow I swear” Yamato handed Itachi a scroll and left as quickly as possible without giving any chance to Itachi to protest.
“But…I have something important to do as well…” Itachi said in silence.

“Done?” Kakashi asked as Yamato approached him.
“Done and from next time please don’t ask me to do something like that, I feel so bad, he is so innocent” Yamato said.
“Hai hai” Kakashi replied.
“And I need money, I promised him that I will treat him to Dangos tomorrow” Yamato said as he extended his hand to receive money.
“Nah I am short on money and besides you won’t” Kakashi said.
“Huh?? I told you I promised him and I will so what do mean I won’t who do you think I am-” Yamato said in a angry tone as he put his another hand on Kakashi’s shoulder but just after that Kakashi turned into smoke and vanished.
“Kage Bunshin?” Yamato said.

Itachi finished delivering the scroll and left with his full speed getting anxious as second by second.
“What is this feeling?” he asked to himself. “I hope everything’s alright” mumbled.

But just as he reached the Naka River he heard Shisui yelling… he went faster in panicked from between the trees and saw Kakashi and Shisui as his eyes widened in disbelief…

Shisui was on both of his knees covered in blood near the cut of the cliff while holding his left eye as it bled and in front of him was Kakashi in his ANBU outfit with numerous bruises on his body but none lethal at all and he was holding Shisui’s one eye.

“Yo” Kakashi said looking at Itachi as he showed Shisui’s activated Mangekyou Sharingan to Itachi.
“Ita-chi” Shisui shuttered. Meanwhile Itachi was just too stunned to speak.
“I’ll let you two lovers talk for the last time” Kakashi said and then whispered in Shisui’s ears “Make sure to say something that will cause less trouble” While stepping away a little.
“Shisui what happened?” Itachi asked still shocked.
“Itachi- don’t worry about me and just hear me out for a sec…you’re my best friend and the only one I can count on.. Protect the village..” Shisui let out his last words with a smile and just after that Kakashi kicked him knocking him out of the cliff.
“SHISUII” Itachi yelled as his eyes started bleeding and tried to go after Shisui but Kakashi caught him before he could even take a step ahead.

Itachi quickly draw his sword and waved it towards Kakashi but Kakashi dodged him saying “Calm down Itachi”
“Why did you do it?” Itachi asked angrily unaware of his awakened Mangekyou Sharingan.
“Because it was necessary” Kakashi said.
“Necessary?” Itachi asked.
“Yes and anyways take this” Kakashi extended his arm to give Itachi, Shisui’s Mangekyou Sharingan.
“Just what are you up to?” Itachi questioned in disbelief.
“Alright I originally took his eye to give it to Danzo but I don’t feel like it anymore because Shisui begged me not to give it to Danzo, anyone but Danzo” Kakashi answered. But Itachi didn’t responded his emotions were too messed up he didn’t knew if he should kill Kakashi and Danzo to avenge Shisui or kill himself because of the guilt he was experiencing or honor Shisui’s last words.
“Come on we both know you can’t kill me” Kakashi spoke up.
“Does the Hokage know?” Itachi finally spoke up.
“No” Kakashi replied.
“What do you think he will do if I tell him what you did” Itachi said.
“Don’t be pathetic Itachi, he is my former sensei the most he will do is yell at me or remove me from my position and If you let the words out that I killed him it would just be another win for me” Kakashi said with a carefree tone.
“You Insensitive Fuck, I will get you one day” Itachi said as he snatched Shisui’s eye from Kakashi’s hand gently.
“Hai hai, I will be waiting” Kakashi replied as Itachi vanished.

At the Hokage office…
Danzo, Fugaku, Kakashi and Itachi were all present in the Hokage office to discuss the sudden disappearance of Shisui even from the root.
“I am sorry Danzo-san but Uchiha clan trusted Shisui with you, there should be something you would know” Minato questioned Danzo.
“No Hokage-sama believe me or not but I am telling the truth, and I am ashamed of it” Danzo said.
“I would also like to apologize to the Uchiha clan as well” Danzo said as he bowed in front of Fugaku who was also present in the Hokage office.
Everybody got shocked looking at Danzo apologizing excluding Itachi.

‘The fuck is he doing’ Kakashi thought looking at Danzo.

“You don’t have to, Dnazo-sama I guess he must have ran away” Fugaku said.
“We can’t be sure Fugaku-san” Minato said.
“Why?” Itachi asked.
“I mean we all know what happened to Shisui, and as much as I know Shisui, it’s possible. I know it’s not the way of an Uchiha but Shisui was different” Itachi said softly.
“If you say so…” Minato said.
“So, do you believe me now Hokage-sama” Danzo asked.
“Danzo-san it’s not like I didn’t believed you, I was just making sure” Minato said.
“I see” Danzo said. And Minato dismissed everyone expect Kakashi.
“Kakashi you…didn’t do anything right” Minato asked Kakashi.

Minato himself didn’t knew why he asked Kakashi that question it’s not like he believes that Kakashi would do something like that but it was just instincts he guessed.

“Sasuke said you killed Shisui-san” Naruto spoke of coming out of nowhere catching Kakashi and Minato off guard.
“Mah~Sasuke did?” Kakashi wasn’t surprised that Sasuke actually said that.
“Yes, so did you Nii-san?” Naruto asked.
“No Naruto I didn’t” Kakashi said as he averted his eyes towards Minato.
“Alright, you can go” Minato said as let out a sigh of relief.
“Wait Kakashi!” Minato called Kakashi as he was leaving.
“Well you see Jiraiya-sensei is back and we are having a dinner tonight so I was wondering if you want to join in” Minato asked. Personally Kakashi would have wanted a good rest for a while but he had something else in mind so he accepted.
“Of course sensei I would love to” Kakashi replied.

“We are having Ramen tonight?” Naruto asked.
“NO!!” Minato accidently spoke it out loud making Naruto upset and Kakashi chuckle. “Alright see you tonight, Kakashi” Minato sighed again tiredly as Kakashi left the room.

On his way Kakashi saw Itachi again, it looked like he was waiting for him.
“Yo” Kakashi greeted.
“I don’t want to be in your team anymore, can you do something and transfer me to another one” Itachi said. “Ouch” Kakashi wasn’t actually surprised but was expecting it and he exactly knew what to do.
“Shut the fuck up” Itachi said unbothered.
“Alright I will see what I can do” Kakashi said and just as he said that Itachi left.

“Looks like Itachi don’t really like you…” Kakashi heard Danzo’s voice as he came out from a room.
“Danzo-sama?” Kakashi said observing his sudden change of behavior.
“Well things happens, doesn’t matter if he is an Uchiha he is still a kid” Danzo said making Kakashi cringed.
“Danzo-sama, are you alright?” Kakashi asked.
“Of course I am, anyways I should go now focus on your Missions, Hatake, Konoha needs Shinobis like you.” Danzo said losing Kakashi in thoughts.

Flashback (Kakashi v\s Shisui)

“You seem to be lost” Kakashi whispered in Shisui’s ears.
“Kakashi why did y-” Kakashi pulled out his Katana from Shisui’s chest as Shisui coughed blood and fell to his knees.
Shisui looked up at him with Mangekyou Sharingan activated but before he could do anything he got distracted by couple of snakes biting him all over his body and bounded him preventing any further action. Shisui greeted his teeth in agony as poison travelled through his body.
“I believe you can still use Kotomatsukami but you won’t” Kakashi said and quickly pulled out Shisui’s elft eye causing him to scream in pain.
And then Itachi came…

End of flashback...

“Being in the ROOT he probably found out what Danzo was planning against the Uchiha clan, and so he took his chance and used Kotomatsukami on Danzo and this time succeeded…but he didn’t used Kotomatsukami against me, pretty sure he could have used Kotomatsukami with his another eye...” Kakashi was lost in thoughts.

Time skip to night…

Fugaku called Itachi and talked about Mangekyou Sharingan and How Uchiha clan might be planning to start coup d'état ` against the Village (Just like in the Manga/Anime). Expect this time Itachi already knew a thing or two.
And again Itachi was left to choose between his Clan and The Village.

Meanwhile …

Minato, Jiraiya, Kakashi and Naruto were having a little party…
The four of them sat around a small table in Minato's office, sipping sake and discussing about the village. However Minato was little worried about Kakashi. He had always believed that Kakashi was destined for greatness, but he had never shown much interest in anything beyond being a skilled ninja.

“You need to take things more seriously, Kakashi,” Minato said out of nowhere, his voice tinged with frustration.

“What? ...Why?” Kakashi asked, raising an eyebrow.

“Because you are a grown man now isn’t that obvious…” Jiraiya interjected.

Kakashi just shrugged, taking another sip of sake. Of course Kakashi knew it but he just had different plans in his mind.

Minato leaned forward, his expression serious. “You may not care about your own future but we do, how about finding a nice girl for yourself…”
He took another sip of sake, trying to think of a response.

“Why do you care so much, sensei?” he finally asked.

“Because I believe in you,” Minato said firmly.

Kakashi sighed. He knew that Minato and Jiraiya only wanted what was best for him.. He took a deep breath before speaking again.

“Sensei, I have a request,” he said. “I want to learn Toad Sage Mode.”
Jiraiya looked taken aback. “What? Sage Mode? That's not something you can just learn overnight, Kakashi. It takes years of training and dedication.”
“I know that, Jiraiya-sensei,” Kakashi said, his voice steady. "But I think it's the next step for me. I need to push myself further."

Jiraiya looked hesitant, but Minato spoke up. “I'll teach him, Jiraiya-sensei. If he's willing to put in the work, he can learn it.”
‘Yes he can but I don’t think it would be easy to convince Shima and Fukasaku, I mean they allowed you to learn sage mode because you were the child of prophecy, Minato.”
“Then I will request them myself" Minato said "I am sure they won’t turn it down.”
“Well, I think so too" Jiraiya said firmly. "Kakashi has potential. And I am sure they will be able to see it too.”

Kakashi felt like he was about to flip. He could feel the rush of craziness flowing through his body.

“Thank you, Minato-sensei and Jiraiya-sensei,” he said with a smile. “I won't let you down.”
Minato and Jiraiya both smiled at him, proud of their young student. Naruto, who had been quiet the entire time, suddenly piped up.
“Can I learn too?” he asked eagerly.

Everyone laughed, and Kakashi ruffled his hair. "Of course Naruto, I will teach you myself once I learn it."

"Thank you Nii-san!" Naruto got up and hugged Kakashi.

"By the way Sensei, I want to start from tomorrow." Kakashi declared. Minato liked how serious Kakashi looked and so he agreed.

Next Day…

"Alright alright, if we think he is capable then we will surely help him" Fukasaku said.

"But it still depends on him if he can truly master the sage mode" Shima said.

"Thank you, Fukasaku-san, Shima-san and if you are free he would like to start right away"

"Fine" Shima said.

Minato teleported and teleported back with Kakashi.
"Thank you for waiting" Minato said. "Here he is."

"Good Morning…Kakashi said not knowing what else to say.

Both Fukasaku and Shima observed Kakashi for a minute.

"Hmm I don’t know he looks quiet tough but I don’t know if he would be able to keep up with the training" Fukasaku said.

"But we will still give him a try." Shima said.

"Thank you, Fukasaku and Shima san, and please be obedient Kakashi, I have to go now but I will check on you time to time" Minato said.

"Alright sensei…see you later" Kakashi said as Minato teleported.

"Let’s began" Fukasaku stared at Kakashi and said. Kakashi just smirked under his mask.

2 Days later…

Kabuto was exploring the Orochimaru’s hideout as he was still new to that place. Wandering everywhere he could in a limited break he had. He was taking care of one of Orochimaru’s test subjects and whenever he was free he just wandered learning different things.

"Kabuto, what are you doing here?" Orochimaru asked as Kabuto flinched.

"Nothing Orochimaru-sama, I was just taking a break" Kabuto replied.

"It’s alright you don’t have to be afraid of me" Orochimaru said.

"I am not, Orochimaru-sama" Kabuto said.

"So how is he doing?" Orochimaru questioned.

"He seems to be better Orochimaru-sama; would you like to see him?" Kabuto asked.

"Yes, perhaps it’s time to wake him up" Orochimaru said as Orochimaru lead the way and Kabuto followed.

"Can I ask something Orochimaru-sama?" Kabuto questioned.

"Yes" Orochimaru replied.

"What is so special in Uchiha Shisui that you even made a new eye for him, I thought you were going to keep him as one of your test subject…" Kabuto said.

"Don’t worry you will get that answer as soon as he wake up" Orochimaru said with a smirk.
