Rest Up, Maybe You'll Feel Better. (S.Kokomi/K.Sara Fluff)
The war of Inazuma was finally over, after months- years of having to hate the love of her life to keep her devotion. It was gutting.
So, to keep her mind off of the past, she focused on the present.
She went over to Kannazuka - Kokomi & her had declared it a meeting spot so none of the civilians would be offended of the other being 'on their territory'.
It was mostly mindless wandering - both physically & mentally. A random hilichurl, more memories of Kokomi.
Looking on these fond memories, she didn't realise her body moving on it's own until she arrived at Kokomi's door, both very cold & shivering, but feeling her head it was burning. A side effect of Electro? I doubt it.
*Swing..*
"Sara, what brings you here?-" Kokomi wasn't expecting this visit, less of Sara barely able to walk, tripping at every connection with the floor.
"Stop, I'll lead you to a bed & you can rest.."
No.. I need to work. I have training to do at the Kujou Clan soon. I think? Damn it all, I can't even think straight.
My body seems to hate me right now, because her hand went on Kokomi's shoulder, & didn't even protest when she was lightly pushed down onto a bed & a towel was applied to her head.
"I- I have work to do with the Shogun.." The one residing in Narukami muttered, weak to the core. She was helpless in this state..
"You can delay it. I'll assume one of your co-clan leaders.. Will take care of it?" Kokomi wasn't used to 'Clan dynamic'. Sure, you could say she was in the 'Sangonomiya clan', but she was mostly holed up doing lengthy paperwork in languages she could barely understand & strategising how to win in a war, just healing the others when needed. She didn't follow the ethics of the other citizens, a natural-born leader such as herself didn't need to.
"..That's not how it works, hun." I smiled at her lack of understanding. It felt good to be in power at one thing.
"Ah.. Well, your partners can make excuses. For now, you need to heal. My healing is for physical wounds, not mental." Her hair swayed as she sat next to me with herbal soup, passing it to me.
Sara was relaxed for once. She could let her co-workers wait, Kokomi was healing. As always.
-
Sara was asleep at this point, lightly snoring to ensure her lifeline goes for longer.
It was nice having this to herself. Though they were both busy people, they had made time for eachother.
She was soon going to rise & make another bowl of herbal soup, but Kujou had held her arm. While unconscious.
Did sleeping Sara have psychic abilities? A sixth sense? She may have to ask Heizou to open a case on this.
Nevertheless, she let herself be wrapped in Sara. It was electrifying, but not painful. The visions' reactions.
The herbal soup could wait. Work could wait. For now, as long as Sara was here, she'd treasure it. It wasn't often they got these moments.
-
Sara was awake the entire time. No medicine, no professional doctor could help this. The only thing that could help Sara feel better was Kokomi, that was fact in her mind. If the medicine was made by Kokomi, it may work, but Kokomi herself is a medicine.
